Shoutout to the staff tonight who were very kind with my 2 year old daughter. She got a grilled cheese with the wedges and a peppermint tea and they went the extra mile for her. Food was delicious and overall fantastic experience. Cheers

I ordered 200 donuts for a large donut wall for Easter and the manager and team at Tim Hortons went above and beyond not only doing the order, but creating a special cinnamon ring donut for us to hang plus gave us a not-for-profit a discount as wel. They were polite and even cheerful serving me when I know this kind of order is a strain to their regular service and time. Great job and am so glad I stayed local.

By far the worst tim hortons. This location houses the most incapable staff and thats saying a lot since the job is making coffee and pressing buttons. Instead of the staff minding the LINES both in side and outside they brazenly make eye contact with you while they carry on their conversation. I believe I could have walked around the counter and made the coffee myself while they neglected their job, at least I would get my order right.management needs to consider who they hire more carefully.

Second time I’ve found a bug in my iced coffee. This location clearly isn’t sanitary. I’ll be buying my coffee elsewhere from now on.

This use to be a great location.
Now they cut hours with no notification. 24 hours to closing at midnight and then 10 pm.
I go in for coffee and breakfast sandwich and potato patty and they did not give patty.woman was rude. I saw at least 8 people inside yet they use to leave a signal person late night who provided better service.
I ordered an English muffin with bacon and got sloppy egg sandwich with half a slice of cheese.
Very dissapointed

I had a terrible experience at the drive thru where the guy at the speaker was extremely rude to me and started using words like “what” and “obviously” to things that I honestly had no idea of as I recently moved here and I’m not familiar with tim horton’s items and instead of admitting he’s wrong when confronted, he started arguing on why his behaviour is justified (which is never justified when talking to customers or PEOPLE IN GENERAL). Very disappointing experience.

Usually a pretty big wait here. This is one of the Tim Hortons that you have to wait for the cashier instead of picking up your mobile order at the scheduled time. I imagine it's just because they're so overloaded with customers. Keep in mind if you're ordering ahead because you're in a rush.

I only get drinks and donuts when I visit this location, but they've been good for me.

(July 2022: Updated to 5* as the new staff has been on point in the drive-through)

Been here a few times and everytime I order a latte drink it's underfilled. It's like I get one size down from whatever I ordered. Thought it was a one off, but after the 10th or so time this seems to be their normal. If another timmies is on your route it would stop there instead.

Horrible customer service, can't even get a dount, they are suppose to have, nor would they even make one, knowing it takes less then 4 mins to make. The GM should ensure the staff are trained properly and provide proper customer service

While it may be advertised ** on their ordering screen ** something is served until 4pm, they only serve until 11am. Hit or miss with almost everything, when ordering have a Plan C and Plan D. Or go up the street instead.

Worst experience ever!
Ordered from Mobile and they’ve burned the bun nd i requested without bacons but there were full of bacon strips!
The associates who work there dnt give their full attention to detail

They mess up my order most of the time. Some time they add sausage in sandwich when told no sausage. Sometimes they forget to add espresso in coffee when I asked for additional espresso.

Absolutely the worst tim hortons EVER. Slow as all hell. Coffee always tastes awful. They’re constantly out of things. They don’t even carry maple dip donuts. Like hello? Today I went and asked if they had any at Patrick’s day cookies and the lady didn’t even know what st pats day was. I have no idea what these owners are thinking. Go the opposite way down bank and go to the tim hortons there, trust me.

Spilled hot coffee on me because someone forgot to secure lid. Instead of giving me a new coffee they just refilled the half spilled coffee. Did a survey right after the incident and one question was.do you want someone to get in touch with you? Over a month and nothing. No apologies nothing.

I ordered a tea and this Two rude employees where look at me very weird way. General manager need to pay attention of his employees behavior, not welcoming clients. They where yelling to the young staff I felt very sorry for them. Very poor service

We ordered on their app 20 mins before arriving the store, but the order was not ready when we got there. Also, we added cheese to our chili, but unmelted cheese was sandwiched in the untoasted bun. No common sense? Melted cheese in chili is the correct way, of course.

