Bad service. Inconsistent food. The only consistency with this place is how often they mess up your orders. Clearly mismanaged.

Dirty. Stacked empty food containers on counter, dirty. Flies. Condiment case left open. Garbage overflowing. 3 young men working but only concentrating on drive through. I asked for soup. Only chili. It was lukewarm. I’m disgusted. Will not return to this location.

The flying ants were not as delectable as I thought they would be. Of course flying ants and a chicken sandwich are not the best combo by any measure. I give this franchise a negative Michelin star.

I am an Ex- employee from this location, I requested my employement letter from HR and store manager but nobody helped me. I emailed them a year ago to get my letter but they never respond.
Worst company I have ever worked, HR never replied to any of my email.

Three times in 7 days they screwed up my order. This location has serious issue. I take steeped tea with 1 m and 1 s and 12 grain bagel with jam. They gave me coffee and plain bagel.despite i repeated myself twice and asked before picking up if its steeped tea but they still screwed up.what Tim Horton's is doing about this location?

Over many years, I have often used this Tim Hortons drive thru.
To rate this, is next to impossible.
As it all depends on the time of day, and who is working. You could have great service at the intercom, but horrible "I hate working" -attitude, at the window.
All of that could be great, yet your order could be given to you and it be completely wrong.
I am trying to rate this as fairly as possible, based on all areas.
Needless to say, not once have all areas been on a 4, or 5 star rating together. Overall, I say 3.

Anyone hungry for ants?

Wth why is this location open for business?
Who inspects this place? Who the hll is the owner? Who hired these staff?
If you want to get food poison go right here you'll be able to call in sick for work.

Fast service with a smile! Baked goods were so fresh, that the icing on our donuts were literally dripping off! Made for a gloriously messy sweet treat for the 4 year old!

This TimHortons will never have anything available, ask for soup nope, ask for chicken burger nope, it’s 8 times over and over every time
This centre always says nothing available. Probably they do not want to serve or even move their hands! Worst ever in entire of canda till now of what I know over past 10 years:)

Slow drive thru service and both of my iced coffees weren’t stirred. There was just a thick layer of syrup at the bottom of both. Every time I come here, the service and quality are mediocre. Just seems like the staff is poorly trained.

They seem to get my order wrong often. I have not.complained but will if it continues. I order the grilled cheese regularly and I can't get over the fact that it's called a melt but the cheese slices are not even close to being hot let alone melted.

I ordered 2 bacon and eggs sandwich combos. Ordered addition hash browns and a large chocolate milk. They attached the overpriced chocolate milk to my meal deal instead of the coffees as it is supposed to. Did not put butter on the sandwiches as they are supposed to.

This place has issues with filling orders properly.

Love this place for my coffee and Timbits.

Tell the chunker behind the counter to breath quieter and learn how to make an iced coffee. Also she should try acting like she doesn’t wanna kill herself when talking to customers

They have no problems writting my order down on the lid right, but clearly have no idea how to do anything else as my coffee had ZERO sugar! Its always something with this location!
