Every time I decide to take coffee from this location I regret no matter what time of the day they have very slow drive through service takes me forever to grab my order

Been to 100s of Timmy's locations, this was the worst smelling and dirty location. It was very hard to sit there and have food, didn't feel like purchasing anything either.

Bagels had way too much butter on them, I mean when it's swimming in butter that's way too much.

What's the point on being open 24/7 when u don't have things. I go there at my break at 12: 30 and pretty much have nothing for food. Toster not working like really what's the point on being open. Won't be coming back here

They don’t even deserve one star. A tims locations with very bad service. They are always slow and unprofessional. I went today in the morning and the worker was pointing her finger towards me when I told her my order is not a right thing. She was talking to me like I’m getting free stuff and she can say anything to me. Workers are very rude and unprofessional. That lady doesn’t know how to treat customers. Instead of giving right thing they will start misbehaving. Today was my last day going to this tims. Full of shit

Super slow service which holds up breakfast drive thru for half an hour every time, even if you want just a coffee.
Bacon is always soggy and is microwaved.

Very slow service. Took 10 minutes to be served with one customer before me. 6 people behind counter, and 5 service drive thru window. One service inside customers and spent time arguing ove an other with a customer already served.

Honestly great and fast service, the cashier was absolutely amazing. Didn't make us wait too long. The quality of the coffee was just how I like it. Asked for an extra cup, they have it without any questions. Definitely a worthy Tim's

Extremely slow service, staff struggle to follow simple instructions, unable to satisfy advertised offers, only the manager is sensible but can't monitor everyone constantly

I suppose it's tim hortons, staff don't earn enough to take it seriously, so therefore customers should lower their expectations accordingly right?

VERY VERY rude from order to payment, need training on customer service and how to talk to the customers. If you don't like working there, not my problem!

Very bad tim hortons. Unfriendly staff and bad customer service. Staffs are so miserable, its like they hate their jobs. No matters as well as no hi and thank you, nothing but silence. Well this is the last time I will visit this place.

Went through drive through this evening. Literally 1 car before me, when I pulled up to order there was no one to take the order. After few mins someone came on mic and asked me to wait for few mins again. Was waiting for 10 mins and finally someone took my order. Jus ordered couple of coffees, and when I pulled up to collect and they got it wrong. There were 4 or 5 ppl inside, not sure what they were busy with.

My sister visited this store to eat indoor with 2 friends at approx. 12: 30 pm Oct 20th. She experienced a very rude and sarcastic employee when she placed her order. Her "hot" food was "cold" and the drink was terrible but she did not complain as she expected a very cold and uncourteous response from the same employee again. When she told me of her experience I decided to submit this review.

Such a nice staff really appreciate their work.

I live just around the corner so this is my “go to” location for my steeped tea! Great service and friendly staff.

I went through the drive through and ordered hot chocolate with a quarter coffee. I drove away about 1 km just to taste my drink and realized I was served black coffee. I drove back and asked for my correct order. The employee did not even apologize for the mistake and told me I could dump the incorrect order. Really dissapointed since this is the Tims that's closest to me and I am my family visit at least 3 times a week.

This location is always very slow, and some of the staff rude. You can be the only customer in the store and it will be 5 minutes to get served while 6 people are working the drive thru and no one comes over or calls for help

Wow.what a way to end the day on. I literally go to this location all the time due to it being right next to our house. I get people there it might be their first job but they honest screw up my order about 25% of the time I go there. Me and my fiance literally spend thousands here throughout the year. Tonight they didnt put the lid on properly on my drink and as I grabbed it.it exploded on me and all over my car.

By far the worst service drive thru. 23 minutes waiting in the drive thru at 3: 15 am. And every time you complain it's Oh sorry problem with system that's life is the comment you get. As of Monday this week there was a shift change of staff. And nothing but problems. Prior to this week there has never been waiting. The 2 ladies that were serving drive thru prior to this week were fast and efficient. Management really needs to look at staff issues.

The service is terrible and incredibly slow. Twice this week after work, I have sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes or more each time. On top of that the vehicle in front of me had asked for an iced coffee and cold brew coffee and they didn't have it available. Why should someone have to wait 20 minutes or more to be told they don't have what they're ordering? Absolutely disgraceful!

Too slow drive thru in evening! Shortage of staff! Asked for toasted crossiant and she microwaved it! #disappointed!

Decent place usually.recently got a pulled pork sandwich and was very weak, heavily lacking on pulled pork.had like a spoon full.

Worst of all the tims in town.first they should train their managers, then we can think for better team members.i will let all my friends know, to get another store.everytime long wait with wrong food.never less then 20 minutes on drive thru, doesnt matter what time u go.

Worst Tim location ever visited. Staff is rude and careless. I visit this location everyday because it is the nearest one from my work. They make wrong orders, forget the add ups in every order always make the order their own way as it is for them. I suggest the owner of this location to atleast visit his employees once and teach some about customer service and tell everybody over there to attend the training again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My last three visits they have gotten my order wrong and were extremely rude both while ordering and then again after I received my order. Seriously you need to train your staff better.

Any Tim Hortons that has dine in capacity should be open with limited seating just like any other Brand that holds Restaurant Status. The Steeles and Thompson location in Milton, Ontario is located in an area considered as a rest stop. No Bathroom access and no wifi, yet is capable of having up to 8 employees working less than a metre apart? , Why be open? If other restaurants are open with limited capacity and have washroom access at this present time (March 19th, 2021) so should this location.

They were very rude about my order (heard the wrong thing and gave me attitude about it at the drive thru). Worst customer service I have ever been to and even when i asked to speak to the manager she told me if I wanted a refund for the wrong order, I can never come back. Unbelievable.

