The person taking my order and the person serving me were very nice but it was extremely slow despite there only being 2 other cars in the drive-thru and every sandwich/bagel had an issue or mistake

This location is a black hole of time consumption. While the recent renovation makes it look nice, it has created a nightmare for lining up and getting an order. Only go here if you have more than a half hour of your life you want to waste. And the issues with the drive-through make driving Oak Park precarious at best.

Because there is too much rush they can't make a perfect wrap
Take 2 minutes more and give us a good wrap not a messy one

What can I say about such slow place whenever I order it's late not even once I got my order on time and when it comes it has items missing. What can I say about their manager I call them tell about it they are not even accepting that they made mistake.

Absolutely unforgivable!
Egg shells in my breakfast sandwich, disgusting. Also, the atmosphere is awful inside since it’s filthy. Never again.

Aweful service.
The worst idea that Tim Hortons ever thought of is Kiosk that suppose to make ordering quicker.
You'll end up waiting longer than usual if you order via the kiosk.

This is an unbelievably inefficient Tim’s. This afternoon there were more people behind the counter than there were customers but service was still glacially slow. To say the staff were running around like chickens with their heads chopped off does a disservice to chickens. A breakdown in one of the cream dispensing machines threw things into a tailspin. Apparently no one had ever poured cream from a carton before. If you have to be somewhere else on time avoid this location!

Slow service, I ordered an iced coffee and was given a watery, plain coffee, and everytime I have gone I have had to ask twice for an item I ordered.

No hash browns at 11am, asked staff to make sure there were no dairy products in my son's breakfast wrap as he has a severe allergy, his wrap arrived fully loaded with dairy etc. Not happy, had to get it replaced so we had completed our breakfast before his arrived.

How head office is not seeing and rectifying this bad situation at this location. Is unimaginable! The Staff are not trained to be efficient and accurate they have few good ones but will loose them due to the mother/son ownership that verbally abuses them. I've seen it with my own eyes. Also sad that they laid off due to covid a very nice man that worked there for years that is autistic never hired him back but hired new people while he's been holding out waiting to be called back to his job. Certainly there are laws about this? Shame on these owners. Tim Hortons prides themselves on hiring people with special needs. Yet this owner has no values. I know this because he still goes there and is outside taking to all the people he used to see there inside. Saying hi being friendly as he always was. He was the only reason I went there. To see his smiling face always made my day. Now I have no use for this location.

As usual, a perfect little coffee shop with snacks, savouries. Open 24 hours. Very good green tea, too.

Found a hair in my cookie and the server was so rude about it. I will never go back to that Tim's again. My word don't eat there. Disgusting.

Today I got double double coffee from tim hortons Trafalgar road. Coffee is very bad. They have no taste in the coffee. I think tim hortons service not good. Please improve the service.

Something wrong with this branch. Staff are very slow, washrooms were disgusting and not clean. Definitely they need a good manager

I am not impressed that they are going to charge 10¢ for double cups now. Black coffee and those sleeves don't work!

Over charged.
Will return for refund today.

Not even want to give a single star coz these idiots posted 24 hr store open and when i went there after mid night it’s was closed. Wasted my time

Where do I begin. It took over 20 minutes to go drive thru and what I observed was everyone having an issue with their orders. Our coffee order was incorrect and one of the sandwiches. When I asked for my proper sandwich, I was met with some serious attitude. Got back to the office just to find my sandwich (a BLT) unappealing. The lettuce is old. See picture below. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE GOING TO THIS TIM HORTONS AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

Waited 20mins for our curbside pickup through the app to be walked out. Had to go in wait in line only to find our food and drinks have been sitting there the whole time. Drinks were half melted and no one even bothered apologizing.

Cmooon get your icedcap machine fixed or i think you just dont want to serve it. I saw some one coming out of your tim with iced cap and you telling others machine is not working cmon its alread been more than two weeks!

24 Hrs operational TH in and around Trafalgar Square and North Oakville. Service is relatively quick, however during peak hours (12-4 on weekends and 4-9 on weekdays) you might get your order in store faster than the Drive Through, so perhaps prudent to take that judgement.

Grabbed a quick coffee there. Won't be going back. My cup was only 3/4 full so I asked them to top it up. The attitude I got back was awful. Like I was wasting their time. It wasn't even busy - not a single person in the line

Always a favorite. Love their seasonal donuts. The staff is friendly but a word of advice, skip the drive through and go right inside to place your order because the lineup is usually crazy long during peak hours.

The drive thru is always super long. Very rare my order is all correct. Ladies are nice at the window!

Kinda sucks tbh in comparison to other Tim Hortons. I feel bad for anyone that works there fr. Rancid rancid vibes, makes me want to apologize for the unforgivable crime of being a customer.

