Lots of parking, double drive thru, a couple tables. But, really tricky to get in and out via Wellington - save yourself a headache and use the rear entrance from surrey st.

Edit - I don't remember their name, my apologies, but the person running the drive thru window is amazing. Fast, professional, and cheerful. I deliberately come to this one, even if I'm closer to one of the others within a mile, because you know you'll get great service. Thank you for going above and beyond

Best Tim’s in Guelph. Overall great atmosphere. Friendly, warm and efficient service. The cashier, Adam, is courteous, kind and professional. Keep up the good work. You will go places.

I used to think all Tim Hortons were the same, but every now and then, you get surprised. This Tim Hortons stands out with cleanliness and the actual smiles on the employees.

Possibly the worst Tim Hortons store we have come across so far! Horrible service (seemingly untrained/poorly trained staff with absolutely no clue about how to handle an order or provide proper service) with insanely high waiting periods even on a relatively slow weekend evening! The store doesn't seem to be well kept and if that's not enough, the toilets are also non-functional! Will try to never go back to this location again. From the past many negative reviews, it seems the administration doesn't care at all, even if such poor customer experiences can affect the reputation of the Tim Hortons' brand as well! That's really unexpected and surprising!

Routinely a whole team of people working the drive thru with a single person breaking away from time to time to help customers who came in at the register. Be prepared for a long wait

Rude and unfriendly employees. Asked to collect reward and billed whole amount. Not recommend to anyone. Rude and racism.

Once again the person taking my order didn't understand the difference between an iced cappuccino and an iced coffee. You'd think the word coffee would be understood in that industry.

Great place to stop and grab a coffee. If your looking for a Tims to sit down and enjoy your order this ISN'T the timmies you want.
If you're looking for a stop and go look no further, they will always get your order right the first time and make a mean French Vanilla!

This is not a dine-in location. This should be listed as a takeout and drive-thru location. A little misleading when I'm meeting up with people at this location to find out there's no tables inside.
For the rest of the questions on this questionnaire I am not answering because number one you can't dine in so that questions kind of obsolete and I wasn't there for breakfast lunch or dinner. And I didn't spend anything because my friend bought my hot chocolate and I really don't have any recommendations what to buy because everybody is different.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE/FOOD: Ordered Habanero crispy chicken wrap, It was rubbery and hard. I complained at store about it but shift supervisor (6: 14pm on oct 7th, 2022) was more keen on proving that I m lying, she went on to say “You didn’t eat it right away so it became like that” and added ”we sold 10 wraps in last hour there was no complain”. Needless to say she didn’t give her name stating that it’s there policy. I hope Manager/Owner takes note of this, that stale food is going to customer from their store.

Every time I order the same thing for me and my employees I get less quantity. It’s been the fourth time it’s disappointing. I have a picture to show the quantity is less. We ordered large but got way less quantity. What’s the point of increasing food and drinks prices if the quantity will be compromised. Very disappointed with the staff at this location!

Would have given a 1 star if it weren’t for that one drive through worker that spins the trays and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Other than him, service is extremely slow and there’s always something wrong with my order.

Tim Hortons - located at 28 Wellington St East. The service was quick even there was a long lineup inside. I was there just for a snack and coffee. The staff are working very fast on the orders and working hard to maintain the restaurant in a clean and well kept status. Parking spaces are also available.

Worst employee ever,
lady for the drive thru orders is rude and arrogant.
She should do her basic training again or leave the job if she cant do it.

My local Tim Hortons is great. Ladies in the morning start my day. Know my order to get the day going.less wait as being prepped and ready by the time I get to the counter.

I ordered a plain bagel with cheese and bacon. They gave me an everything bagel with butter. Service is normally trash, I recommend you stay far away from this timmies

Honestly some of the rudest service I've ever received in my life. I work in customer service, so I know it can be tough, but I also always make sure I'm polite and patient. But right from the moment my sister and I walked in the person behind the register was snarky and rude. The employes were swearing to eachother. I don't think I've ever been more uncomfortable while ordering in a place. I guess at least it was a bonus that this Tim's location actually had some donuts in stock unlike the rest of them.

