I am very sorry for this branch,
Today Dec 31 just had an interaction with the lady in drive thru, she was very rude, we requested for two food items she refused the first one (farmers wrap) and said we don’t have breakfast items at this time and for the second item (potato wedges) she said we are closing in 20 minutes and we do not have it ready,
We understand if the requested item is not available but the way she talked was very rude and with attitude. I hope she feels better since it doesn’t look right that someone speaks like that with a costumer specifically at new year eve.

I can here yesterday and omg was it mad, the stuff here are so rude and I don’t understand how this place is still covered in flys when it’s winter time. Stay away from this location at all costs, it’s that bad!

I have regular customer to the Tim Horton. Today when I asked this employee name prasann to make me in vegetable sandwich with kindly change gloves. He refused that she is busy and we can’t do that. I have been going to Tim Horton for 30 years and never seen a customer service like this. I will report BBB and Tim Horton. Since asian took over the business they have destroyed the taste and quality of service. All vegetarian do not go this place. Looks like this place is operated by Srilankan all staff as well. I don’t know how they qualify to get Tim Horton

Smells very bad inside so I am trying to avoid going in. Mostly ordering drive through but most of the time my order is either wrong or staff is getting angry when I ask to repeat my order. ALWAYS MACHENE IS DOWN FOR LATTE.

Worst branch ever! Just close it! Every other day they don’t have alternative milk or latte machine doesn’t work! Why do you keep it this location open and make people stand in line for nothing?

Vishnu is very kind and positive all the time!
Many times I’m only passing there but I always have to go out of my way to get a coffee and see him! His energy makes everyone’s day beautiful!
He needs a raise for sure!

Worst Timies location across GTA. They deserve an award for how possibly it can be that bad. Rudest customer service ever on planet earth. 8 out 10 times ur order is wrong or quality is poor. Honestly I need to deal with them because I live by.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I've visited. Food was no good, most of the items on menu was not available and fly was flying inside of the donut display. The service was garbage, all staff was walking around like zombies. Atmosphere also need huge improvement, many lights inside the store were out and the place was dirty everywhere. I do not recommend this place.

Gerard is very respectful of dietary restrictions, I’ve had so many instances at this location with not being respectful of religious (vegetarian) restrictions, not wanting cross contamination with meat products, Gerard is an asset to this location I hope more people respond like him to such requests

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, the staff taking orders was so rude and impatient and yielded at us at the end. I am so surprised that Tim Hortons tolerates this type of behaviour.

Very poor customer service! There's always an issue at this store. The staff needs proper training.

I ordered chocolate and vanilla chills, and the chocolate is as pale as the vanilla ones. I asked the lady staff to make another one, but came back just the same. Finally, the manager came and made the 3rd one, and it did look chocolate chill, at last. She placed the chocolate chill at the counter in front of me and just turned away without apologizing.

Was very dirty, bins full of garbage, pile of used cups, papers on the tables, garbage on the floor. I just shocked.

Such horrible service.people looking at the line up on front and doing nothing. I ordered a bagel and drink and they managed to mess it up.do not reccomend this location.

They seem to always mess up my simple order of decaf orange pekoe tea with almond milk. 3x i was given decaf coffee instead, unfortunately i didn't check during drive through

Poor food quality! I’ve ordered a XL hot chocolate and went home without checked.when I’m in home and ready to drink, I realize that they just put half cup of hot chocolate into a XL cup! It is too far to drive back to the store. But I really disappointed about the food quality at this time in this store!

It's always busy but the people there are always friendly. Vishnu at the drive through is always a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered regular chili soup, pay for regular size, coming at houme at bag small size and without bred, salt, paper, just small chili soup

Dirty. Gave me a sandwich that fell on floor. Would not replace. Head office wouldn't do anything about it either. Was never called to apologize or offer a replacement. Also after picking up sandwich from floor, they put that sandwich on cutting board where they serve and cut all their products. The cutting board was never washed, so all the sandwiches that day were dirty as well. Disgusting.

I always go to this location because it's the closest to my work. This is not the first time they got my order wrong. I went in this morning and ordered a 4 cheese bagel and got something completely different. The manager and the workers dotn pay attention to people's orders. And when you try to call they don't do nothing about it or they just don't answer.

I ordered 2 ice cap but when i went to the window the lady came to the window with attitude and did not bother to bend a little bit so i can reach to pay and grab the ice caps. My hand went inside the ice cap ew

This one brown lady who always works late in the drive thru never listens to my order (after being slow, clear, and repeating my order everytime), she is VERY RUDE when she can’t understand my order and replies, and she never accommodates for it either when she messes it up.obviously, i can understand that sometimes it’s hard to understand someone’s order in a drive thru, but the way she goes about it is unacceptable and rude. Every other review on here is complaining about the same lady who works the drive thru, however she’s been working there for a long time. Please get rid of her as she is terrible at service and makes this timhortons look bad.there are many other people who would be happy to be employed here and won’t act the same way she does.

Convenient location to grab your order, drive through available. Every time I come to get my order the staff on site keep asking repeatedly to confirm either my name or my order number, which is annoying. Please fix the voice machine (reboot) in order to provide better service. Also, huge pothole just at the station where you placing your order through the speaker’s, definitely need to be fixed.