Not to pleased with the service.and the staff are pretty rude.a lot of young staff, which I'm happy that the youth are able to work and get their little money. But don't forget you don't own Timmy's! Be humble and remember you will come across a situation where you will need some form of human kindness. * eye rolls*

Oakville is Very stuck up! I can say this because I've worked in this area since 2016.and I definitely feel like customer service in this area is like pulling teeth.

Never again order from this store today we order candy cane chocolate and got a water down hot chocolate wrong muffin it's not the first time stuff is missing

I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich, they entered ‘caprese’. I immediately asked them to correct it and the attendant taking the order indicated that she did, even though the screen still showed ‘caprese’ sandwich. At the takeout window I was handed a vegetable ‘caprese’ sandwich, not a chicken sandwich! So I proceeded inside because I was really looking forward to my chicken sandwich. I told the cashier the situation and he called another employee who simply said ‘we don’t have Chicken sandwiches’ and walked away, leaving me no options at all. In addition they were out of hash browns and chocolate chip cookies so my kids were also disappointed and ended up with cold potato wedges. I’m definitely avoiding this particular location.

Always busy, and you can't find a place to park, even the drive throu is so busy that you will have to stand outside the plaza for your turn

Waste of time and money. Used online order and pick up at store, waited 10mins and my order wasn't even on the screen. Got in line and asked the clerk if she could make it as was only a coffee and frozen lemonade. I got regular lemonade (which I looked past) and then the coffee order was wrong. I gave up and left after 20 mins. Waste of time and 5$.

It’s been a bit of a while since I’ve walked into a Tim Hortons and as soon as I walked in, I literally remembered why. Despite no line up, I stood there for a solid few minutes waiting for someone to talk my order. Once they finally got around to it, I was served my drink in a stained cup and I had to explicitly ask for another. From there, it only got worse…

Very nice location. Super fresh food and freshly baked donuts, muffins, delicious sandwiches?
Easy access and lots of parking

This Tim Hortons shows they are open 24hrs; however, don't bother going to the drive thru after 10pm because they will state that the grill is closed. I've randomly asked for items from the menu after 10pm for the last year and a half, and was only successful getting a hot sandwich (that was served cold) ONCE. Also, don't bother asking for a donut; your only choice will be old fashion plain or old fashion glazed. Most disappointing Tim Hortons drive thru.

Not great experience. Car lines long at 10am so walked inside. No paper bag given with order. Breakfast biscuit with only sausage in it - annoying as had already left location. Returned and two other customers had same issues. No-one apologised - received order directly onto counter again - the same biscuit now a little burnt. New staff need more support.

She was quite rude over the speaker box. Wouldn’t show eye contact when face to face. Having a bad morning? Who knows.

I just wanted a dream donut, without the attitude. My usual Tim Hortons experience is satisfyingly friendly. This left a bad taste in my mouth, but not from the delicious dream donut

Food and drinks are essentially the same as those at any other location. Although most staff are very helpful and polite, the independent owner and general manager are both extremely rude. Staff are very open about the fact that they are often overworked and improperly compensated for their time.

This location always seems to mess up my order even when it's a simple coffee. The only reason I even buy from here is 'cause it's close to me and all the other Tims are further away.

After COVID, freshness and taste has gone down a lot. Very old tasting. Only drink was good. Also they have been getting my orders wrong for years. Drive thru area is so dangerous, location is not logical. Line goes out to the streets and blocks traffic.

I like Tim Hortons, but i don't like the attitude of the staff members. Orders also consistently wrong. Will be giving my business to some place else that appreciates it.

Really rude manager. There is one who works at night. Once she was touching food without gloves. She should get her attitude checked and see how to treat customers.

This Tim Horton's is 4 as they have no drive through
So well we have to park the car and go in to get the coffee though worth the effort as the coffee s Excellent hot and fresh with the right combination of Cream and sugar

Our brunch today was the worst! The bagels were stale and the vegetables were very old! We had them for pick up so we couldn't return them. We had our friends over and it was a disappointment.

This is a crowded location and the staff aren’t professional at all. Although I had to repeat my order twice and check it on the POS screen and my invoice yet I received it totally wrong.

The lady who took my order came to my table and apologized and gave me two free coffee coupons.

Ordered one latte. First it was served half full so complained. Got it back barely warm. Won't go again.

The usual fare. Service was fast and accurate. Maybe could have been a bit cleaner, but lots of winter traffic seems to be the culprit.

The WORST tim hortons i have ever been to. When i go to work on day shift, they have only 1 worker behind the counter and they are always very rude by taking the druve thru people as they come in while i stand waiting at the counter to have my order taken even though i was there before them. I guess the management is just too cheap to hire more employees for the am shift but the morning employee is also very rude by making people stand at the counter waiting

Same as your typical Tim's. The drive thru is always faster than going inside any time of the day.

What's their to say, it's Tim Hortons. Good staff here except no one seems to clean the tables or maybe some visitors are just a bit messy and can't stop crumbs from falling. Please, clean up after after yourselves.

Also long car queues in the morning for drive thru. Why not just park and go in.it's quicker!
