The Dutchie return was not worth the wait.overly sweet, tough, and small. Find a proper bakery or buy from a grocery store, you will get a larger better tasting option. Not an issue related to this location, although at 1: 30pm they did not have 2 of the 5 items we ordered.

Not impressed with lack of counter service. Made eye contact with four different staff members and no one said anything. So after 5 minutes I left.

The lady at the drive through gave me a half drinken cup of French vanilla instead of the order that I made. Literally wasted my money and paid more for something that I didn’t want. I only realized what I had gotten when I got home.

Omg such a great and friendly customer service! Especially the girl in the hijab! She was so friendly and kind. This location will definitely be my go to!:)

No punctuality at all

I paid 7$ for ham and cheddar. The lady working night shift on Saturday made me a sandwich with 1 slice of ham no tomato. So went back and told her to put more she told me thats right and refund me money. So rude.

If not caring about your job was an award that Tim Hortons gives out, this location would win it. We got burnt food, 1 cookie when we ordered 2, no fork with our salad, had to ask for a straw for an iced cap 3 times, and one open-faced wrap.

I was in the store today and I was served by someone named Michael. By far the best service I have received at a Tim’s in Ontario.

Prepare to spend at least 20 min waiting in line at this location, for a simple cup of coffee. Slowest tim hortons I have ever been to. Might as well grow your own coffee beans and make your own coffee since by the time they finish your order you will be able to do that already.

I don’t like leaving a review but here it is.bought an iced coffee earlier this morning to drink it in my class but when I was about to drink it, I saw a freaking hair on my drink. It’s so disgusting that I had to throw it away. Such a waste of money

Like most Canadians I've been to a lot of Timmies. As a motorcyclist, I've maybe been to a few more than the average Canadian, or at least a few more of those "off the beaten path". I can't say I've ever felt compelled to write a review on any of them. It's Timmies. Everyone knows what to expect. But I spontaneously popped into this location after filling up gas today, and I gotta say, what a nice experience! The place was clean, the food was fresh, the line moved quickly, and Adrian (sp?) behind the counter.just a genuine, happy, pleasant and friendly person. He was an "above and beyond" Tim Horton's associate for sure, and deserves to be recognized for his pleasant demeanor. Thanks Adrian. You made my day!

Mid May 2022. King City Timmy with nice decor but bit cramp. Staff are nice and busy. Clients are decent while quite a garhering apot for Sunday bikers.

When I came to this place this morning, I did not feel well thanks to the appearance of this place. It is usually dirty and not in good condition. The tea was not as hot as I ordered every time.

The worst place to drive threw and the world worst coustmer service ever!
You make mistakes and don't apologies about it, your management needs to traine all your employees. Absolutely I will never do anymore drive threw this location west of my time

Quick service, the farmers wraps taste different here than anywhere else ive had it. Maybe they grilled them for too long. Also the bathrooms were brutal

Got to love a free friendly coffee at 7am when everyone else gets the week off and roads are bare and no line up at the drive thru

Service was standard but the washrooms were destroyed. Toilet paper everywhere, or lacking it entirely and paper towel everywhere. This was both in the mens and women's bathroom. Men's door didn't even lock properly. Staff didn't seem to care when mentioned.

I have ordered Uber eats from here consistently for a while with great experiences each time. Go to do it today and get notified "restaurant is closing in 2 minutes" at 11: 58am which I figured was just a glitch on the app. Nope, turns out they shut down their Uber eats delivery after noon for what I can only assume is laziness due to having to serve all the high school students during their lunch period.

Why not turn the Uber eats delivery back on after all the high school students are done? Why does it have to wait until 7am the next day?

And still in line up at 6: 20
Poor poor service

Two hours before closing they had no timbits or donuts as was considered “ the end of the day”

They never stir the drinks. Are the employees really that lazy? It only takes 3 sec to stir. You can see the unstired sugar base on the bottom and the cream floating on the side of my iced coffee cup.

The guy on drive through order taking is rude and loud. This is totally unacceptable. 5pm 09.01.21

I cannot find any justifications for any Tim Hortons to close their washrooms to customers. If you need to employ one extra person to sanitise the washroom periodically throughout the day then do so.the very least that you can not cut corners when your business has suffered nothing due to lockdown restrictions. Not at all impressed

Store is closed for walk ins an wont serve at the drive thru window so truck drivers caint get coffee unless they want too uber it an pay like 7 dallors for a coffee
