Service massive bad, if there is less than one star I'll use it, poor language they make me repeat and repeat my order, west my time and energy after midnight,
Finally when they gave me my order only water with no tea, after they remembered to give tha tea bag's box.
Il never back buy from this branch or even never recommending it to anyone.

This location is 24 hrs, but everytime i come to this location around 2AM, they only have coffee. NO BAGEL/NO DONUT/NO MUFFIN/NO STEEP TEA. It’s always that male server VERY LAZY! Sometimes they serve it too if the server is different.

Very disappointed. Doesn’t take 2 orders on drive thru. I went around 10: 35 am and no one was behind me. I needed a separate order for my colleague. I have to ask for napkins. Stop being cheap. If I am buying food or ice Capp napkins are needed. Drive Thur rep was rushing me to leave.

Mandeep refused to serve me a muffin in the drivethru. I was on a motorcycle and she told me that it was closed. The drive thru had no signs or anything suggesting it was closed. Very frustrated with this experience.

Its been a lot of time that I ordered a tea and they gave me coffee and I ordered toasted bagels they always burn it until its uneatable. When I have to complain at the drive thru regarding this the person who take the order is so rude and never admits that they made something wrong. Mostly I visit here coz i work early mornings.

Previously employed there. We are told to rush customers too much, totally unethical. When I would sweep and mop, I would always find ants on the ground. There were always flies in the donut display case. And yes poor customer service.

There were more than 5 people working and the person who was taking orders didn’t know what orders to take and how to even speak properly with customers. Worst customer service and such an unpleasant experience. No wonder this store has 2.9 rating!

I don't understand why you guys never have bread made for sandwiches. I work across the street and order from here multiple times a day and it's so infuriating to get refused 90% of the time because your staff is too lazy to make the products. I went in 3 times today, 12pm, 5pm and 8: 30pm just for a stupid sandwich which I was refused 8 times this week.like seriously? Do you guys even care about profits? Finally got the girl to make me a sandwich on the mini buns but she refused to charge me accordingly and charged me for large sandwiches. Also it's very infuriating to have to wait 10 minutes just to be served when your staff is laughing and joking around in their own language.very unprofessional and ANNOYING to deal with on a daily basis. The worst by far was the 2 females working today.took forever to take my order all 3 times I was in today just to be refused b.c they never make the product! Change your ways b.c I'm just going to stop coming in person and start ordering for pick up so you guys don't have a choice anymore.

Possibly the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. I come at 3: 40 consistently over the last few days and the service is slow and terrible. The cashiers are very slow to take orders and will look at you and not even acknowledge you're there to say (hey, I'll be with you in a sec.) Frustrating.

Ordered English muffin toasted with sausage, egg & cheese. It was missing the sausage and untoasted. Tasted just like breakfast sandwiches that you buy in the freezer section of your local grocery store that you heat up in the microwave. Last week it was missing the egg and cheese. Lunch menu is only a partial menu. This Tim's survives because of it's location NOT it's service.

Everyweek this guys just give you a wrong order. I order them a steep tea this morning and they gave me a coffee. Sometimes they say we have to brew the tea and dont give you till 10-15 mins. And when you go inside the store and say them does the tea take this much time to brew the staff is on phone and the tea is ready but not given to you.

Worst experience ever, i ordered many times at this location as it is the nearest location from my work and most of the times i ordered steep tea and instead of it they gave me coffee, every-time their response is that we are brewing.whenever i ordered drive through they took the money and when i approach the window they are saying we are brewing it and its take 10-15 minutes. If something is not ready why they are telling after taking an order and money. This is happened with me a-lot of times. On Tuesday afternoon nearly 3.30pm same thing happens i ordered 3 medium steep tea, the cashier attendant took ordered and after passing through the window she said we are brewing it and we can give you coffee instead. I said no i can wait, and she told me to wait on side not in drive through as it effects on our efficiency. After passing 10 min when i went to the store and asking my order they start laughing. Worst experience ever!

Hello, I went to the location at 135 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1P7 and it was the most horrible service I received. I am very disappointed. They didn't take my order for 5 mins in the drivethru, then I went in store and no one took my concerns into consideration. They all laughed meanwhile I was trying to place an order. Everyone at the drive thru was yelling and upset and yet no one cared to address our issues. Please re evaluate your employees. This is not the service I expected from Tim Hortons.

