They did their best to help me learn how to use the tim Hortons app, as I just downloaded it, and went through with it slowly with me, helping me get through all the functions and details to use the app.

Poor service, always made mistakes for the order, gave wrong price, definitely need some management change at this location

As I was about to order, a lady butt infront of me stating her drive thur order was wrong but the staffs doesn't know what to do. I waited another minute and finally spoke to the staff and the lady that they have to wait as I was in the middle of an order and if was very rude to butt infront of ppl. The staff finally took my order but I want to redeem points but she just charge my tim card instead. It was a very poor experience.

Looks like the morning lady grew up in prison, a bit of socialization and culture will help the employees here at this location. U get treated as if u owe these people. Don't go here if u don't want ur morning ruined.

Loaded bowl not so loaded. Can't believe it costs 12 dollars for such a small portion. Is this the right portion @ Tim Hortons

Great customer service, was here nearly every day for breakfast. No longer has oat milk, however.

Guys swearing behind the counter at 9 pm and cleared all the donuts and muffins as we was looking at them for a friend's order/ themselves. Only took the good donuts and took all of them as quickly as they could before we could order any.

There staff members in the drive-tru 90% of the hand you your coffee holding it by the lid. Today, my rim of the cup was damaged, and the staff member still gave me the cup of coffee, which leaked out into my cup holder in my car, what fun it was to clean it up.

One of the worst Tim Horton’s locations. I live in the area so unfortunately have visited a bunch of times. There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order, if not forgotten light sugar, or not toasted, missing an item, etc etc. And attitude of the employees are a hit & miss. My expectations for a drive thru isn’t high, but this place still manages to disappoint.

Very confusing about their price. I buy large coffee everyday but different price everyday. They charged me $2.05 sometime charged me $2.10. I asked the lady today why is different price of large coffee $2.05 or $2.10. She said the donation. Won’t be go this location again

Unfortunately worst drive thru service ever 90% of the time got my order wrong.at this point I think they just do it on purpose almost every time I leave there is something wrong in my order

Really bad and slow service. Employees were not sure how to punch in the survey code. Customers after me were getting their orders before me. Employees cannot prioritize their services. Will never go at this location ever again!

Food preparation is bad! What is this? Who eats likes this? This isn’t the first time I’ve got orders like this it’s either like this or it’s totally the wrong order! Customer service is good the staff is nice but please please put someone in charge of food preparation that actually knows what they’re doing! Unacceptable!

Make mistakes quite often and forget your items. We have experienced that a few times already. And they from time to time don't have the things we want.

Do not go to this drive through. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a coffee. They are short staffed and disorganized. Waste of time! The same scenario the week before.

Many patrons throughout the day but few in the line up. My take is always small doble double, Boston Cream. Crew is helpful, young or senior, ying or yang, hi and lo, and brown mostly. It is worth drive by, or getting here on wheels, ,? ‍? , better on fine days if convenient. Breezy winter is closing by ️️️。No more high chair, just thin ling bench along the window. Enjoy in your cabby or on the way back. Otherwise, in VS Park or back home. It does not share the the same poor WiFi service as other Timmy. There is none!

Located inside the esso gas station and I was surprised at how spacious and clean it was inside. I order from the Tim Horton’s app usually and just walk right in to pick up. It is usually very quick this way so I highly recommend it. Food is always good and fresh at this location. There’s also a convenience store right beside it so this is a very convenient location.

On tues jan 23 8 pm the worker cursed and yelled at me in the drive through because I wanted to add something to a order they were very impatient and i just got there that person really needs to be fired

Good customer services including TimExpress.

They never add enough ingredients into their wraps, I always feel like I have paid just to eat the bread. The chicken, sausage, lettuce – whatever it be in your wrap – doesn’t start until halfway in the wrap, and the first multiple bites are just bread. This is extremely poor on the employees’ side, as they are to ensure that you enjoy your meal and that it is made to the best of their abilities. I am disappointed by this, especially considering that sometimes I will be waiting for extended periods of time for my food to be made and it will be made in extremely poor quality given the amount of time they take. It is overpriced considering that I am paying for very cheap and thin wrapping of bread. Meanwhile the chicken, which is the most expensive ingredient of the meal, will only be present in minimal quantities in the meal.

Good Timmies located in a very busy Esso gas station. Staff have always been friendly to me here. I continue to use this Timmies and always enjoy it.

Basically what you expect from Timmies. Lettuce is usually wilted. Staff are friendly, especially with regulars. Go early in the day if you want food because they sometimes run out of things by evening.

Ordered a dark roast coffee. Unsure what I got, but it's barely coffee. I noticed that the same thing is happening in other Tim's, they just give you regular coffee, unsure why they think that you will not notice?

They must not get too many mobile orders at this location because it's never ready when I get there even when they're not busy but did they ever make it great awesome job!

I was in a hurry and did not have time to complain about not getting my order right. Got a grilled wrap instead of a grilled bagel. Coffee instead of tea. Only thing they got right is the hash brown.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Bad service. No one taking orders from inside the store. I think they just focus on drive through or other things.

Horrible service and longest wait I’ve every experienced. The level of disorganization at this location is shameful to the Tim Hortons name. The cashier was complete inattentive to my order. And my two I’ve coffees took 5 minutes to make. I also waited 13 minutes to even place my order. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
