In the morning time, the employees are friendly and professional. The only downside to this location is that drive through is generally busy so I usually have to wait 20+ minutes. Despite the long lines they tend to move fairly fast (most times).

One of the busiest Tim Hortons in Oakville. Decent kitchen staff (food was always tasty), ample seating space, lots of parking, and a drive- thru window/facility.

This is back to being my favorite Tim's. The food is tasty, the coffee is great and really good value. Toilets are immaculate, hygienic is well observed with table and other surfaces being cleaned regularly. I Tim's and this place is good.

Very poor service and i also didn't found the quality also fresh. I stand in the line for almost 15 min don't why the management is so poor. One suggestion from my side just go and hire more people.

I mean if u choose Tim Hortons for convenience and fast food service, u better not choose this one since the drive thru is alway very long. It takes at least 20 minutes. Also, inside service is slow, u always can see a long line. Btw they dont serve napkins which i really can’t understand.

By far the worst Tim Hortons in all of Oakville, every experience has been the same. I try to avoid at all costs even though it’s my area and I would rather drive farther away and waste my gas to a different TH. Drive thru is very slow. The debit machine placed while you order has slowed things down immensely and defeats the purpose of trying to expedite check out. The window service is shrewd, abrupt, rude sometimes. Must check order before driving away as they have messed up many times. Now the safety plexi glass is so big and in your face that you never really make contact with the cashier just their hands, when they hand you the food or machine to pay. Terrible experience overall. The TH next door at the gas station however is great service, fast, friendly and efficient always.

Awful customer service. If you're miserable, find another job. Had to repeat half a dozen times that I wanted to redeem points, then told they don't know how to do that, then had to wait again until they figured it out.absolutely pathetic customer service. Will never be going back to this location.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews. But please save your time- because where ever you’re going, doesn’t matter the time or date, you WILL be waiting at LEAST 15 minutes. That’s IF the machine for the debit machine in the drive through order window is even working.

I understand some days they might be understaffed but unfortunately, I have been going to this location for many years (because of convenience) in hopes that things will get better.

I’m writing this as I’m in the drive through- 20 minutes and still have not gotten to the first window yet.

This is the worst customer service all across Canada! Seriously! I wanted to redeem my offer from the app, after scanning the cashier asked other employee for help, as it didn’t work. The employee made the same steps and said “I don’t know” and LEFT. Then another employee came to take a look and said “The app the third party, you have to come ready to order, you can come back after you figure it out, now I have other customers in line” Is this for real? !

Honestly if I can rate this tim Hortons a 0 I would because honestly I had the worst customer service from this tim Hortons because honestly the customer service they have here is awful they have bunch of staff but all seem like it’s there first day I ordered my stuff I redeemed and still charged me extra and forgot half my stuff when I told her she forgot it she rolled her eyes at me even a customer behind me said this was the worst tim Hortons so horrible and she told her she’s supposed to treat the customers with respect not roll your eyes at the customers that are giving you a living from this job buying off you guys and honestly worst thing is the manger was the one rolling her eyes I don’t think she should become a manger if you are this bad of a person to your customers her name is faith and everyone has had bad service with her I think they should get a new manger with better service I hope a owner of tims Hortons can see this and give me a report back because I’m sure everyone will argue with me about the service of this tim Hortons thx

There is a McDonalds in this plaza, trust me, you should go there instead.

I’ve been turned off of Tim Hortons over the years because I had one bad experience after another. I decided to give them a chance, and what a surprise, I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich only to approach the counter and find out they had cancelled my order for no reason. In this day and age I would have expected at least a comped meal or even an apology, but nope, not from Tim’s.

With all of the other options available nowadays, dont waste your time here.

I bought a Large coffee and a donut from this location, and when I bit into my donut, a large black strand of hair, wrapped around the donut, got caught in my teeth. I immediately felt sick from this disgusting incident, and drove back to the store (store#102118) to complain about this and get my money back.

First the girl at the window chuckled when I asked if any of the employees had black hair, then when I went to the window I noticed she didn't have her hair net on. That is standard practice in most fast food industries.

I got my money back for the donut, but really they should have just refunded me for the whole thing.

This is the service of Tim Hortons now?

Wow. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.

Do better.

Terrible service. We have given this staff multiple opportunities. They have given wrong orders on multiple occasions. They have overcharged on wrong orders, the staffs ability to pack things in a take out container is suspect. Donuts are often squished, soup spilled, spoons missing. Unfortunately, in the 10+ times we have been here (as we live in the area), not a single order was completed properly. Management should really consider a turnover of staff. This current staff clearly have no pride in their work.

Serving is very late.
Black coffee is very hot compared to regular coffee, so I asked for an estra cup to drink little by little, but she refused.
I was very displeased. The other team Hortons give extra cups without refusing.

Absolutely worst customer service experience at drive thru. I did a mobile order of vanilla creamy chill for my son. And it comes with whipped cream and sprinkles on top. But first lady didn’t added any of those. When i asked the whole staff started laughing. The manager must know before hiring such staff.

