This was a horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 small hot chocolates. First, they were just hot water with very little chocolate, and not even full. We went back to get that fixed and it’s still not full. I expect when I pay $4 for 2 drinks to get them full. Absolutely horrible do not come to this location.

I went to there drive thru 15 minutes ago and simply ordered Tim bits and there staff insulted say i dont know what im saying and called me a dummy and said i didn't know what I was saying and this isn't the first time I have been treated badly by the staff there

Don't bother using the mobile app to pre-order for pick up. They won't start making your order until you arrive - this doesn't save any time. They say that they won't start until you arrive because other people order and then don't show up. However, I have paid for my order in advance - why would I pay over $30 at Tim Hortons on my credit card and not show up.

If a customer has paid, the order should be fulfilled and in the timeline promised in the app.
The logic just doesn't line up. Poor business decision making resulting in poor customer service.

Brutal location, extremely unfriendly staff and they love to talk back over the ordering speaker. The current employees here with this attitude should be removed from the location immediately.

These guys at the location need to chill and treat the customers with respect. Hardly anyone at the window would smile at you ever. Most of the servers at this location’ drive through are frowning on you when you drive up to them. Despite asking for a sleeve for hot drinks, they don’t put it on and be ready for a lecture about how you should have asked for it while ordering instead of at the window (which you actually did but they just don’t care!) and waste their time. Ordered food for 5 people? Okay, you get 2 napkins, ask for more and you get one more.

Seriously, the employees at this location are so rude, they need a lesson in customer service and interaction pronto.

Mixed experience in that location, positive points, there are among the staff nice and professional people but the supervisors are rude. They behave in a strange way, and mistreat the coworkers especially the new trainees, I witnessed few embarrassing incidents where the supervisor too advantage of his position to shame and bully the employees. I understand it’s challenging environment but nothing excuses rudeness. Same supervisors aren’t always nice to customers, they sound bitter and angry.
There’s also a real problem of hygiene, floors and tables are always dirty. You have to clean the table by yourself, I wonder why they don’t hire cleaners, you can’t keep all that dirt.

Went here only twice and have encountered both times rude workers. First time, my company wanted to order something at the window because they forgot to get a sandwich for their son. The person stood there staring into space and then rudely dismissed my company. Second time, I was getting comfortable on the bench and the manager yells at me to get my feet off of the seat. I am short and find it very uncomfortable to sit with my feet hanging off the bench. Additionally, not much of my boot was touching the seat. This is a serious problem with this chain. I love their drinks but their employees need a lesson in kindness. Please correct your behavior or people will start going somewhere else or writing more reviews like this. Lastly, bring back the harvest sandwich because us vegetarians want some breakfasts.

The older lady who works on the drive thru has an extreme lack of costumer service skills. She gave lots of attitude towards my father who was ordering today. I normally would not leave a review, but this unfortunately is not the first time she has provided this sort of service. Multiple times I have gone with my sister through this drive thru and have received the same negative attitude. It’s not hard to be kind towards the paying customers. Very disappointing.

I always make sure to stop at this Tims whenever I'm in Oakville- the coffee is always so fresh and so are the bagels. The manager is also such a nice guy!

What starts the day for me is my coffee and this location ruined it by giving me burnt coffee and under mixed, I get on the highway and taste my coffee and it tastes awful, I had to throw it out get off the highway and buy a new one, waste of my money and my time, you are in the coffee business why cant you make it correctly?

This place was the worst service I’ve seen from Tim Hortons staff since I started going to Tim Hortons years ago. How rude. Never have I asked staff why can’t they help me cancel a item am they say they do t know why but they cannot cancel order placed even when u ask politely right away before they even started filling the ordered item. Never will I enter the 1500 uppermiddle rd west Tim Hortons if someone paid me.

I have a hard time understanding how it takes 20 minutes for the people at the counter to just give me my bacon BELT bagel. This has happened several times and after the most recent occurrence I have decided that I will never be visiting this place again

4pm cutoff for breakfast style foods is actually around 3 at the latest, at least in the drive through.the signs still say "until 4pm" but that must only be the corporate requirement. Breakfast sandwiches are not available, last 3 times I've tried to get there after work driving past.first fail at 355 (understandable), second at 340, and this last time 315 and "sorry not available anymore today". GG Tims at the sobeys mall, never going back.

Drive through takes way too long, they treat walk in customers as secondary - I’m usually just ignored for 5 minutes. The Manager works very slowly when lines are long and has not established a high performing team. Ineffective management based on my observations. Performance at this location has been absolutely terrible during 2021/2022.

Worst experience with employees of this tim Hortons.
I went to this store the front door was closed and time was around 9’0 clock and their drive-thru was open has i am truck driver so I can’t bring truck in drive-thru window so i visted to drive-thru window and requested them for order but employees were speaking very rudely and started arguing with me.
This never happened me with any other tim hortons it was my worst experience ever.

I used to get my coffee every day in the morning from this Tim Horton.not anymore for sure because! The The owner start being cheap telling his staff to not provide double cab to the customer even if I want to pay for it I hope the head office knows about that and see my review because anywhere I go Buy my coffee from Annie Tim Horton they don’t give me a hard time for a double cup …. And when I told them I’m not coming back here again they told me that’s fine …. And they blame the head office of Tim Horton to not provide double cup? Which is that a lie because I get my coffee with double cup anywhere I go other than this Tim Horton

The worst Tim Hortons location in Oakville. They don't make your order right no matter what. All my order was messed up and the Staff on driveway was so rude and has no manners on how to talk to a customer.

So, I've gone back a few times as it's so close to home. Nothing much has changed. However, now the in-store service now is even worse. They only care about the drive-thru because it's "timed".