Absolute joke, one person working and 5 people outside smoking and laughing. Second time coming here and they still can’t make a simple cup of coffee.unbelievable.they should fire all these kids

Tim hortons chain in general are existing on customer loyality and patience as well.
Stuff is not trained at all or simply has no skills for multiple tasks expected.
Less number of employes then required too.
Today at Wellington was the top of bad service, chocolate dep donuts and tea cheese bisquit at the same paper bag.
All that mess inside bag was hard to imagine.
Paper wih chocolate and chees on top of it.
Guy at window told me, next time Ser be specific when ordering, what package you prefer!?

I was there at this location yesterday
Me and my husband placed order from small coffee and Tim bits. My husband told that lady the we want all birthday special Tim bits. At window when we received order we check and so they gave us assorted so we tell them we want all birthdayone. She take bag from us and gave another bag and again wrong order
Than I go in side store and talk with manager but that rude lady start arguing that I didn’t say anything like this

This Tim Horton's is a smaller tim Horton's, no inside seating, to use washroom you need key, but they have a full menu and drive thru and do skip/doordash deliverys. The staff and experince is a bit hit and miss. I am a regular that comes often and some of the full time staff know my order and even start making it before i order, which is great. But some days some other staff members had no desire to do their job, they take forever wandering around, they do not move quickly when there is a huge line, and arnt even polite. Some morrnings i go there for my bagels before work, and they have no bagels and no donuts at all. Seems their baker was not in? It happens a few times and i have no breakfast then.

So overall its a small typical tim hortons. Can be very slow service sometimes and sometimes have no food. But has some good workers and some times im in for less then 1 min.

Went there at 9: 30am on Thursday, huge drive thru line so I elected to go in. I was third in a line that eventually grew to about eight, snaking outside. Literally no one at cash though there were six or seven employees behind the counter. I was in line for about 6 minutes. It seems the solo front cashier is also responsible for skip/Uber/other delivery services, taking her away from the customers in front of her. This is an indication of poor management. The physical customer comes first, and for God sake, give the cashier some back-up! No wonder my order is wrong 30% of the time. I’d give zero stars if I could. Will I come back? Of course…

Victoria road Tim's.why do they always seem to screw up a order for something as simple as a Tea with only 1 tea bag in NOT2.

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered at Tim Hortons! Plus they always have a timbit for my dog!

The coffee taste burnt. They forgot a muffin. I wish I would have stopped at the one on Silvercreek and Speedvale.

The people here are pretty friendly except the lady behind the counter at the food prep table, she’s usually in there at 7 am when I go in and twice now she’s been incredible rude. The first time I asked her for chipotle on my farmers wrap and she acted upset that I asked for it even tho the farmers wraps is supposed to come with chipotle on it. The second time she kicked me out cause my mask wasn’t proper, I understand I had the wrong type of mask but my lord. Top it all off I’ve heard hear being much more rude than that in the mornings to other people. Humble yourself lady.

Wow, this place is absolutely fantastic! The management and supervisors along with the staff is absolutely outstanding and does amazing jobs at keeping us customers satisfied. Fast service amazing drinks and super polite and friendly always makes me feel so welcomed! They always make sure us customers are their top priorities so cheerful! Keep up the amazing work Tim’s!

Barely put cream cheese on my bagel, forgot to give me my cookie which I had to go back and ask for AND forgot to initially charge me for cream cheese.which is a dollar (who knew). My tea did taste good though so thanks I guess

Absolutely horrible. Wait 20 minutes OUTSIDE in a lineup to STILL not get served. They have no clue what they're doing and they're absurdly ignorant. If you want to be late and have THE WORST customer service, this is your go to. But if you want to actually get what you ordered, or even order at all, go somewhere else.

I just took a small sip of orange juice while waiting for my sandwich, I was parched. In a flash I had 5 extremely rude ladies all screaming at me and threatening to call the cops. On my way out the door one of them said "How could anyone ever love him? " All that for a sip of orange juice.

This is the best Tim Hortons in Guelph. The staff is always very friendly and the drive thru moves fast. My go to when I need some Timmy's!

Today was a good day at Tim Hortons. I was given five cards for Tim Hortons and two cards only worked. So I was not pleased.