Horrible customer service in the drive thru. I went there at about 8: 30 to get 3 small icecaps instead they gave me iced coffees. I told them specifically I wanted ice caps but the lady kept proceeding to tell me that I was the one who said iced coffee. She gave me attitude and made me wait longer, even though it was their mistake. They then told me I had to pay difference even though it was their mistake. This is not how customers should be treated.

Tim Hortons coffees and drinks for cheap. They have a wide selection of donuts and other treats with many choices of drinks and smoothies for the summer. They also have nice hot drinks for the winter too.

Horrible customer experience with the drive through staff working today at 2: 59pm she was extremely rude. Will avoid this location going forward. When I asked for a special request of no cheese and well done bacon. She did the opposite- rolled her eyes at me after heating the sandwich in microwave- which made it mushy so I requested a refund

Beware of what you order. Drive through Menu does not display main ingredients. Caesar Wrap has bacon. Staff not courteous and pushy. You need to know what you want before checking the Menu!

I went to drive thru, The service was very slow and
2nd I ordered medium DD coffee and got large.
3rd The coffee taste was like hot milk.
4th I went there to exchange the coffee and got the same hot milk.

I think either they don't know how to make coffee or their equipments need to be change.

Trash cans are always full to the brim so people just throw out their cups on trash can shelves. Facilities are not well maintained but at least the service is pretty quick.

My son and I were in Tim's last week at 4: 30pm for the first time in 5+ years. There were several empty tables covered with dishes and waste paper. The garbage containers were overflowing and the three on duty staff were clearly wishing they were some place else. My son and I used to come to this location a lot after hockey. It was always spotless and the staff engaged. It has gone way down hill. We won't be taking a trip again down nostalgia lane any time soon.

I was at this location at 630am. I drive up to place my order, I was told “, can you wait a moment? ” Then when the person returned, there was no, “Welcome to Tim Horton’s how can I help you? ”. I got, “What would you like to order? ”. I order. I drive up and when the window opens the person says, “plain bagel? ”. I said, “with peanut butter. ” The person says, “yeah” and hands it to me. I hand over my phone with Tim’s app ready. The person asks me, “is this the Tim’s app”. I confirm it is. The person scans the app. Closes the window. No thank you for coming to Tim’s. No goodbye, This is why I go to Starbucks.

I been working in oakville for about 3 weeks now been going to this location every morning around 630-645 if you go ask for a receipt bc the woman at the window likes to not scan your card and tries to scam your change first time I cought her trying 5$ then not scan my card then again not scan my card mistake maybe but that much I dont think so this is theft and wrong

Whoever is runnin this location is doing a really bad job. There is never two drive thru windows open. I don't understand how they manage this in the morning where it's the busiest. The answer is they don't. Service is really slow and they rush on top of it and get orders wrong. I hope someone intervenes soon

I’ve been to dozens of Tim Hortons in Ontario and even a few in the US. This Tims has the absolute slowest drive thru customer service I have ever encountered. I thought the first time I went there was a problem with the intercom or some other reason. But the second time I went, as I was in the area again for an appointment, it was the same slow service. The server was polite and friendly but I don’t understand why it takes so long for just a simple smoothie or ice Capp. If you are in any sort of a hurry, then avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. If management is reading this you really must address this issue. Check out the Tims a bit further to your west at Dundas and Appleby and see what a real Tim Hortons drive thru should be like. That location is one of the fastest and most consistent by far.

Went through the Drive-thru with my 2 year old this morning. When I placed my order and got to the window I could here the staff fighting with each other which included swearing that my 2 year old picked up on. Very unprofessional and as a parent extremely upsetting.

Ordered two Bagel BELT, the service was super fast, Very Polite Staff, I give Five Stars for that. I am reviewing Tim Hortons here in general, how come the eggs were prepared in like 1 minute? Obviously everything in that Bagel was precooked, probably heated in the microwave. Bagel was stuffed out of proportion, stale tomato, egg and cheese were all over the place, I had to center it before I could take my first bite. Bagel BELT was bland, no taste and even when I ordered everything Bagel it tasted like white bread dough, sticky, gooey and they forgot to toast it. I am very disappointed with Tim's quality these days. I would rather go to McDonalds because they at least prepare their eggs fresh, and not microwaved. Even the coffee at Tims is of cheap quality, and McDonald no doubt has learned how to make better cup of Java with a 10 times better carry on Paper Cup Quality than Tims. All I can say to Tim Hortons is; better get your act together before you end up like Sears.

Staff works hard at this Canadian landmark place. Coffee is great and fresh as always. They have an issue with pricing when they are out of some item. They did not have potato wedges and asked me "Would you like a hash brown INSTEAD? " I said "Yes" and the charged me for the wedges and the hash brown as well. I noticed it and asked the staff to fix it. Staff told me they will fix it when I got to the window at the drivethrough. They did not fix it. I asked again and they said I can call the manager. I did and the manager offered a free meal. I refused and told him I only want him to be aware of this issue and to fix this issue. I will not buy food at this location again.
