Tim Hortons

I've been here multiple times in the last few years, thanks to camping in Algonquin. Michael, who was at the cash counter, was very welcoming as not only did he help us choose a few items but also served us the order when we got seated at the table. Thanks to him, this branch definitely made us remember this branch of Tim Hortons.

Bonus points: The lake view from this location while sipping coffee makes us want to come here more often right from Toronto.

Chocolate donut with coconut sprinkles made me sick. I suspect that this location is either using expired ingredients, not adhering to sanitary preparation standards, or selling donuts past an acceptable date. From now on I am going to buy my donuts in bulk, less expensive and fresh with a posted expiry date from the big chain grocery stores.

They have too many people working in the drive through. Not enough people to serve the people who walk in to get orders.

I also want to express to all employees from the manager to the staff thank you for your work and care, so the company's management needs to encourage employees like ️Jacob and ️Mike, the guys cook delicious coffee for me, a migrant from Ukraine, for six months every day, so I love you guys to the whole of Canada️

Very slow service. If you are not it car you will be given least priority and you will end up waiting for long time

Closing at 10 pm Friday. And, when I get there at 7: 30, they got nothing:
1. I ordered 2 chicken wraps with slow cook chicken, they only had crispy chicken.
2. I ordered sandwich, they don’t have buns.
3. I ordered chilli, they don’t have any.
4. They also don’t give my ice cap, before I asked them to make it for me.
I ordered 5 items in total, and I got only 4items. AND ONLY ONE OF THEM IS WHAT I WANTED.

Ordered with mobile app, got my drinks and after 30-40 minutes wait I asked for the rest of my order and was told they did not have anything and claimed they were calling my name although I never moved from the counter. 2 of the employees (drinks/cashier and deli) took a very defensive attitude against me and never apologized and when I demanded the refund to leave the establishment, the employer in the deli area yelled at me that I was blaming her. (?) The whole experience was the worst costumer experience I have ever encountered, unprofessional and immature staff, lack of accountability. Definitely not at Tim Hortons standards.

Worst Tim Hortons in Huntsville by far, avoid this location at all costs. Every time I order here they always mess up my order probably 80% of the time. For example if you order a steak and egg breakfast sandwich they will always give you a bacon and egger instead. It's absolutely ridiculous at this location and don't even get me started on the coffee situation at this particular store. Hands down - a disgrace to the Tim Hortons franchise.

Not to mention the egg shells that they serve customers with every egg.

It was a really long wait for 3 items. A wrap and 2 sandwiches took about 15 minutes. I watched lots of vehicles go through the drive through and get their food way faster than I did.

They had a pushy customer before me but handled it like professionals. The entry way from the highway is dangerous at any speed

Slow service, no staff so dining room was closed. Food was ok. Did two separate orders and the window person had no idea what to do. No drinks in our orders, one was a mobile order. Mobile order wasn't started until we arrived at speaker and told them it was mobile.no point to ordering ahead if it isn't made until you arrive. 4.5 min sitting at window waiting for mobile order.

Get 2 small tea and one croissant, girl on the window is very rude to me. I just asked to heat up my Croissant! Horrible experience

The wait was very long and staffing was underwhelming. They need a vibe check lol. We sat at the drive through for a long time before they finally heard us. We asked for almond milk and they gave us regular milk. My friend would have been very sick if she had drank it.

We were here last week, the drive-thru associate was very rude and she behaved very bad.
She did not let us to complete our order and she disconnected while we were ordering.
She shouted at us without any reason, It is really disappointing that we cannot sue these people when they are disrespectful.
And when we received our ordered they were all wrong and she charged us for things that we did not ordered:

Kind of awkward drive through but not too bad.

The purpose of the mobile app is to speed up service. I was told to wait my turn and go around the drivethrough with my large travel trailer. If you're offering mobile app service you should have in store or door service. That is the whole concept of the mobile app but this location has no idea what they are doing. Absolutely disrespected by all employees, rude establishment. Manager Meaghan was unprofessional, completely rude and entitled.

