I ordered a medium double-double with extra sugar today and the lady taking our order sarcastically responds - What do you mean"? With her eyes looking straight to us, she added its only double-double means double sugar and cream or triple-triple, triple sugar and cream like theres no option for extra sugar! I was baffled because its the same coffee I order everytime I go here and get it with no issues at all so we just leave it to her then its my daughters turn to order and she ask if they serve cold french vanilla we receive the same face and respond - what do you mean!?

She could have nicely recommend other option if without making us feel ridiculous. Train your staff proper customer service and suggestive selling! If I can give zero star I would.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at Tim Horton's!
I ordered a Chipotle Steak wrap.
What I got was a wrap was anything but a Chipotle Steak wrap.
No rice, no beans! There was roast beef, the sauce, and a boiled egg (!) and something else which I could not identify. Maybe mashed potatoes?

Since when do I as a customer am cheated and scammed by Tim Horton's?

I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!
Avoid at all cost.

I hate this location soooo much! It's on my way to work and these people are always getting your order wrong and rushing u. Then have the nerve to get upset with the customer cause of timing? Make it make sense. Your timing would be better if u just listen! And stop rushing!

This is hands down the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The service as a walk in customer is supppppper slowwwwww. If that is not enough the workers have attitude too which is sickeningly abysmal. There's nothing called manners instilled in 9 out of 10 workers. There's usually 5 or more workers working in there which doesn't matter bcus they only serve the drive thru with a little bit more pep but still slow. Rajni you need to check that nasty attitude that u continuously give customers smh. I will not spend another nickel at this location. Tim Hortons this location needs an overhaul.

Night staff is too rude. They use phone while doing. Customer service. Took more than 6 minutes on window to serve one coffee. I dont know why nobody checking on them.

Drive thru service is horrible. It doesn't matter if is fast if they are not doing their job properly, I was just there and I had a lot of points in my card! 2326 to be specific I asked for 3 coffees and 3 donuts, the cashier was very rude and made me pay for a donut even though I had enough points in my card to have my whole order for free. She said that I had to pay for at least one donut and that she was already giving me a coffee for free! Horrible experience, I do not recommend this drive thru at all!

Coffee never full and staff is extremely slow and incompetent and always told have wait 5min for dark roast coffee because staff does not brew new pot when one is low. Extremely bad service

The Staff is always so rude and food and beverages are never made properly. Even the manager has absolutely no customer service skills. Been going to this tim hortons for the 15 years I've lived here and it's getting worse and worse. I will be driving out of my way to go to a different time hortons. The manager handed me that sandwich and was rude when I brought it back in.

I am happy with the employees. I have to ask not once but twice for an order. Get to the qindand firgot part of my order. They have to any Excuses at why it is wrong. I am sick of going nack to fix the order

I have attended this Tim’s for years. I have never felt so unsafe and unsure before we’re my food is concerned. It is hostile and going there I feel threatened the way some of the workers operate when you as the customer states something is not made well or taste correct. I have stopped going there as I do not trust that they would not do something with the food. Even when you are polite they are rude and always ready to argue with you. This has happened several times and most times they took the order down incorrectly. It is very sad that Tim’s does not have an effective way to screen individuals before working in there establishment keeping in mind I am aware that it is franchised.

I wish there was a no star option. Very rude customer service, and a manager with even worse customer service. Rather then fixing a problem they just want to argue with you.

Here's a tip, when someone orders a large drink and you give them a medium rather then arguing with the customer, and holding up the line even more, ask them if they can pay the difference and give them the drink. OR what other timmies normally do is apologies for YOUR ERROR and just give them the large drink.

But don't argue with someone because you repeated the right order, to only charge the wrong thing. If someone says large and you repeat large then charge for a medium, that's your fault. We don't mind paying the difference but you didn't even offer a solution just gave a "oh well, you got charged a medium so you got a medium". Very unprofessional.

I agree with the MANY other comments, you all need some more customer service training, or find another job. If you don't know how to speak to someone, find a job where you work in the back and don't have to deal with customers, or look for a job at a wearhouse. There's so many options out there if you can't deal with customers, don't become a super to only cause more problems, you're suppose to de-esculate situations, not cause a bigger ones. Please, find a new job or get better training.