Worst location I've been to in Guelph. They're very slow and half of the time they mess up my order. Only reason I continue to go to this one is because of the location, and the 2 members of staff who actually seem to work hard.

Closed their inside 7 minutes before 10pm. I called the store and they said their closed & asked what time they do? He replied 10pm. I said I got 7 mins still. Why you closed. No response. I said how is that fair. I want a coffee before I start my night shift. Ended up serving me through drive through but waited there for 5 mins before anyone helped. Not happy with it

Mainly focused on customer drive thru and online ordering. I had to wait a long time for the order.

My roommate, girlfriend, and I decided to go to my FAVOURITE Tim’s for a breakfast run. This location was perfect. My food and drinks were always good and the service was always friendly and amazing. Today, we placed two separate orders at the drive thru where their second tray option was used. When driving up to the window my girlfriend and I attempted to use her Tims rewards to which we were extremely rudely told that they were unable to accept the rewards on a double order. We simply asked if the orders could be separated so we could use our points. In the absolute RUDEST and snottiest tone I have ever heard from the mouth of a food and/or customer service worker we were told “I can’t because that would mean i’d have to delete your ENTIRE order. ”. In all three of our years of working in customer and food service, NEVER have we ever heard such a rude, nasty, and demeaning tone of voice. My girlfriend, who also has worked at Tim’s within the past year and for years previous, said that there should be a function to separate the orders please and thanks. The girl closes her window and angrily goes to her manager who spoke to us equally as rudely. The girl did not clarify that she was NOT separating the orders until after we had paid for the ENTIRE ORDER on one card. I do not care if you had the worst day, you NEVER EVER speak to customers that way EVER. I will not be returning to this Tim’s, extremely unfortunate because I stayed for their original AMAZING service that I was treated with.

Too expensive. Went for sandwiches that are on the on-line menu and they never even heard of them. They dont make what is on their website.

UPDATE!

I have been at this location several times, with my cat in her carrier, which is OK as long as the cat stays inside her carrier. But today one of the employees came up saying "you cannot have your cat in here". I have no car and no other person to leave her outside. Even so, she insisted on leaving her out. SO RUDE!

Today me and my friend anmol Garg when to Tim Hortons we ordered steep tea and some another stuff to consume and we gave bill of 20
but they haven't refund me the remaining balance which was 10 bucks. When I asked for the remaining money he (Martin) denied to give the remaining money. I requested them that 'I need to talk to manager or supervisor' he refused to do that. He was talking so weird with us it seems to be ridiculous. It also seems he was intoxicated with some sort of drugs. I want manager should communicate with me as soon as possible.

A blend of 28+ pure Arabica coffee beans mixed with 18% cream and cofeen (tm). Its ok. Staff is always fresh.

Friendly staff. Hot and fresh food. The coffee always tastes good here, unlike some other Tim's

I go to Tim Hortons all over the city of Guelph. One morning a week I am at this one to grab a coffee and it is the best Tim's coffee in the city. Yes its cold in here, yes there are not a lot of options for sitting and yes there is the chance of being entertained by many colourful people out front but they serve the best coffee.

Terribly disorganized. One lady taking and filling coffee orders at the front of house while at least three are doing the same job at the drive through window.

I get a coffee every day from this Tim's and they are honestly the best. These folks clearly enjoy working here and it shows. I will actually drive past another Tim's just to go to this one. Thank you!

Limited selection of donuts at this small location. Service has been rude more than once, on occassion accusing me of trying to scam them out of a drink when I asked for the second coffee I'd paid for and not received.

The double double and the blue berry donut were my pick for today. I love that place, in terms of quality of product and the service.

Kind of bad service when we inquired about ingredients. We were told that nothing can be guaranteed. With the amount of people with allergies and sensitivities they should at least be able to tell people ingredients in stuff, and if that’s a head office thing then it should be shared with employees so they can help customers to make better decisions about the products they are offering. Totally understandable for the part where something is made in a facility that works with X ingredients, but that wasn’t the issue in this situation.

This Tim’s is probably the only one in town that the staff like their jobs at. Many of the people have worked there for a long time and they recognize you, ask how you are. It’s very pleasant. There’s one gentleman who always makes me laugh at drive thru. He’s a character.
