I ordered roast beef and cheddar Artisian sandwiche, firstly they charge you extra to substitute the sause, just to replace the sausage they charge you. 40 & after I spoke to them about it, they made the sandwich looks terrible & taste weird.try to avoid this timhortons.

The coffee was good and employees have good customer service skills. Unfortunately, the service is very slow. It took me almost 10 mins to get a cup of coffee from the drive-thru, and there were only 4 cars before me.

The drive thru is very slow. There is a long line majority of the time. Walk in is no different, service is slow. There is a decent size parking lot & the coffee is consistent.

I was on my way to work and stopped to get a coffee and bagel. I did not bother to look inside the bag to see if they got my bagel right.luckily I had to get gas down the road and when I went to take a bite of my bagel it was a donut. I'm glad I left early for work that morning. I turned around and brought it back. Got my bagel.just beware to always check before you leave the drive thru.

Cant get an order right.

Mobile App wouldn't work like it so often doesn't so I placed a manual order through the drive-through and like always they F u at the drive=through.

Somehow through all the years of making coffee they can still give a black coffee with sweetener to someone who orders a coffee with 2 cream and 1/2 sugar.what a lousy way to start my day.

Just went for lunch at this location and couldn't buy anything because "debit was unavailable because it is too expensive to use"? Seriously? Such a ridiculous excuse plus, no one carries cash anymore. Do better!

Loved to go to almost every Tim’s. But it could’ve been better if this Tim Hortons had more indoor space. This location is busy but employees delivering the best service. Very fast and friendly. Coffees are stirred well as you know most of the Tim’s Hortons employee don’t. I know work environment sucks bcuz they have to work fast and keep going. I used to work in different Tim’s locations. I loved this one for sure. Just cause they are following standards and giving good customer service experience without wasting any time. So if you are reading this, show some respect every time you
Go to any restaurant specially this cause you start your day with your morning coffees and they are helping you and doing you a favour.

This is worst branch of Tim Hortons, the staff taking orders could hardly hear you, the broccoli soup is horrible, almost like water, and they give not even half of the bun that goes with it but 1/3, the "caramel latte" taste like regular coffee with milk.nothing is good in this particular branch, the management MUST do something about it, the staff needs proper training on customers service.very poor customer service.you're a shame to the other branches that delivers excellent service and food quality like lakeshore branch at long branch, you don't even deserve one star but I can't delete it.so

The coffees they give you at drive through never come with a sleeve. It is burning hot and often spilling out the top, you need to ask them for a sleeve. Donuts are always stale. The only thing good about them is that they're fast.

This is probably the most efficient Tim's, regardless how busy they are they always get the order correct and quickly. Thumbs up to the employees and management.

They never clean the garbage outside in the drive through. It's filthy and the garbage as littered all over the ground. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager.

This is the best Tim Hortons to sit back, keep your engine running and watch F1 in the drive thru. I’ve waited in this drive thru for upwards of 20 minutes and had such a relaxing Sunday morning watching F1. Only thing that is lacking about this place is sometimes there’s no line in the drive thru.

I would just like to say that out of all the Tim Hortons I have been to this has been the very best the staff is very polite and welcoming I can’t praise them enough I had a wonderful experience and I truly think that they all deserve a very big raise. Very very nice staff and very clean.

Worst Tim Hortons, I love my Timmy's. I order alot of Duffy drinks and sandwiches from Timmy's, this Timmy's manages to mess up ever one. The worst thing it is one one the closer Timmy's to me. They have Burt my darkroasts
They have just Burt my croissants and gave us some else's sandwich.
They have the rudest drive threw people some times. Guy says 1 thing (Any thing else)
There is many more.

When I ordered online, they got my iced coffee wrong and my bowels paid for the cream later. When my mom went in and watched them do it, that's when they got it right and put skim milk. Fine if you go in, not online

Terrible service. I usually order everything bagel with extra butter and small ice capp here. Yesterday, I ordered the same. When I opened the bag, I found they didn't put extra butter. I never mind about that. Today, I again went there in drive thru and ordered the same and told the lady who took my order about the Yesterday's incident and she said "No problem, Sir! Today we will take care for the extra butter. " Again when I opened my bag, the same thing I found like yesterday. I don't mind spending few extra bucks for something which I always like. But if you're continuously doing the same mistake, nobody's gonna come second time as someone is not getting the stuff for which he/she has paid you extra. My workplace is very near to the store and I think I won't go again to this store.

Coffees and teas are fantastic form this location, but if u want something to eat than this is not the place. I wanted to customize my wrap and gave clear instructions literally 4 times but I got my wrap without lettuce, tomato or any sauce. It was just egg in it. I wasted my money.

I stopped here today on my way to work. Went through the drive thru. I ordered a bagel with lite butter, a donut and a milk. The bagel I got was soaking in butter, to the point the butter was leaking out of the bag. The donut was stale and had been sitting for quite sometime. Both of these I expect from any Tim Hortons. What I didn’t expect was to get a milk that had expired 2 days ago. I threw out my entire order. Such a waste of money.

Went there for a quick breakfast on our travels with family, ordered 5 breakfast meals from the drive thru, where I was rudely told- “this order is to big for drive-thru, next time you park and come inside”. This Tim Hortons only has 6 parkings so if there is no parking and your order is to big they don’t want your business.
They seem to want it to be easy for them and not what is convenient for their customers, never mind being told so rudely in front of family from overseas and my kids, like I was a school child being reprimanded by a teacher.
I will never go back to this one, I order 6 Breakfasts from the drive-thru in Cambridge the day before without and issues and a smile from their staff, so this seems to be a staff issue and not a Tim Hortons issue.
