I ordered something through door dash yesterday morning. A couple of hours after eating, I got violently ill and couldn't hold down liquids or food. I had to leave my own job early and also miss another day of work. I spent half the night throwing up.

I am sick and tired of poor service and treatment from Tim Hortons staff. Enough is enough.

One of the most poorly managed tim Hortons I've been to. Always long lineups due to poorly trained staff. I'm here again, 5 people working but nobody taking orders. TO THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE, IF YOU HAVE 1 PERSON TAKING ORDERS AND 1 PERSON MAKING DRINKS IT IS FASTER THAN 2 PEOPLE TAKING ORDERS AND ALSO MAKING DRINKS. SO FRIGGIN SLOW IN HERE. Just had maybe the worst coffee of my life I told them to make me another but not from that pot what do you know he makes it from same pot I tell him to use another pot he tells me they are all the same this coffee was so strong it was undeniable IDIOT'S

I would like to address my deepest concern about my experiences here at Tims Christie Station Area. I am a regular costumer here and most of my orders got screwed. The staff are terribly mean and you can tell by there gesture. I ordered a few times here and now it is time to rate it. I ordered around 12: 30 pm August 2,2023 and it was not busy yet, there was 5 people working in line, I ordered a Steak Wrap and it was purchased already, the lady at the back mentioned there was no steak anymore so instead i said make it Cilantro Chicken Wrap. The lady told me ok it's the same price. I said no it is not and i told her i'll buy small coffee for that so basically this time she's annoyed and not serious at all, she was talking and smiling with other indian coworkers in their language. To sum up, Can you imagine i have waited 20 mins for a single Wrap!? It is not okay at all, there was no apology, they were never nice to me, they are in fact rude. I've had enough and i hope you guys evaluate your employees. I will be back there specifically getting her name and post it here again.

Terribly slow service when there are 4 people up front working and all chatting. Washrooms are SO dirty I wouldn't even step inside. This is a place that seves food and their floors ans washrooms are filthy. Wonder what else they're not cleaning.

Tim Hortons order 14/5 was terrible; became sick immediately! Not only did the guys at the counter get my order wrong (ordered a caramel ice coffee and got a regular ice coffee) but it also made me sick almost instantly after drinking it. Don't know whether the milk was expired or some other ingredient but I've never had an issue before with Tim's. I would this one

The coffee is good.
The clealiness leaves much to be desired especially considering the times. Tables are never wiped.crumbs, goop.over flowing garbages.you name it!

Bagel is cold as ice not even toasted. Not happy eating it. Need to improve the quality of the food. It’s just a simple bagel cream cheese

Was pretty disappointing. The server was nice but they had no soup or chili, and no herb cream cheese. When i got my bagel the cream cheese was spread thin like butter. They definitely made a few cents on this transaction but ill walk another 10 feet to the next timmies next time in the future

The worst customer service and not a single order is correct ; no dark roast in my coffee. The new staff doesn’t know how to say please & thank you. I would give negative 10 (-10) for customer service; when you talk to older people; have some patience as well. Little politeness in tone will go a long way! Please Evaluate your staff working on March 12;21;4: 45 PM; specifically the guy.

i was amazed by the On shift Manager By farha she greeted me respectively and mannery keep up the good work.

Honestly only go here everyday because it's the closest one to me. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the lady that was a cashier was also the one making the sandwiches. I noticed that she put on gloves to make my sandwich but she did not wash her hands. It defeats the purpose of wearing gloves specially after handling cash if you didn't wash your hands that you used to put on the gloves. It's unhygienic. Also why is it that they use their hands to put the sandwich together when there are tongs available to use. ‍️

I constantly come buying some food in this place. I loved the speedy service and well cooked dishes. Great work.

Located in downtown Korean Town and front of Christie Pits Park. Very good customer service, staff are so friendly. This summer time, I love Iced capp at Tim Hortons. Great taste & Best price. Beautiful this location beside the TTC Christie Subway Station. Enjoy your coffee & Sandwich

Best creepy strange Tim Hortons on Bloor. It's that perfect mix of good staff, gross washrooms and hilarious patrons.

Timmies is Timmies. Great location right by the station and park. Electric door opener didn’t seem to work tho.

The coffee and food at Tim Horton's is fairly consistent across all franchises. This review is for the service at this location! The employees are very fast and efficient even with long lineups.

Living next door to a Tims would be cool in concept right? Except when they completely are unable to make an order half the time without something being missing or mismade. Also what is the deal with no food at night? It's a 24 hours, at least let me get something to munch on at 3am that isn't hot coffee. Also $2.49 for a 16oz soda is highway robbery and you should feel bad about it. You're luck you have birthday cake timbits. (sometimes, do you guys have a daily quota on how many you can make in a day or something?)

Waited 10 minutes for my food only to be told they didn’t have what I ordered. Communication could use improvement.

I mean I have been to Italy Most of the coffee at any chain in Canada would be spit out by your average italian. But for a Tim hortons this one is good because of the staff warm friendly people. But watch out for the crazy Jamaican guy that hangs around there anyone who reads this and has been there will know I am talking about. He verbally assaults people in the store while the staff watch. I asked if they can do anything about this and they say they call the cops buy they never really do anything. Unfortunate

I was pleasantly surprised. Stopped in for 2 coffees to go. Almost turned around & walked out since there were 60 students in there (at 11: 45 am Wed). 1/2 of them waiting in line for food, etc. I notice a kiosk for ordering. Tried it out. 2 coffees order & 5 mins later my coffee order was ready. Happy for quick kiosk order & service (avoiding long long long line of customers)!

Good for coffee on the road and a bagel. It's very popular in Canada, a Canadian staple actually, but personally I wish they had better coffee for people like me that don't mask my coffee with sugar and cream. I find Timmy's coffee too light and their dark roast tastes kind of too roasted.

The staff are nice but they constantly have the same pushy pan handler asking for money outside. If you go early in the morning its just a bunch of homeless guys who had just bought coffee to sleep at the tables.

I took a medium coffee double-double & didn't taste good as regular. The boy wasn't friendly when he first saw me, but was doing just his routine job. I can understand why he was like that, however just a small wish doesn't cost anything from him!

Almost all the hot drinks are quarterly empty from the top, so order a large if you want a medium size. Also, they don't even bother to wash their hands as during cleaning if some customers came they'll serve as it.

Every Tims is the same, everything tastes the same. It's cheap and you can get caffeinated, and some food. Served by an overworked, probably stressed out staff.
Just like be nice to them I can only imagine the nonsense they have to deal with just constantly.
