I was just amazed at the team work, efficiency and accuracy not only with my order but to everyone whom were there. Unlike other locations. It was nice to seat down to enjoy my breakfast. Well done!

This store was renovated and it looks really nice. We just came in for a late coffee and a couple of doughnuts which we all enjoyed. Our coffees were made perfectly. We went at around 11 in the evening and stayed until almost 1am and there were still a lot of people in the store. It's clean and organized.

There's a lot of free parking space.

I love your stuff guys but please follow through the order. I asked for espresso foam but didn't get it, maybe not a big deal in your head but I paid for it, I rightfully deserve it! You guys always do this! (Always here does not imply to your specific outlet, I was here for the first time but this is to Tim Hortons in general) For this store: please take note & please have some to go bags. Toodles!

Arrived at this location approx. 3: 45 pm and store was full of students. Most of them had no purchases in front of them. They were sitting with feet on tables, blocking aisles, wrestling and taking up most tables. Also very loud and the language was terrible. We managed to get a table when someone left, near the door. Observed 10 - 15 adults start to come in then left when they saw and heard the commotion. Staff never once said anything to them. Nor did they come out from behind the counter even once in the hour we were there. Obviously they don't care about paying, adult customers.

For some reason the chicken here is way better than the one at the queens park. It's properly cooked and moist.

Normally it's a good service place - today I ordered 3 strawberry quenchers, and " Rahul" served me 3 strawberry creamy chill. & I pointed out that and she he moved ahead for serving next coffee, as if nothing happened.

Very bad staff. They don’t want to work. I ordered tea. That was not fresh. I asked the Asian lady to change it and she started shouting. Very rude. Worst experience.

Bad customer service, didn’t have my drink replaced despite getting a different version of what I ordered.

Finally a Tim Hortons that makes coffee fresh and hot. They have a really good selection of bakery goods whenever I'm there, and they are very quick to make your coffee and to give you your order.

Bonus is that they don't pressure you and they're quite friendly.

Picked up 2 Chicken Ranch Wraps and Mocha Drinks to go.
The wraps were packed unevenly and all the stuff was at the bottom and half of it was empty.
The mocha drinks were not even lukewarm and we had warm it up in a pot.
I live a minute away from this location and was at home in a minute after picking it up so did not travel at all for it to be cold.
I put a complaint on Tim Hortons App and they refused to take the complain to the location and said i should do it myself.

Food was good, constant with what you expect from Tims. Location got busy just after I entered, some staff appeared to be new, a little disorganized but trying

Terrible service. I ordered a basic chicken wrap and waited 15 minutes, they forgot the sauce and I waited another 10 for a new one in which they forgot to put any veggies. There is no teamwork among the staff or order, they are all lost overlapping eachother and they don't seem to care which creates a huge lineup.

Very busy location.staff usually seems lost in what's happening. No drive thru.
And they have old fashioned glazed donuts, that's a plus for me.

I have been a long time customer at this location since I work near by but lately customer service has declined and all the ladies are very rude to be honest. I asked for a small cup of ice cubes and I did not mind paying for but she said we don’t do that however, I can only do this time. I am joking when I tell you. She gave me 4 tiny ice cubes in a small cup I did not take it so I give it back to the lady who made my bagel and told her please tell the lady who gave me the ice that I don’t want that so she can have it back.
I am no longer a customer. Thanks
enough is enough how long can someone take disrespect. I take my money somewhere else.

I totally enjoyed my hot chocolate and Classic bagel belt, swift service, courteous staff and little wait time.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and somehow they ended up lathering MAYONAISE inside it too? Never asked for that and never would. Didn't realize it until I was home so I couldn't even ask them to fix it. Would not order more than a donut from this place - how could they mess that up?

Awful location - don't waste your time- they dont tell you when they are out of stock.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwich then they tell us they are out of eggs and it's extra 5 minute wait.

I don't know what happened but covid restrictions are lifted so where are the employees who care about their job?