This used to be a very nice location when it opened a few years ago. Now I find many staff under-trained (not all) and the quality of service to be hit and miss at best. More disturbing is the attitude of the two female managers. If you don't like dealing with the public you should find another type of employment opportunity.

Longer wait times in the morning if ordering in-store, but very kind and helpful staff. Super consistent!

This morning I went to this location after being extremely disappointed with the Tim Hortons' service right across the street.
I honestly wasn't sure if I should have gone to this location because on the mobile order app, it says this location only provides pick up for mobile orders through the drive-thru, so we decided to see if we could walk in and order and pick up in-store there. Yes, we could! We were delighted about this.
Even though wait times when ordering in-store of this location are longer than most other locations, it's clear to see that this is due to the emphasis on their drive-thru. There is always an extensive line for the drive-thru, especially in the mornings, so it was very understandable.
I also noticed how kind and helpful the employees were even with the chaos of handling a lengthy drive-thru line and helping customers inside the store simultaneously.
After we were served our items, the employee who made us our drinks was apologetic about the wait, was very polite and kind. I wish I paid attention to his name tag so I could name him here.
It brightened up my day after this experience.
This location is very consistent and always has good service!

Went through drive thru to order a coffee and some gift cards. Was advised that I cannot order gift cards at drive thru. I have done so before so I know it is possible.
The reason I was given was that it takes too long and I would have to come in to do so. Hmmmm.
However if I make a large order of food at the drive-thru thats ok? !
And that is done all the time!
Its still revenue and I am a customer.whats the difference?
It never took too long when I have done it before. I dont get that.

Really good branch. Almost always has what I want, always busy.but that's not a big deal. Also a drive through.employees are very fast with work. Haven't really got a wrong order from there

The Staff here are very rude and lazy.they mess up orders all the time and its always the customers fault.during these times with covid there are always 6-8 people crammed at the drive thru never ad hearing to the six foot rule (halton public health needs to visit this location). They also closed the instore pick up (due to lack of staff) maybe dont let people crowd drive thru. This is also a huge inconvinence to the staff that work in the plaza that don't drive or don't want to waste gas going to drive thru. The management here needs to fix this.

Was not able to get my coffee for two days in a row because the staff decided to stop taking order 5 minutes before the closing time. My understanding is that if the closure time is at 10 pm, then you continue taking order till 10 pm 5.

Came through drive thru. They don't take 2 orders at one time before 11. So went thru twice. And they don't know how to count ordered 20 tim bits and only got 17. My son is 5 and can count better.

Always slow and doesn’t pay attention to your order make sure to check Your order before leaving the drive thru also the guy who takes the order is so rude he’s rushing to take your orders most of all not so pleasant to hear especially in the morning This man has to learn how talk properly with customers. It’s so unfortunate you have a very good location please treat your customers right I must say since you opened, it hasn’t changed at all I already complained before it still the same.

I ordered 2 iced coffees today here, one caramel and one regular, it took a long time to prepare my order and when I got my order, it was completely wrong. The regular one didn’t even have the cane syrup and also the caramel one which was large, didn’t have any cane syrup and caramel syrup and the cup was full of ice and just a little bit coffee. The worst Tim hortons ever.

In February 2020, I ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese. Once I received it, I took a bite and noticed that there was actually garlic cream cheese on it. I told the lady who made my sandwich about it and asked if she could make me a new one. I showed her the garlic on it and she literally laughed in my face. She made me a new one, but mishandled it so it looked deformed, then rolled her eyes at me while complaining about me to her co-workers behind my back.

They usually take 20+ minutes to complete my 1-3 item order. In the summer of 2019, I ordered a medium iced coffee. I figured I wouldn't need a receipt because the drink shouldn't take too long.but that was not the case. They never started my drink, and continued to help the others behind me who ordered entire meals. I finally asked after 15 minutes if they had prepared my order, and they asked me if I had my receipt. I didn't have one to show, but I told them that one of the two ladies who worked behind the counter checked me out. They both said I was lying. I am very ethnically ambiguous, and everyone who ordered after me were not, so I am not sure how they didn't remember me. 5 minutes later, they had finally completed the order, but the woman who handed me the drink slammed it on the counter and walked away. After all that, the drink wasn't even cold.

Tuesday March 31st at 2: 15pm

Tim Hortons debit machine was not working. The 4 button wasn't acknowledging the press and therefore couldn't pay for my two coffees.
Lady looked at me like I was lying about it to try to get free coffees.

Went here yesterday and the manager Debbie has not an ounce of professionalism at all. The girl that took my order Catharine was trying to give me my order and Debbie was just yelling at her out front infront of customers. Even told her she was lying. Stay the hell away from this place unless you want to get B I T C H E D at by Debbie. Instead of yell at the employees ahe should get off her A$$ and clean the dinning room as there was many flies.

I was going to give a 2star but after reading that the manager is also rude to others, 1star is accurate. 2 out of 2 cups weren't filled to the top with my coffee. One was barely over half a cup. I had to return after driving 10KMs. I was going to give two stars since the manager insisted on giving me a new cup although I only wanted my money so that I could go to the McDs that shares the building. Upon completion she RUDELY interpreted my dropping of one of the old lids on the counter as me throwing it at her which took my 6 of 10 anger to 10. I'll use McDs at that location until I know she gets a new job or anger management. Also McDs ALWAYS fills my cup to the rim!

Don't fill cups completely. Got an ice capp it wasn't completely filled to the top like it usually is when you go to other locations. The manager said they only fill it to the line and thats all you get. I asked for a refund. Went to the Tim's across the street in the esso gas station. Ordered an icecapp and was filled to the top.