Thursday October 29th, 2020 I went to this location for drinks and food. I did have a very large order as we were ordering for a lot of our staff members. Harpreet Kaur and Isha were vey helpful, professional and efficient. While waiting for the large order to be made my co-worker and I observed something very alarming, especially under the circumstances currently with Covid-19. A male manager was present in the drive-thru entering orders on the cash and retrieving food items with out wearing proper PPE (gloves) or washed his hands. Also there was another employee who also had no gloves on or washed her hands and was scooping soup to serve to customers after touching the cash. All other staff on shift were wearing proper PPE, masks, gloves etc. There should be specific employees on cash, and certain employees preparing food. Great Job Isha, & Harpreet Kaur!

As far as a standard Tim's goes, it's just fine.

Two problems I consistently encounter however: .

1. Awkward drive-thru. You have to make a seriously sharp hairpin turn off Thompson road to get into it. Forget about making that turn from the right hand side if you have a long vehicle. Because the drive-thru is so short, traffic spills out onto the road most of the time and wait times are pretty long.

2. No Wifi. Has worked exactly once in the last 3 months. Most of the time, the network is not even broadcasting. I end up using the free Wi-Fi at the oil change place across the parking lot.

When you stand in line to place an order they stare at you like you have three heads and ignore you. Worst Tim Hortons experience I've ever had

I went to Tim Hortons By my house today to order a sandwich and a tea I asked the young lady at the window not to overfill my tea, made my payment received the tea and a sandwich to find out the lid was not put on properly. Which spilled onto my stomach and Burn me due to her rushing and not checking to make sure tea was closed. I call manger that’s on shift to notify him what happened which was very pleasant told me he will pass on all the info I gave him to the higher up managers. This manger started shift at 3: 00pm which I was told by him, my incident happened around 2 o’clock. I Really hope something will be done so this will not happen to anyone else.

Guaranteed to sit for 15 minutes in the drive thru. This place is consistent with taking forever

"Our washrooms are for paying customers only" seriously! Get it together, this is the only location that has this sign. Settle yoursef.

Same as other places. This one it's just make the traffic bad because the drive-thru is so small.

Over all its super slow service at this location specially in the night, also lady who took order at drive through today around 10: 55 pm sounds very annoyed.

For 2 weeks now this location hasn't been selling small coffees, only medium, large and extra large, when I ask why, they always say speak to the owner. Another issue is they have been watering down French vanilla and other specialty drinks for about 3 weeks now, I have complained a few times but someone always says we haven't heard about any issue yet, speak to the owner. The owner is an older gent who is taking advantage of the situation and trying to cut back on costs, but this is not what I expect from a company like Tim Hortons, I have been a Tim Hortons customer for over 40 years, and never have I seen this, this owner should not be operating a restaurant, let alone 3.

The owner is EXTREMELY RACIST, my friend and I went in, minding our own business and the owner would not stop harassing us.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I only asked for a medium black coffee and they gave me a tea.how does someone mess that up so badly? I requested to speak with a manager, tried talking friendly with her but wow. Was I ever so shocked at how unbelievably rude she was to me. Shame on your management skills and overall work ethic. Do us all a favour and lighten up, it'll do you justice. I for sure will never come back and I also will not be recommending this mess of a restaurant to anybody.

Staff are completely oblivious to customers, they over staff the drive thru and have nobody working the counter. One of the worst tim hortons I've been to and I've been to some horrible locations

I visited in person the other day and I have to say, I am EXTREMELY disappointed and disgusted with the service and the way the management dealt with my complaint. My coffee was made wrong and tasted stale. When I complained, one of the managers re-made it from the same pot while also giving me a hard time, invalidating my experience as a guest. I understand that fast food can be quite vigorous but there was absolutely no need for the amount of attitude and lack of concern the management had. Overall poor costumer service, would not visit again.

I do timmys runs for my shift so I usually come in at all hours and order 4-12 coffees. It's rare they mess up. Staff is alright, but sometimes they won't come to cash right away to take an order cuz they are doing something else, but they won't say anything to you about it. A simple "be right with you" will be fine, just want to be acknowledged so I know you are going to come take my order at some point.

Every time i go there mess up my order or they forget about my order an I'm waiting 15 mins for my food.i rather go to other tims down the road.

Manager "Harneet" gave me very bad customer service. Please an owner or manager msg me back to remidify if possible.

Went to the drive-thru at 9pm and ordered a hot chocolate and a doughnut. Once I got home, I noticed they gave me a coffee.

Decided to have my Eid dinner with friends here and loved it! Super fresh! Juicy and great service! The onion rings were crispy. The fries and tornadoes were hot and fresh. And the burgers were so delicious! I got the compressor which has 3 patties.and that was a GREAT CHOICE! Added some beef bacon and voila.a masterpiece, indeed!

Thank Goodness this place is 24 hrs.you'll need it for it will take that long to get your order in drive thru.not blaming the staff, management needs to hire more people at this location.

If the kids at drive thru would listen, I wouldn’t be frustrated when I get up to pay. And when I ask for a small iced coffee and they make a medium then pour it into a small cup, that’s quite cheap! And I watched the entire thing through the window! Then she washed the cups too! What are you going to do, use it again?

This is the worst Tim hortons.the old lady that works during the night is very rude and can’t get any orders right.very rude and disappointing

Druve thru had a line.they ALL do.but it mived VERY quickly! Person taking my order sounded very nice and polite. Order was ready immediately, given 2 me by a nice lady who asked if i needed a tray (i did) and smiled the whole time! Nice service! In a drive thru no less.