Asked for a refund that's taking 10 minutes on its own
Someone needs to review this location. It's not organized or managed at all. Everything is a mess with a huge line and no one making food.

Mediocre wraps with old, tough chicken and potato wedges deep fried 10 times over and old. Wanted to charge extra for cheese. Sigh. Don’t come here unless everywhere else is closed.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this store. I always order ahead using the Tim’s app for drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Took out a star because donut options are limited.

The store is not good for employees. The manager is total garbage. There will be lot of Micromanagement. Manager dont really know anything and dont respect their employees.

The worst service you can expect from this store. There are a bunch rude staff with terrible attitude there. The store manager has no idea about how to talk properly and she has no qualifications as a manager, so rude and ignorant. Also the afternoon shift supervisor, she couldn't even be able to handle a simple order. She made a mistake but was still terribly rude to the customer;when I asked to talk to the supervisor, she said she was the one. Then I asked to talk to the manager, she said she was the boss and asked me to leave the store. Then the fights started. She came to Canada never learnt any customer service skills, but has learnt how to curse and fight with customers. I complained them to the head office, so I had a chance to talk to the manager, and I found out the manager is exactly the same level. No wonder the service is so terrible now.

Just like the other reviewer said, this store manager is very rude and is a shame to the name of Tim Hortons. She has no knowledge/skill of how to be a manager, no wonder the store staff could be so rude and no disciplined at all. So is the named afternoon shift supervisor, who is even more terrible. This store gives the slowest and most terrible customer service of any store. The supervisor couldn't even be able to handle a simple order, made a mistake but still gave customer bad attitude. She came to Canada didn't learn any customer service skills but learned how to swear at customers. When I asked to talk to the manager, she started to say that she was the boss and asked me to leave the store. It seemed like she was more interested in aggressively fighting with customers than giving the right order nor did she try to have any common courtesy. I was polite at the beginning, but this so called supervisor was trying to piss me off, in order to make herself feel like a boss.

The store manager is exactly the same level. They are liars by the way; they made up stories just wanted to deny how they mistreated the customer, instead of thinking about what they did wrong. If you go there, fight with one staff, all of them will come together to fight with you. They don't care who is right who is wrong, they just wanted to help each other. And threatened you they would call the police, assuming you are as ignorant as them. I'd say avoid this store if possible to avoid the hassle. The store owner needs to look for a qualified manager who can talk properly and train the workers to work right, otherwise it's just a damage of the reputation of Tim Horton's and lose more customers. I have been a customer of this store before she came as a manager, and I just found out the store service is becoming worse lately. Now I know the reason why.

Worst service I order potato wedges they gave me old one and it has no taste and I also order one chai tea and they serve me cold tea

Don't waste your time here

Wouldn't let me wait for a ride for 2 minutes inside in spite of absolutely freezing temperatures and the fact I buy at least a coffee a day from them. I'll be waiting inside here from now on.

1 cream = half a cup of cream, isn't there a button to help make this simple? Covid precaution not as great either when a glove-less employee holds the cup from where you drink.

First time I experienced bad food at any Tim Hortons. Ordered two bacon and egg english muffins the bread was cold and hard very bad we couldn't eat them and also their hash brown potato were not nice. Very disappointing.

It's Tim Hortons, there's always line up morning or afternoon. Overall it's a great place for fast coffee.

Very rude service and got my order wrong. I do find Tim hortons in general can’t seem to figure out how to make a plain croissant and add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. It seems Beverly simple but every time I try again it becomes a big issue. But this place was the worst experience I’ve had with this.

Never liked the staff at this place. Very rude! Double double coffee is what it is, but the service is lacking. I stayed away from this location tho its the closest for me.

Was in the area for business and stopped to get morning breakfast, staff were fast and efficient.

This is a beautiful part of Ontario, a must visit. This whole region is a great area to visit and explore and restaurants and businesses are most welcoming and practicing good social distancing rules and mask wearing as well as hand sanitizing. I try to visit this area as often as I can.