Service is usually really good and quick and quality of food is normally fresh. (posted 3 years ago)

Update not impressed. So this morning I tired to order breakfast at 5am which I have done numerous times in the past but this time I was told breakfast doesn't start until 5: 30am like what the heck is that. Also I noticed only the staff around 7am are super fast but if you go other times of the day the service isn't as good.

It looks like they were really busy this morning there was a huge lineup on the drive-through. I purchase 4 drinks one of them was leaking, I asked the lady at the window if I could have a glass, she said she would change it. Not really necessarily a cup will be fine. She rudely said she has to change. Okay, no problem Jennifer, but at this point I am thinking she is just tire and probably overwork. So, I looked at my order and noticed I got 3 bagels instead of 4, so I mentioned it to she and she proceeds to say I need to pay for that bagel as I was not charged. Okay, not a problem, I paid for it. At that point she is getting flustered, I tried to paid for the second time & my arm can not reach the machine, she can’t extend the stick that is holding the debit machine, she sees me struggle but she said nope, I can't reach either. I then proceeded to grave my bagel and still can reach the darn window. She still does not attempt to help me out, at this point I do not care for her tone or her attitude. I get it everyone is overwork, stress and I am sure she gets many rude customers, maybe she feels underappreciated, or maybe she is just having a bad day. Either way, I decided to give this establishment a 5 start instead of 1 start, you never know what people are going through, specifically during this pandemic, some patience, tolerance and a bit of empathy can make a difference on some else life. Plus, I do appreciate your service and those of essential workers even when you are having an off day.

This place is honestly disgusting, i got a coffee, they had the new coffee brewing machines. They are supposed to be washed, they have a transparent pipe, which is transparent, duhh. But here, it didn't seem like they ever wash it. It was all dark brown. I ain't drinking that coffee

Heather the assistant manager was at the window and she scanned my Tim's card, but the total was regular. So I asked how come the discount was not added because I activated it via the app linked to my card. Her answer with attitude was "well I was not the one who took your order, give me your card again"! She scanned a second time and magically the discount was applied. Simple kind words or even better tone would make the experience at Findley creek Tim Horton better. I have had great service there before, so I don't paint the whole staff this way. But her title on the name tag is assistant - so leaders need to set a better example.

Not sure why they ask you what you want when you go through the drive thru. Ordered a medium coffee with 1 sugar and 1/2 cream. Got a double double again. Second time this week and probably the 12th time since March.
How complicated is it to read a friggin screen especially when I am the only truck in the drive thru? Do they not realize that people purposely make a stop to get a coffee to get their day going at 6 am? Lot's of other options out there.

The newly renovated Tim Hortons looks really nice. We enjoy Tim's food (farmer's wrap) and drinks (french vanilla and iced cappuccino) a lot. The seating area is very spacious too.

Terrible. Nothing that I asked for was available. That's the second time I've experienced that at that location. Plus now there's no more rewards. The ones I accumulated don't count now. Won't go there any more. McDonald's is next door, always good service there.

Drive-thru service is quick and efficient. In store and mobile ordering service is horrible. Very slow and you have to wait a long time for your order. Even if you order ahead of time with mobile ordering it won’t be ready when you get there.

I go to Tmmies slot. I like coffee. What I dont like is ignorant attitude from a drive through staff member when my order was wrong. You lost a customer to the Mcdonalda right beside you.

Ordered an egg farmers wrap with no meat, took a big bite and it had sausage. When I went back and politely explained that I don’t eat meat and asked for a new one, the lady was very rude. Not the first time they’ve messed up an order either

I can't believe this, Andre is working by himself. My sister and I left the Eric Church concert at bluesfest, stopped by to get the new Jolly Rancher slushie, and he's killing it working both the drive thru and the front of house, SOLO! I'm not one to write reviews, but this guy definitely deserves the recognition. Great job man, I wouldn't of been so pleasant if I had been in your shoes!

It’s slowly falling apart. The staff generally aren’t friendly. You don’t get told what your order total cost is (either on screen (because it’s broken) or verbally).

It’s a decent place to go and study but for a new building, it doesn’t really feel as clean as it should. I would generally recommend going to the McDonald’s next door. The only reason I still go here are for ice caps.

Quality has gone down since the days when they made their own donuts. MacDonald's used to be the laughing stock of fast food but now Timmies is where you go for cheap food and hope you get what you ordered.
