Tim Hortons

At drive- thru, I ordered two bagels around 5 am, one toasted with xtra butter and another with plain cream cheese. I receive the bagels uncut which is not a standard followed by any tim hortons as per my knowledge. I am disappointed as there was no car behind me at early morning time, it's better to follow proper steps of making food.

We took order from one Mr. Sajo. They way he talked showed good customer service. And when we dine in once. One Mr. Karthik was also serving so good. An other guy with hershey was so formal but overall had good experience here.

I bought an everything bagel at 3: 44 pm on July 5th it was just $2.75 which I gave one toonie and 3 quarters coins. The guy at the drive through asked me to count my money 2nd time he is saying he don’t want to waste his time. I told him it’s already counted he insisted on getting it counted for the second time. He was extremely rude.

The worst experience that I ever had in a timhortons, like they can't serve a ice latte with adding 3 pumps of cane syrup.

Burnt bagle and but can't complain when u drive off from drive through. These places are hit and miss sometime depending on how busy they are.

Location going downhill. 2 cream, 1 sugar coffee with no sugar, and old fashioned glazed donuts with no glaze and under cooked. This keeps happening! What's going on over there? !

I received a coffee instead of the tea I ordered (this has happened several times) and they don't inform you if the donut/muffin you want is available; they just give you whatever they feel like in it's place if they don't have it.

Rude employee. One of the girls (who braids her hair) who works in the evening gave me the rudest customer service experience ever.

Slowest Tim hortons in the city. Waited almost 20 min behind 5 Cars in drive thru. Orders 1 tea with milk and sugar and received cream and sugar. Completely waste of my time. 20 min wait to get the wrong order and then throw it into the garbage. Terrible

Ordered a turkey bacon club in a wrap at the drive thru at Adelaide and sunningdale location and like usual they messed up didn’t even put turkey in my sandwich way to go team I should’ve known better

We live in a time where we want our food quite quickly. It is a challenge to be patient in your car while moving through a Tim's drive through. You want your coffee, theres new items to try and favourites to savor.

Today @mr.jellifish and I waited what felt like 10 minutes in line.

The woman at the window had a bright smile on her face and we were just so grateful to share a 10 pack of assorted timbits. Thank you for that

Go to Tim's location for steeped tea. They have consistently made the steep tea well and have always provided a warm/ hot freshly made tea.

Thr last 2 days i have waited over 20 mins in the drivethrou for a coffee. Not sure what on earth the ton of staff are doing in there. It's absolutely pathetic. When i was a teen working in fast food we had half the staff and had the orders out in 30sec.

The only reason I go to the location at Adelaide and Oxford is that it is close to home. These staff often ignore staff waiting in line and focus on the drive through. They regularly run out of items and cannot provide items on their menu. I have seen staff on their phones while people are waiting for service. All in all if there were a closer coffee shop they would not have my business.

Quick, fast, delicious and a decent points program. Boston Creme and a Med regular and all is good with life again.

I always go to the one at adelaide and huron but when they are freaking busy I come here and now I know why its not busy here! This is not the first time I am getting burned stuff! Every time I come here! I am never again going to this store to get burned sandwich.

Good location, hot, fast food/drinks.
I generally avoid going here tho due to the long lines and inconsiderate people who block the parking lot just so they can get their caffeine fix.

I used to go to the Tim's at Adelaide/Huron because it was close to my work. I complimented them once on how fast their drive-thru was, and they said they were the second fastest in London. If there is a competition in London, I'm going to guess this one at Oxford/Adelaide is dead last. I go there now because it's close to my house and I'm off work, but they are the slowest Tim's I've ever been to in my entire life. And it hasn't been just once or twice. It's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I will admit that I'm an impatient person in general, but this place gives me serious drive-thru rage.

I asked for a serviette and they gave me napkins. Also the chocolate icing on the Boston Cream donut sticks to the bag.

Fantastic staff. Ladies in the morning are always a delight. Evening staff are super nice and welcoming. The service and products are always sensatiOnal.
Owners are pretty cool too.

Quality is Tim Horton's standards. I found the place busy, especially the drive through. Service was fast, accurate.

Worst Tim staff ever! Visited there at night around 1: 20 Am on Feb 12 if management want to look into it but i don't think anyone cares! Staff behaviour is soo rude. She kept saying drive ahead without completing my order and the half order i got was horrible.

Go there if you want to be treated like an animal.

Workers at this store can't seem to understand the word "chocolate". I have ordered a CHOCOLATE Old Fashioned Donut a second time and again, they give me the original. Not sure if I will make a trip back there.

A nice location with nice staff - could easily attain a Five Star rating if they taught employee's. PERIOD. When I purchase a drink, it should taste like I want to drink it.

Please note, this location is not actually 24 hours. Only the drive-thru is.

