DISGUSTING "ESTABLISHMENT"!
Went inside to inform the staff that they had a guy smoking a meth pipe in broad daylight this morning, right outside the front doors of the place, as my cell phone was dead and we could not call the police at the time. Management seems to act like it's an okay thing to do there apparently? And didn't even care even though there was children in the area and all the staff could clearly see him right out the front windows! Truly disgusting! Couldn't even place an order we were so grossed out! Never going here ever again! Posting this sickening experience all over social media so that everybody knows about this incident. Absolutely 0 stars! Just shut this junkie-dump down!

Dirty, pastry glass looks like it has never been cleaned. Entrance covered in garbage, old batteries, and cigarette butts. Staff pass off guests half the time. Minimum 10 minutes wait for a single coffee. Morning manager constantly in stress delegating orders yet not doing anything. Looks chaotic and out of control. Employees' work stations are covered in cream, syrups, and spilled food. Health and safety risk ️
Hopefully, they will get better so everyone can enjoy the environment. Both staff and guests.

The staff at this location do a fantastic job. Located in downtown Barrie, this location can be a challenging environment to work in sometimes. Despite this, the staff are always friendly and provide excellent customer service.

Horrible experience. 20 mins in line to have staff have full on friend conversation and playing with customers phone etc so many wrong this here. Close shop get the hell of of business. If you can't run close it

Always busy at almost any location in Ontario, Canada for that matter. Some foods are good, most drinks are good, reasonably priced compared to Starbucks.

Busy busy location but staff has always been pleasant and helpful. But the lady that works the front counter for the walk-ins during the week days. This woman is something else! She is exactly the role model that all Tim Hortons employees need to follow. She is kind. She is funny and she genuinely seems to enjoy helping others in the morning. I wish more Tim Horton's locations had employees like her.

Terrible customer service. After waiting 12 minutes in line, was told at the window they have no earl grey tea bags, no problem, I’ll take orange peakoe, what I actually received was cinnamon something…. Also ordered a turkey bacon club, received turkey, a huge glob mess all over the bag mayo & no bacon.

Consistent horrible service. Asked for something simple; ice cap, wipe cream and a pump on chocolate syrup on the top. And got chocolate milk not cream. I cannot drink chocolate milk without puking so yet again another order in the trash.

Thus is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced at a tim hortons I will NEVER return to this tim hortons ever again! Can't even make an ice cap I had to tell them how to do their job and still ended up getting my money refunded and NO DRINK.who makes an icecap with no cream how did u even get hired there

Horrible service, I ordered my tea told them how I like it and they screw it up didnt bother to remake it, I called asked to speak to the manger they wouldn't even let me speak to the manger.fukn service is horrible.

You need to hire more employees for closing shifts. With only two there if it gets busy and one takes a break it is very unfair to the other one left alone when people start yelling at them and verbally abusing them which I saw a lot of tonight. Your one employee girl was getting yelled at so much she was almost crying. Ridiculous. It’s not their fault if they can’t keep up all alone. It’s management’s fault for not having proper amount of staff on hand. Very poor operation. The employees deserve better. I expect next time to see more staff on closing shifts.

Always friendly and fast service. Gets my order right 99% of the time. Can count on being through the drivethru within a minute even when there is a line-up. Speaks to the leadership of the restaurant that their service is top-notch.

Ordered few weeks ago, it was so good. But they did get my order wrong though. I wanted 10 birthday cake Timbits and I only got 9 anything else it was awesome

I was told, as usual, that they were out of dark roast, so I ordered a French vanilla instead.

* This * is how much they decided to fill my cup, after carelessly rushing the order when it wasn't even busy; won't be visiting this location again.

I have no problem with the front line staff, they work hard. I have a problem with the fact that literally every time I go here they don't have what I want. It's uncanny. Today the board was littered with advertising for a strawberry doughnut. Of course I had to order one. Of course they didn't have it.

Love this location for quick 'drive thru' & 'inside' service!

They are always on time and very quick delivery when rushed by a long line of people within', or out, in 'drive thru'.

They have very admirable teamwork and my order is always correct, due to their ability to use their teamwork skills.

I would have given this a higher rating but I left it @ 4 Stars because of a few employees whom have been more than disruptive to the staff and to other customers (Mondays to Fridays - I won't say my name's but I think they might have been fired since)

Tired of going back with complain to this, 2/5 order are right even though using Tim Hortons mobile app, every time either I have to wait for my order or they forgot to put sugar in my latte. Albeit they fix when I go inside instead of picking up from drive through, even today I ordered from drive through they forgot use roll up cup n again forgot to add sugar and I have to specially make another round to bring my day coffee at my lunch break to fix it and by the time to be honest I wasn’t even interested to drink that coffee.
Having said that this place is like hit n miss place where If its your lucky day when u got right order.
It’s better to go to Starbucks or second cup where 99% chance you get what u order
Thanks Tim Hortons I install the new mobile app and put the money in it just waiting one that money done I’m done with Tim Hortons.

Used to love this place and was the only one I went to for the past 1 years. After Monica left the place went down on service. My last week at this location involved three coffees undersized (ordered large got medium), one coffee that tasted like swamp water and them giving me four free coffees for the long wait (I didn't even complain about the wait). What took me over the top was last weekend having to repeat my order over four times while the place was empty and then driving away as after five times that was more then enough for three simple coffees that were all the same. What a shame, it was by far the best tims in all Barrie before they changed 90% of the staff.

! NOT 1 STAR 0 STARS!
They constantly make mistakes with change
for instance Raven today messed up taking a 10$ note thinking it was a 5$ note.
Instead of correcting it she makes a huge ordeal and tells me I am wrong and she knows what i gave her! (wasnt the first time either) (diffrent employee) its now a drop in center for the students who work co-op or part time hours and it needs to be addressed
Last summer there was flys i seen in the work vehicles to transports the foods (un wrapped) and down at 5 points Tim Hortons they keep there ladders and brooms/mop bucket in the same closet. (to save space there manager told me)
I told them about all the above ^^^ issues ^^^ area manager + food delivery manager since then they sent me a 5$ gift card and started wrapping there food trays with plastic wrap.
! UnReal!
Tim Hortons is done for me after the experiences ive had with these two locations.