Slow service and in-store pickup closed. Long line ups for drive thru which takes significant amount of time

They had one guy up front taking orders and it seemed like he didn't know where the buttons were. It was a long wait for not very many items. USE THE DRIVE-THRU

If you are a walk in, you will be ignored. Go through the drive threw. Poorly managed Tim Hortons. Avoid if possible.

The food and drinks were perfectly fine but the smell of put side and the side walk was so disgusting

Racist working there, we were waiting for washroom line, the senior worker let every white person let go to washroom and we kept on waiting to go and in the end they said to wait outside in the long line again to use washroom because somehow it is close for cleaning now.

Mandeep needs to take sensitivity classes. She was so rude and ignorant, so was Leah. They both fed of eachother's negative energy and we curt and condescending in their rapport to their patrons. Their so called "director" Chris is an enabler and instead of correcting bad behaviour he supports and encourages it. Shame on this entire establishment. Regardless of the fact that Tim Horton's are privately owned and operated as a franchisee you mustn't besmirch a brands good name. My concerns have been escalated to the regional manager and I have been assured they will be follow-up on.

The worst customer service I received from this location. Its quite sad that they could mess up someone’s order even though they aren’t not busy! We know is covid, but still train your employees better!

I'll never go to 60 Tim's again they messed my oder up not only did they make coffee wrong but when I said something all they did was change the lettering

I started going to this location in September
I continually was told they close at nine and couldn't have anything hot at 7: 45.
This was not true.
I was asked by there drive-thru staff if there wasn't somewhere else I could go.
I finally got fed up with the attitude and went to speak with the Manager, Chris White, shared my experiences with him.

I had a horrible experience, the manager is a bully and a power tripper. There is no customer service and they dont give a darn about customer satisfaction!

Tim Horton's with a view. I always stop here for a quick snack when returning back from Algonquin Park. Fast service and can get busy at times.

I was given 2 of the hardest, oldest hashbrowns ever. Asked for salt but didn't get it. We sat at the window after paying a long long time just waiting for someone to hand us the order. Not a good experience.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The coffee could have been hotter and the service a little faster.

Place was clean, coffee exactly what you would expect. Staff is awesome. Wanted to fill my water bottle before continuing our drive and they cleaned the left over water and fill it to the brim with ice and water!:) Would come back for sure.

Of the 4 Timmies in town, this is my least favorite. Hard to get in & out of, bad parking due to long lines filling the lot, and still longer lines inside. It's usually faster to drive to the one on King Willliam by the swing bridge if you don't need a drive through.

Service is terrible. They have 1 cashier working and paint drys faster. Typical franchise owner who doesnt correctly staff the operation.

First of all, everything was very quick, the staff was friendly, the food was fresh.happy to stop by when driving past.

Super long wait for 5 drinks. And we wanted a calgary cup for the promo going on. None left and took the cachier a.long time to figure that out

What a beautiful view.what a great spot for a Tim's. I would prefer uf my house was build there lol. (you'll see). Plenty of parking.pretty good service.

The service was not friendly at all one of the worst customer service experiences in awhile definitely will boycott Tim’s next time I come up north

Terrible franchise destroying health of Canadians and mental health of employees. Please find a solution for people with travel mugs who don't want to be excluded from roll up the rim. Stop generating waste and harvesting entire forests. Serve healthy food. Good chai tea.

Coffee good and well made but not a good selection of donuts/muffins and service was not as quick as most tim hortons locations

Waited 5-10 min before someone came to take my order at the counter. No one apologized. The man behind me gave up and left. They all seemed very busy taking care of the drive thru customers. First time and last.

Always clean and friendly staff. I stop in during my weekly road trips and it's always been my main stop.

Horrible service. Messed up 5 items on our order and the staff didn't care. The lemon poppyseed loaf was actually hard it was so stale but I was given it anyway. Very unsatisfied.