This location is great for me in the morning especially if I am in the area and in rush at the same time. Tea plus bagel is my go-to breakfast from this place. I cannot say negative because I have only had good experience drive through.

Last time I used their drive through, and their customer service was nice and quick.

It never matter what time of day you go there, the service is the slowest o have ever seen. Today they had 4 girls up front and i still waited over 20 minutes for 2 teas and a donut. I avoid this place if at all possible!

Since the renovations/upgrade (perhaps a change of staff as well) the service has gotten better. Friendlier service than before and the facilities in general are a lot cleaner as well. Previously the floors behind the counter were visibly littered with miscellaneous food castoff and the staff were very abrupt. Things are a lot better now.

The manager here is completely rude! She knows nothing about customer service and is a shame to the tim hortons name!

Literally the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I used to live next to it and have visited numerous times and every time its a disappointed. I moved but was in the area and thought I’d give it another try - a lady was yelling at them that the coffee tasted watered down and when I got mine it was as well. Don’t bother wasting your time here, lines are always long and the coffee sucks.

Service is the WORST. Make sure you check your order because this location charges and doesn't add it to the bag. Horrible.

I ordered a bacon belt and woman making the sandwich didnt put bacon on it she kept looking at the screen when I was the only customer there i finally had to tell her to put bacon on the bacon belt and cheese. I keep saying Tim Horton employees need better training. With that said the staff were very polite.

Another Timmies in the GTA. Friendly service and seemingly friendly guests as well. Ample seating area with generous parking outside.

Newly renovated as of early 2020 with TH's new dark brown and red theme. Not the largest seating area but the tables are movable and there is one communal table. The washrooms are also accessible.

I am a person with psychological disability. And this place gives me a peace of mind. The open concept, the light fixtures, the drawings relevant to the food with Tim Hortons on the wall, the cleanliness, and above all the customer care is beyond the language of my expression. Due to my disability I cannot always go to that particular Tim Hortons. But I love that place. The customer care is excellent. Thank you Tim Hortons franchise for this particular Tim Hortons. 5 out of 5 from me. Keep up the good work.

I usually drop by here to grab a snack or drink, as they seem to have more goodies in their store compared to the Bridlewood Mall location. Employees here are friendly and communicative, but their punctuality can be improved. Waiting for beverage and/or meal orders tends to take longer than usual here, for some reason, even when there's a short line-up. But I still hand it to this place for the quality of their products and their nice, spacious dining area. Plus, they are involved in plenty of special events like charity, and the hockey cards they sold awhile back. I would visit this Timmy's location again.

We enjoy visiting for coffee and snacks, but train your staff to keep the toilets clean. It is not just one particular toilet but majority of your toilets are atrocious.

Apparently this Tim's got a renovation looks like they could freshen up the staff too. Service is extremely SLOW. Staff are slowly shuffling around getting orders done there are 20 people in line and 2 cashiers. They have gotten through 5 customers in the last 18 mins. 3 workers look like they are just asking each other how to do things. This place is terrible, it shouldn't take 5min to put coffee and press some buttons for milk and sugar. Update it took 11 mins from the time ordered to get 2 coffees with cream and 2 bagels with cream CHEESE. To add to this apparently this chain preporitions out their cream cheese into circle patties like hamburgers. 1. If that's the case it shouldn't take 11 mins to get an order out where the hardest thing you have to do is cut the bagel. 2. This is a huge waste of wax paper as most companies are trying to go environmentally friendly. Lastly, nothing seems to be stocked. I will be contacting head office.

If I had a $1 for every minute I've ever waited here I could probably buy my own franchise. Its coffee not rocket science.

This tims always has a line 10 deep. It takes forever to get anything, all of the time. Tip: No soy milk.

Newly renovated May2019. I usually get my coffee here before work. I only been here a few times since they re-opened so not sure if the service is better than before but I do miss the express line for drinks only in the morning.