Coffee is horrible at best. The doughnuts are small and the Timbits are greasy. That last ones I had. They don't tir the coffee unless you request them to do it. They use to have a good chicken salad sandwich but now, it has way too much mayonnaise in it and the begals don't have enough cream cheese. The Sausage begal sandwich is very good. I enjoy it but the hashbrowns that go with the meal tend to need something as the sem tasteless.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, got home and it had mayo, lettuce tomato. Walked back to get it fixed, guy proceeded to put tomato on when the Caesar wrap doesn't have tomato. Asked him to remove it and he gave me attitude saying all the wraps have tomato, they do not good sir, learn your own menu. Got home and there's no bacon on the wrap. Learn how to make your products properly or find an "easier" job.

Always makes your tea/coffee just right, clean, friendly service, one of the best locations around town

Handling money and pouring coffee because they “don’t have enough staff”. Every single time I go!? Place is dirty and staff are ignorant! I do not recommend this location!

Literally the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a Tim Hortons not just once but every single time i’m there.they are rude and constantly messing up orders.

Very very rude people. The manager provokes the rude behavior in every employee. That is not the type of behavior you wanna see when you get your first coffee.

The quality of the cup/lid being used has clearly went really far down hill, this is the 3rd coffee in a row where the cup just completely gave out and not only burned me but coffee went everywhere.

Quite possibly one of the quickest Tim Horton drive thrus I’ve ever been in. Add to that, friendly customer service and food that was hot and tasted good and it made for a great experience. Well done!

Great service and staff, save the manager that was working. Good tim hortons to go to. 20-30 something male, short blonde hair and glasses. Had poor communication with staff. The tension was palpable in the store, staff were clearly pensive. Shouldn't do that infront of customers.

Shouldn't even give 1 star, giving because thats the least I can give. We are very disappointed because of the behavior of the night staff today. He shouted me and embarrassed me by shouting at me. Worst TIMHORTONS ever.

Often sold out of certain drinks, donuts, hashbrowns, sauces, etc.already by the afternoon but past that the employees are usually friendly and the food is pretty solid. Can be hit or miss as I've had times with nearly 0 cream cheese on my bagel, but when I order extra cream cheese now they give a proper thick amount.

Heard the manager telling a new staff member that some customers deserve to have spit in their food. Normally this would be disturbing, but during a pandemic I am scared of this Canadian fast food restaurant icon.

Not once have they got my order right, not once have I gotten a hot cup of tea, and not once have I received acceptable service. Very disappointed.

The guy working here during night in drive thru was not able to hold the tap machine and i guess how could he hold a coffee? Seems so rude!

Customer service sucks. Staff are lazy and RUDE. They are very disrespectful to clientele that are less fortunate.

Terrible old grumpy staff. They need to learn to smile and learn that the customer is always right.

Window worker Alex got my order wrong, and he was extremely rude. Not sure who hired this guy, or why he’s still working. Gonna make sure not to come to this Tim Hortons for as long as he’s working.

This location is always packed, however the lines are paradoxically short, and the orders are fulfiled accurately. A testament to well managed teams comprised of hard working employees.

Everytime I go through the drive thru in the morning the woman serving is in a terrible mood. She never talks just hands the stuff out the window. She puts me in a mood every morning. Then today I didnt even get what I paid for. I'm so fed up. Didnt have time to go back thru and say you didnt give me my correct order. I will now have to find a different Tim's on my route to work. Very disappointing.

The app didn't work today but the workers inside the store were surprisingly fast all things considering.

Apparently they don't know what a double toasted bagel is cause I just got 2 and neither one was double toasted and was barely toasted at all and was nasty like almost raw. So I took it back and she tried to tell me I want triple toasted and I said uh no double toasted like I always ask for and actually get it double toasted, no such thing as triple toasted unless you want it completely burned and she tried to argue with me so I just threw it in the garbage and the made me waste $3.10 for nothing. Probably won't go back there again plus theres always homeless ppl outside and inside asking for money or sleeping at a table. Gross.

I took the drivethru at 11pm and the staff was very rude. He didn't accept my reward card saying I was late to give it and I haven't said my payment mode. We had an argument and he was acting so rude. I stronlgy suggest to find a different tim hortand instead of choosing the one in Adelaide at oxford after 10pm. I doubt why tim hortans hire these kind of people who doesn't know to treat customers properly.

Very small display case (not their fault). Elderly woman employee is very rude. I'm genuinly sorry but at 9 am there is literally no reason to be unhappy or rude towards anyone. We came up a small group of 4 people getting a drink each and a baked good, bagel or brkfst sandwich. Dont tell us no on the bagel because that's "not going to make it as a side for a combo" when you can easily assume maybe another person just wants a bagel and doesnt care about making it a combo at that time. Do not cut us off when we are telling you we do not want the combo and we just want to add on a bagel.

Smile have fun with what you do and learn when to hold your tongue. Will not be returning
