How can I order?

My car cannot go to drive true.

Mobile orders are NEVER ready! Ordered a Bagel BELT and all I got was bacon and egg. Little confused to how's that's BELT!?

Terrible experience. I was there to order a ice coffee and one chipotle bowl. I was told to wait in the parking lot as they are busy and they would come deliver it to me. That is totally acceptable as they were busy. Fast forward 44 minutes I had to go to the drive through again to get my food, no apology no accountability.

There's never anything you ask for. I go there almost every day, because it's at the exit to the highway, but there's never anything you want to eat.

Literally the worst tim hortons to exist.every time i’ve gone here they have messed up my order some how, and it’s a pretty simple order.they do not listen properly when taking your order and then get annoyed at you when you tell them that they messed up your order.save your time and go to another tim hortons this one is awful.it shouldn’t take me 5 times repeating my order of 2 things for you to understand it.

Terrible customer service. Ordered the candy cane ice capp.and there was very little candy cane sprinkles. They basically handed me a regular ice capp. When I asked if they can add more sprinkles they gave me attitude claiming there was plenty.

Window staff are nice and friendly but the staff in the back need to be retrained, give you half of what you order a turkey bacon club doesn't come with just turkey or a ham and cheddar doesn't come with just ham, consistent through weeknights

It depends on who is working there. Some staff never make my order wrong. Some never give me the right order. One time when i order coffee with cream only no suger. Found out my coffee have suger when I got home. Went back to exchange it. Came home and found out my replacement coffee still have suger. I gave up and just pour my coffee down the drain.

Dumber than doornails ask for double double. Coffee came.no sugar nothing more aggravating than wanting a first coffee of the day and not to your liking horrible service

The worst place ever i went, every time their coffee machine is on washing in night, whenever you going to ask something they reply
It’s on washing. They want to open 24hr but don’t want to sell anything 24hr only the leftover
You going to get. They have medium cup but not even single time they fill properly. When you going to complaint employee’s you can do what you like, that’s the response they give.

The location is in need of repair. Did not have the menu items posted on the board. The person at the window was rude, when she did speak to me it was hard to tell she was talking to me, except she was giving me heck for giving her the wrong card in the wrong order. She was angry that I was paying with a prepaid credit card. She did not hold the delivery tray far enough out for me to be able to reach it and when she realized I was having trouble reaching, her reply was a big groan. The coffee cup leaked. My wrap, however, was made correctly and tasted fresh. That's what got the 2nd star).

First, employees not wearing mask properly and making your food and coffee, which is a health hazard. Second, drive thru employee is was externely rude and accidently forgot to turn off mic before calling me names, when customers are paying money customer service should be up to pay. I felt extermely belittled and also no maker there to help the situation after reading further reviews in the location I am not surprised but you til Hortons should be better and have proper manger course yo train these people or get rid of them it was absolutely disgusting and degrading and worst conter service ever received

This Tim Horton is near to my place and most of time ruin my day. They don't have ice coffee evening time and never stir the coffee and always gave me heated croissant instead off grilled one.worst service

Probably the worst location in all of durham in regards to getting what you order, or better yet wont have what youd like & never an explanation, (ie. Iced cap machine is almost always "down for maintenance", no frozen drinks.in the midst of a heat wave!) Staff are very unwelcoming & rude at times. Do yourself a favor & drive up the street, 2 other locations close by.

I ordered a bagel and a coffee this morning and I was not happy with my order. The bagel I ordered was a sesame seed toasted with butter, cheddar and bacon - the bagel is so dry, and no bacon. Like I get its a fast food restaurant but they need to slow down a bit and focus on the order they are doing. Now I am sitting at work with a bagel I cannot eat and unable to go back out at the moment! Not very happy.

The coffee today was actually on point nothing less nothing more.fresh, creamy and right amount of sugar. I guess they got their machines calibrated. 3 stars because it will not be a consistent thing tomorrow it will be sweet hot brown water if you know what i mean.

Apparently, the owner thinks burning my husband's hand by an employee spilling hot tea on it at the drive thru is only worth 2 free coffees.

