Placed an order for 50 persons in advance. Picked up this day and several staff even carried some items out to my vehicle. Great service!

Varnit is a good manager who leads the team by taking responsibility. Hence, the store is clean and maintained.

I think they interpreted “toast my bagel” as “leave my bagel near something warm and hope for the best”.

I can see the smallest tinge of brown, and the rest of them bagel is untouched by heat.

It also took 40 minutes. Apparently none of that time went to toasting or that would have been 42 minutes.

Get your stuff together Tim’s.

Order a vegetarian sandwich? , donut, regular vegetable soup (that was small), and medium mint teas for lunch.this was a combo. What I got was 6' bread, cream cheese, two tomatoes and one leaf green ($6.50). The veg soup is very small and it was not completely full ($5.99).
I was not happy when I got back to work.
The bathroom was a mess and outside and inside store the garbage bins were all full. The store wasn't even busy, just messy.

Terrible experience here. They gave me a cup with a huge slit on the side and as soon as my friend grabbed it, it spilled all over the car. I ordered 2 bagels and a cookie and they got both bagels wrong as well. I called to get a refund and they expected me to drop what I was doing and drive back to prove to them that my order was wrong and there was a mess in my car. I offered to send pictures to any account or number but said I can’t come back at the moment because I don’t live in Whitby and I’m not there anymore. I got a lot of attitude and no effort to make up for their mistakes. Horrible place. Do not recommend at all.

This place is horrible I never thought getting a donut and a fresh vanilla would ever be this stressful I had to tell them 5 times to give me what I ordered and each and every time they said okey and didn’t. No one should ever come here everyone is so rude and has no respect.

Incredibly disappointed. I couldn't get in or out one of the doors as it was propped open with a chair and my mobility aid couldn't get through. I was willing to look past that but the service was terrible. All I ordered was a bagel. I walked in and the person at the till was talking to customers who appeared to be his friends, so someone went to a separate till to help me out. Then the process of making my bagel was hard to watch. Thrown into the slicer and sliced so unevenly (as pictured untouched by me), under toasted (as you can see the butter is barely melted as it was slightly warmed and the middle was still cold), and hastily buttered. The man making the bagel could clearly see the issues he had done but appeared not to care as he talked to his friends on the other side of the counter. Overall I'm very disappointed with this location.

There are 3 Tim Hortons in a 3km radius in this area. This is the best one out of all of them. Their drive Thrus are fast. There's tons of parking. There are 2 exits out of the lot so you're never congested. Tall vans can go thru here if they want as the turns are not too sharp and there is no obstruction. I would rather go here than the others if I can help it.

The only reason I’m not putting 1 star is for the week day staff. The week day staff are amazing - but the evening and weekend staff are the complete opposite. There is 0 consistency for menu items (food or drink), I can order the same thing I do every day, and if it’s a weekend or an evening especially, I will always get something different handed to me. Burned items, menu items missing ingredients, completely different or missing items, and snotty looks when you mention these inconsistencies, it truly leaves a lot to be desired. I know it’s not the easiest job, I worked this job for many years, but this is just carelessness.

This is one of THE WORST Tim's location. The whole of the team was serving the Driv-Thru. I was standing at the counter they looked and just turned around minding their own business. I had to get upset to catch one guy's attention and then he just came and stood at the till. No "good morning" or No "what can I get for you today? ". And once coffee was ready just shouted "there you go" and walked away. Who trained these nitwits? Shame on the trainer and the callous attitude of the staff.

If I have option for 0 stars I could use it. I stopped drinking coffee from Tim years back due to its poor taste and its horrid customer service. I rarely stop here to buy something small and this morning I remembered why I rarely came here. I just bought a tea biscuit and has a cash card I always use in MC or any drive through where the cashier takes it and gives back with remaining balance. The cashier took the card as usual and then a scary angry looking girl showed up at the counter and started screaming to the cashier and myself. As if I did some thing horrible she ordered me to take the card back and told the cashier that it is debit card. I told her it is gift certificate and not sure how to use it and her horrible behavior continued let alone her furious looks. I yelled at her that she cannot yell at the customers. No sorry nothing. Just her blank looks. Tim Hortons is losing a lot of customers. My rarely visits are confirmed to be NO VISITS.

Drive staff are quick and very polite! Never waiting too long and food is always good. The coffee is excellent, but its. Timmy's!

Friendly staff and good customer service. Drive through was busy but still attentive to the customers lined up inside. Also understood (without any confusion) my request for specific amounts of different flavoured Timbits in the packs that I bought.