Tables were all dirty, benches dirty too. Mentioned to staff, they just gave me a dry paper towel to wipe it. I don't expect much, but, this was pathetic!

I would give zero if it’s possible, Everytime, every single day I walk down here at 10’o clock they always says its closed where it’s actual closing time shows at 11’o clock. If you want to clean and need to do inside work please update the closing time to 10. I would like to speak with your manager if it doesn’t get updated.

Extremely slow.they literally told me they dont have any doughnuts right now.what coffee shop doesn't make sure they have doughnuts.not to mention on a weekend.just close this down.the gas station Tim's across the street is better quality and has doughnuts.literally 50 meters aways what a shame and waste of space

This note is for the manager. I give 5 stars to the coffee because the coffee is always fresh here. Even though I have a coffee mechine and Tim's coffee ground, either me or my son in law go there everyday to buy my coffee. I didn't miss one day even in Winter. But the problem for me is the poor customer service. Few ladies treat me with respect, but not all of them. Today I went there around 8 pm, because whole day I was attending to a meditation program and my son in law had forgotten to buy my coffee. There were two chairs outside, and I took one of them to face my grocery bags, and started enjoying my coffee. Of course it was the best as usual. But all of the sudden I heard somebody was yelling hello, hello and I looked. A lady was standing by the back door. "Those chairs are for the staff only, you can not sit" Her tone was so rude. I said "I am sorry, I didn't know that, You should put a note" She shouted "note is right there"! Yes, there was a note, but on the table, and the table was far from my sight. I was leaving right away, and there she was again! "Can you put the chair back" Clearly it was an order! I put the chair back. Please teach your employees to respect the customers. I am 72 years old and I think as a senior citizen I deserve a bit of respect!

When I go through drive through you don’t have to have a mask on. I stood outside at the walk in window 6ft away and they had the same glass protector and wouldn’t serve me. I’m literally closer to you in the drive through breathing up towards the open part of their protector but outside was a problem. Whack

The customer service is very good here. The lines usually go faster then you expect. They have started to customize certain products to customers preferences as well! A Tims definitely to check out! Only reason why I give it a 4 star is because they haven’t moved from a mobile unit into their designated building right beside them. The staff are all very welcome and do not fail to make each experience unique for customers.

These guys are still using the mobile Tim's trailer. Always long line ups. They are very limited on what they have. Coffee is not that great.

There is a portable site now since they are doing renovations. It was a little slower than usual today, but it may have been the time (12 pm). I find the staff there always pleasant and patient. Maybe because of the portable location, sometimes they do not have everything available (e.g. Chilli), sometimes croissants. Again, it may have be because of the portable site.

Never seen a more inconsistent Tim Hortons, coffee is always burn't & service is so slow. I ask for a double double & it never tastes like there is sugar in it, because the coffee is burnt. Stopped going to this one because it is disappointing & you never know how your coffee will come

Employees laughs at customers. I went back again to grab some sugar through the window.
There was a guy whom I asked for the sugar. N he said, what is Sugar?
Come on dude.

And he conveyed the message to the other guy and both Pakistani guys laughed.
This location should trained employees to be active and serious.

I just went to this Tim Hortons location right now, and to be honest I was very, very disappointed with the service. I pulled into the drive through to get some coffee and the girl told me to pull up to the window, while she was laughing through the speaker! I pulled up to her and asked if she was laughing at me? She just started laughing like I was a joke.

I personally deal with thousands of clients myself and always insure that I am professional at all times!

It is disturbing that such behavior is going unchecked. As for me I won't be ever coming back to this location, ever.

I am very upset with the service and disrespect I received today.

I am a regular customer. Usually visit in very early hours.
Just a small incident: I was at door @ 5.58 am, they are supposed to open at 6. Supervisor lady saw me, I waited two minutes, at 6 Someone greeted me with smile and opened door. VOILA! My order was there, ready to pick. I was so surprised they remembered my choice and they repaid my patience with such fast response.

Orders are always up to point nd delicious, And morning staff is great.

Just found a bee in my coffee. Completely disgusted. I always open the lid before drinking my coffe to see if it's made from a fresh pot but this time instead of finding cream floating I found a bumblebee.