This Tim's, especially drive thru, have changed their focus to speed. Drive thru times is what they care about now and not quality and accuracy. Went through the drive thru at Brock and Pickering Pkwy and ordered 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches on biscuits, 2 plain bagels toasted with butter, and large black coffee. I was told $11+. I get to the window and I hand over $20. I get coffee and $13+ back in change. I put the coffee in my cup holder and coffee spills out into my wife's coat. Seriously, what's up with their lids? Anyway, we're told to park ahead (of course). They bring out a bag with 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches on English muffins, no bagels. I go inside to get my order corrected (negates the purpose of going through drive thru). As I wait for my order another employee hands me a bag with two sandwiches in it and then I'm told that wasn't mine. The funny thing is that none of these sandwiches that were handed to me were wasted. I used to work for a fast food restaurant and if any food is given to a customer and comes back we tossed that out even if they have not opened it! Come on Tim's stop focussing on your DT times and more on your customers.

I came to the drive thru just to simply get a coffee and the people serving me was VERY RUDE they charged me $6 for a coffee and when i asked for a reciept they said they don't give any. I then asked if they made a mistake and they started yelling at me and calling me names.never buying from tims again

The drive thru servers are very rude and think they're doing us a favor for free! My creamy chill was leaking and politely requested her to change the cup and she rudely replies that there's a huge line up behind me even though there were only 2 cars! They didn't even give me a napkin. She didn't have the patience to wait for me to load up my rewards on my phone either. Very poor customer service.

I don't know what it is, but this location of Tims has the best tasting coffee, better than any other location I've been to. Staff are friendly too, but such a shame that Tims bakers are tiny elves with tiny hands who can't handle making larger portions anymore, the portions are minuscule compared to what they were 10 years ago. Even Santa's elves can manage to make things normal sized, so I can't see why the size of food items is shrinking and prices are rising - eventually we'll be paying $10 for one timbit. Needless to say, great coffee or not, I don't got to Tims very often anymore because I prefer to spend my money where I feel I'm still getting good value.

I have had service from inside and from the drive-through, fast and efficient staff, my orders are always correct. Well caps and clean inside including the washrooms.

Drive through attend rushed me and didn't let me finish my order, there was no one behind me in line. Was then handed coffees (which where incorrect as we found out after) and then rudely pushed my coke in my hands well getting a rude look. I was then told "you can just pull over there and wait" again with attitude.
All in all bad experience, go to a different Tim's or even MacDonald's much better service

Only downside is it's hard to get into with medians on both sides, so you can't turn left into the store.

To the owner of this business.your staff is lazy. You don’t clean up the garbage around the drive through. This is up to you as a business owner to clean up your garbage.
We are residents if this city and it’s your responsibility to ensure you keep garbage out of our streets.
You and your staff continue to be lazy and not clean up your garbage bins when full, therefore we are talking it up with the city.

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons. Every morning, they are so busy that they rush you through the line (which I can appreciate to a certain extent) and make you feel terrible for even trying to put your money/card away before they basically throw the coffee at you. Almost ever time I come through the drive through, they pour the coffee so fast that my coffees tend to be filled a mere 3/4ths of the way to the top. Why am I paying for a large coffee when I’m basically getting a medium, if that? Not to mention, the staff in the morning is INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. I asked for a double cup at the window recently, and the woman at the window decided to get a little angry and tell me that I should’ve asked for it when I ordered the coffee. It seems as though they care about their numbers and meeting their quotas rather than satisfying their loyal customers. I suggest they have someone from head office give them a lesson on how to run a Tim Hortons. If I could, I would avoid this Tim Hortons.

This place screw me on the size of ice coffee. I ordered and paid for a large ice coffee with extra cream for my daughter to take home. On March 15. But when got home my daughter said they gave you a medium. I paid 5.85 in total with an order of medium dd decaf, a large ice coffee with extra cream plus 10 tidbits for a dollar because I did the survey and they gave a code which i gave it so i was charge 1.00. So I called them immediately when I got home, explaining that they gave me the wrong order to the girl. She apologize and said when I come in next time they will give me a large ice coffee free of charge. So I said I will come by the next day Saturday. She said she will leave a note with my name on it (lulu) by the drive thru window to give me my free ice coffee. I went there today Saturday March 16 and guess what they said they don't have any idea what I was talking. The girl behind the counter was so rude treated me as if I was a homeless beggar. I told her to check but she continously ignored me. I spent 15 minutes there with nothing to show for. She tells me come back tomorrow to speak to a manager. I will not make a special trip just for that. The only reason that I was there on Friday was it was on my home and on Sarurday I was also in the area. But to make another trip to speak to a manager is just wasting my gas. I know it's not much for the ice coffee, it's the principle of it. The service there is terrible and they are rude.

Most of the time the order is correct, BUT is clearly made as quickly as possible. THE COFFEE is terrible 80% of the time.