Coffee was only half filled also got a steeped tea with 2 milk and I got green tee with lots of sugar

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Did not listen to what I was explaining and did not want to help redeem my birthday drink reward. Also really rude when speaking to me and the smell in the store was just awful.

Sometimes, people don't understand the orders that you are giving them, or what you are going to take.

Rude employee, someone shakes head and say something rude to me just because I could not figure out how to use the mobile Tim hortons app. Please train ur employees how to be a polite person first.

Please please fire the Sri Lankan lady. When I was in the drive thru they dropped the sandwich of the person ahead of me and WOULD NOT give her a refund. They dropped it yet put the blame on the customer.next I pulled up to the window and I asked for a spoon and the lady hissed at me and forcefully push the spoon onto my hand causing it to break… she wouldn’t give me another one. I don’t know what it is but the Sri Lankan lady is a problem and I will not be going to this Tim Hortons for as long as she is there

Unacceptable service, a man running the drive thru gave me a hard time and after I had fixed my order he mumbled an insult at me. 100% never coming back here again. Management should definitely take notes of all the negative they get.

The coffee at Tim Hortons isn't very palatable at the best of times but this location out of all locations really elevates that to a whole new level of disgusting. Unfortunately this location is very close to my work and I buy coffee for my employees daily. The coffee at this location is completely horrible. Best to avoid this location if you're looking for a good cup of coffee. Other locations nearby are also hit and miss.

I am a regular customer on a daily bases, I love there coffee but I don't like some decisions they make and practices. I usually order extra large black coffee and I ask for double cub and they refused! Tim Hortons cups are the worst cup in the market, and the worst led in the market as well, so it's not safe if it's not double cup specially when it's large or x large.

Go during the late evenings (10pm-ish) and you'll get a really grumpy lady taking your drive-thru order. "Thank you" and "You're welcome" is not part of what seems to be a limited vocabulary (aside from repeating the menu items). Unfortunately, due to COVID a lot of Time Hortons are closed after 10pm, so this is one of the few that have a late-night drive-thru within my local radius.

Anyways, at check-out, she won't say a single word to you. She'll pass you the machine to pay, maybe a grunt or a mumble, and then pass your order. Not a single word was said. She likely hates her job.

Trash coffee and trash service, the person who was speaking through the drive thru speakers didnt speak clearly and then started yelling, then only gave us 3 of the 6 things we ordered and we couldn't come inside to ask for it because its locked

It's ok, sometimes the food is rushed and messy but it really depends who makes it. Normally a long line in the mornings. Other than that it's just a run of the mill Tim Hortons.

I LOVE people at this place, the best service, amazing attitudes. Their staff is the most efficient I saw in any Tims. So thankful for them, I get a smile, a friendly wave or a fist bump every time I am there. Highly recommended

Poor customer service. Ask any questions you will get "I don't know" for an answer. I would give 0 star if I could.

No washrooms open for essential workers. I asked them and they said go across the street instead.

They have the longest line in the morning, everyday. Just to get a coffee is 15 mins! Clearly something isn't right in the system. The management must review and take actions. I give this review with credibility because I've been to other Tim Horton's drive-thrus same time, same days in the recent past.

Says 24 hrs but arrived they were closed and didn’t even come to window or speaker drive through speaker to say they are closed completely rude and arrogant they could of at least block drive through so people know it was closed

These guys close early, I believe at 9 it was closed. Usually dont have food or deserts left, just drinks. Wait time is usually really long, not enough staff working I guess. Better go to another location, especially in the evening.

So disappointed and sad with the service I got. Will never go back again, after this pandemic it would be nice to receive your order with a smile and kind service, instead I receive arrogance and attitude.

The service here is very poor. I often wait at the counter for several minutes while 4-5 people stand around the drive-thru talking and not actually working. They will make eye contact with me, but not offer to take my order. I understand it may not be their job to man the register, but they could at least notify someone that a customer is waiting instead of staring at me blankly.

I ordered small tea, when i took it, i felt it's lighter than usual, i checked it, 1" was empty,

Seating areas and bathrooms were not clean. The bathrooms are in need of remodeling as the tile grout has permanent staining.

We went through this tim hortons' drive way almost every day for two weeks at around 9 am.the service was always accurate and friendly and the team member at the window was great! He always let us know when we had to wait for our food and always gave it to us correctly.thank you for a great start to our mornings!

If they just fire the lady that works early mornings that would boost their business. She mumbles over the mic. I'm pretty sure only English words she knows is "medium double double". Also her mumbling sounds mean pull up to the window for those who don't understand ;)

Nice seating. Wet floor. Someone spilled juice on floor. No one clean up. Just a yellow sign, wet floor. Bad management.

This Tim's has the best, friendliest, most welcoming and speediest service IN THE MORNING! That you'll receive anywhere! Absolutely love them

Coffee is always but always tastes bad at this location. It has an off taste compared to other locations I have been to. Would not be surprised if they somehow modified it to save $$$.

I will not be returning to this location in the future. Staff and more specifically management never take responsibility for their mistakes. Very frustrating service nearly every time I went.