This location used to be really good but since they've changed staff in the evening I've gotten wrong coffee's almost every day for instance this week alone Out of 4 days that I work all 4 days both coffees were messed up Every day I order one large triple triple And 1 large 4 sugar 2 cream My coworker just got handed his coffee And inform me there is no cream This has been going on for months I will stop using this location until the incompetence that work within have been replaced

Their staff is very rude i visit their location on Monday morning their were two girls at front counter i asked them that i have coupon and they denied to accept it first when i placed i order then she said i can give you. The service of this Tim hortons is too slow. No employee in this Tim Hortons is experienced, Manage r needs to train the employees. They are not meeting the requirements of customer. I had ordered breakfast farmers wrap with everything (hashbrown, bacon, sausage) inside and she charge with for all but provided me only egg and cheese farmers wrap. Whole team is corrupted. Second time, she (her name started with letter A) wasn't even know if their hot beverage machine works, she charged me for French vanilla and after that she said- they don't have it as machine malfunctioned. I would never visit this Tim hortons. So unsatisfied.

Very nasty, a man had a bag of ice he banged it on the floor to break it up then took that same bag and poured the ice the directly into the ice bucket WIITH THE BAG HANGING INSIDE the ice been. This is the second nasty thing I have witnessed here. Talk to him, he is slim, about 5'9 wearing a turban and was also seen bring food out from the back. If CFIA see these things a McDonald's take out only might replace you. The other nasty thing I saw is on video. Fix up, train or retrain staff. They need to know, what is okay for them at home is not ok for customers. I also know Tim Horton's does not approve of this. This was at Kipling and Rexdale

My experience at this place was very unpleasant. Staff work here don't like to admit what they did wrong. I went to this place to grab a coffee and a quick bite. So I ordered a chicken sandwich and a medium double double. Once I paid for my order they handed over my coffee and told me to move over to the side and get my sandwich from the front. So I did. Usually they bring your food to your car right? But they didn’t. I waited couple of minutes and went back to the window to ask them about my order. So the lady who I paid for my order asked me "what do I need "? I asked her "Really"? Then said "you told me to move over to get my sandwich" At that point she put my order in and they started making it. She didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I wouldn't be visiting this place again.

Bought a coffee early in the morning. Lady didn'e put lid on properly and half the hot coffee spilled all over my clothes, hand and legs. No apologies! Just asked me if I wanted some napkins. I'm like " Yeah! Im drenched in scolding hot coffee! " Very upset, hand and leg is still hurting and will need to pay for dry cleaning. Totally disappointed in Tims

It's a Tim Hortons, just as unique as any other Time Hortons.
Employees can sometimes get your order right, but it's hit and miss. Drive thru usually doesn't take too long, surprisingly.

I was refused a refund after taking a bite of my EGG BLT and noticed it didn't have bacon in it. I was also refused bacon to be added in.

Apparently you must specify for it.
Should I specify lettus and tomatoes too then?

I visited this location on Feb 03rd, 2020. This is location customer service was bad. When I got my stuff, right away next order. Even I did not put my coffee and breakfast. Started to screaming next order next order. We were giving business for them.they should appreciate us. I really don't know if any customer complained to their managers. This store employees have bad attitude and not customer service at all. This location employees are thinking their salaries coming from sky. Tim should fired this location manager first.because she/he should teach their employees how to treat customers. I hope this message will reach to this location District manager or head office. As Employees should be patient.

Too busy, small. The drive through is a mess. Also the speakers don't rally work and you are barely able to hear the person taking the order. Doesn't look like they are paying attention to you anyways.

This Tim's location gives you the full racecar experience, you are the driver and the staff are the pit crew trying their hardest to get you outta there in under a minute. Which also leads to impolite behavior and messed up orders. Definitely won't get the same tasting coffee, zero consistancy and food is always scarce

Wrong order was given to me as I watch them make my order they didn't even apologize for the mistake that they made. Ordered potato wedges didn't have enough for my order so instead of telling me about it they decided to put a hash brown in there and hoping that I wouldn't notice.

I just went through the drive through at 135 Rexdale blvd and was not impressed with the service at all. I was rushed to take out my tim hortons card and payment card and almost shoved with the payment machine all the while never being greeted or any slightness of friendliness. I didn't comment on that right away until I was told to pull forward and someone will bring me my "farmers wrap" I asked why as there was literally no one else in the drive through behind me. The lady said because we will bring it to you. I said no that doesn't make sense. She then replied with: "pull forward because they are timing us". This is wrong, trying to achieve speed while loosing customer service is not right. I didn't move and stayed at the window untill the food was ready. 20 seconds later all the while with no cars behind me. Come here for a coffee or two, but you'll have to pull forward and they will bring it to you.

My friend bought tea from drive through at 135 rexdale blvd. When i get my tea i found there is no tea bag in my tea just only water and 2 milk. I always buy tea from there around 11am and many time they made a mistake and sometime one lady being rude with me but i never put a review but this time is too much. How can you guys forget to put tea bag in tea.i can understand mistake can be happened by anyone but this is kind of big mistake
