Tim Hortons

Very busy place but the customers and staff were all smiling and super friendly. My friend lives just up the street, so i will be back again.

Service was fine if a little slow. This would be resolved by having more than one person at cash during orders.

If you just want regular Tim's drink, you are good. But you are looking for donuts and other sweets, you might be disappointed as there are very few selections.

If you ask for a cup of tap water they charge you for hot water.

I find it ridiculous a franchise store can go around charging for one thing yet serving another.

After ordering I stood in line. After several people who had ordered after me I had to ask where my coffee was. They weren't that busy. Not sure but I guess I didn't know anybody

It's a tim hortons that's just like most other tim hortons. The place seems slightly aged but the food, coffee, and service is exactly what is expected from almost any other one and I always appreciate that.

No staff no donuts tidbits or muffins worst Tim's I have been to. The poor staff need help. They are baking running the till. The owner of this place should be ashamed. GET MORE STAFF

Fast service and hard working staff. Got a couple cups of java and some hash browns which were tasty and fresh.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that you leave one girl to work the entire store on Mother’s Day. She has a super long line to the point that people are leaving to go to a different location. I’ve never seen more than 2 people working and you clearly needed 3 today. Thank god for the nice lady working, it’s hard to find people that can work 3 jobs at once. Probably won’t return to this location!

I have been going to this location since they opened and it's by far the best location I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly and they are always so nice to my kids. The employees and the manager goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of and staying safe. Great Job!

This location has become worse for service times. How can you wait inline for 10 mins, with only 1 customer ahead of you. Unacceptable. I do believe maybe new ownership or employees.

We went through drive-thru, one of the best experiences I've had at a Tim's! Our order-taker was quick and efficient and our food was perfect. Hot and fresh chicken in my wrap and coffee was great, absolutely 5 stars for my visit.

Slow service and constantly wrong orders. My favourite moment was waiting over 5 min while the employees took selfies

Their coffee is inconsistent. HOWEVER the staff is friendly and the food orders are correct. Avoid 11am-2pm on week days to avoid the highschoolers.

The staff is good. They have always completed my orders correct and complete.
I moved away from this district 2 years ago. While I drop in here periodically, the original staff still remembers my preferences.

Fast and friendly. Usually. You really should try to avoid this place when the high school across the street is on break.

Pretty good tim's. The staff are generally friendly. Sadly no drive thru as this is an older plaza and it's a smaller size tim's. I try to go there before high school lunch starts (around 12: 15 to 12: 30) and there are two schools in five minute walking distance so it can get lined up pretty bad.
I don't really eat a lot of their food as there aren't many gluten-free choices, and probably nothing suitable for a celiac. But I love this place because they seem to be the only tim's that carries lactose free milk! Thank you! I think they also have soy and brown sugar.