Stopped in for my morning Ice Capp and Large dark roast. Went inside today, drive thru was very busy.

Very rude employee Kendra! I can't believe there is no manager or team lead on duty at that location

Kendra dropped bagels on the floor and still tried to give them to me and then got very rude when I called her out on it because she had a line. And she is assistant manager lol. She shouldn’t be.

Easels to get in not busy when I went but got busy after I went through was a good BLT bagel was not burnt and coffee

Very friendly and hard working staff. The inside of the store is very clean and they keep the drive thru moving at a good pace.

Not open 24 hours at all came on my lunch break while working nightshift at 4 am and wasted my time. Fix your hours it aint hard.

Just picked up two farmer's wrap and it was terrible. Barely any eggs and hash brown in it. So I guess I paid for the wrap with nothing inside. I will not go to that location.

Most of the staff are awesome! As soon as they hear my voice they no what my coffee order is (addicted to there coffee). They make it PERFECT. Drive thru is usually quite busy but it moves fast. Peluk is a customers dream. Night manager very helpful.

How about you change your designation as open 24 hours to NOT!
So I don't go out of my way for a coffee at 4am!?

Second time I go to this location and they don't answer the drive through speaker. Went around 3 times before I had to knock on the window

Last week months have been a disaster at this location. They can’t seem to get the orders correct even after confirming at the order screen. They greet customers like it’s our fault they made a mistake. Absolutely no customer service or just basic manners.
Screaming what you think I ordered out the window at me is not how normal humans speak to each other.

So very disappointed. I’ve been going to this location for 4 years. I won’t be back. I have enough stress without starting my day being frustrated and still getting the wrong drink order.

I am giving this location two stars. Most of the time the service is okay. But recently I was given coffee with sugar. I don't take sugar. I didn't realize until I returned home. They also have a new machine near where you order. Many times i have tapped my card and I thought I should have received a free one and didn't. Today I became suspicious because I knew i had a free coffee. When I asked they claimed i didn't use a card. I said I tapped at the machine. The server put her hands in the air like oh well. I asked what is the point in the machine if it doesn't register? She asked me if it beep. I said yes. She basically threw her hands in the air. I explained to her that I am a customer and I am letting her know there is a defect happening. She didn't care, fluff me off. She made no effort to actually listen to me or seek advice from her manager. "I said whatever. " and as i was driving away I could hear her yelling "OMG and a few other words. " I suspect they gave my free coffee to the car head. She didn't bother to check. I won't be going back. There is only one tim Hortons left in my area i will maybe go there. If you tap your card at this location do it at the cash. I think the machine is faulty on purpose. It's the only location I have seen the machine at. I am not going back to this location because of the behavior of some of the staff. I don't have the app because tim Hortons was tracking people. I am at a point where I might stop going to Tim Hortons period.

We just walked outt. Only 2 staff told too busy serving drive thru we had to wait. What's going on?

Very great service. Blonde with glasses always smiling. Very nice! Food is as good as expected.

Ordered an iced coffee, they didn't mix the cream into the coffee. Ordered a cream cheese bagel, they barely spread the cream cheese

Worst Timmie's I have ever been to. I'll never go back They don't wear hair nets, my kid got a hair in his coffee. When I went up to ask about it, the girl said "hairnets? Um. "and then both of them started mocking me. We don't have to wear hairnets. I will never go back. Worst Timmies Ever!

The service here is mostly on point the staff are incredible and are extremely efficient and kind. I have only ever run into issues with the manager. Food here is usually very well prepared and served very quickly.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Staff is disrespectful, managers are just as rude. They didn’t have the bagel I wanted which is completely fine but the employee abrasively told me to choose another bagel while yelling at the other employee, very unprofessional. Then when my friends and I sat down at our table I rested my foot on the chair and an employee came all the way out from the back of the store and asked me to remove my CLEAN shoe from the chair. Which again is completely fine, but the disrespectful attitude and words the employee used had me shocked

Always rushing my order.coffee is never stirred, bagels never toasted. Quality of food at Tim hortans is garbage to begin with, but somehow the staff here found a way to make it worse. I prefer going to the location at Whitby shores when I can.

If I could give this store no stars I would.stood at the counter for 10 mins.before someone came to serve me, then as luck would have it someone was at drive through ordering a meal. I was quickly forgotten

I don't expect a lot from Tim's tbh - any location. I didn't die from eating or drinking here this time, and the staff was great, so 5-stars.

Crazy place.the lady wanted to take my card to a far off register to 'tap' my card because the drive through tap wasn't working.lol.no way.lol
