Drive thru and in store experience, not good. Staff are yelling at each other in Indian orcsomething everything. Dint look at yiu when serving your order. Always hate leaving my money here. They don't seem to care or have any politeness. It's like you're interrupting them by placing an order- lol.

I just went through the drive through, and was treated badly. I asked a simple question if the stuff at the window sill belonged me to and the employee unprofessionally and rudely responded " Am I giving it you? "
He persistently behaved rudely, at this point I said to him I am going to leave and dont need any thing.
I wonder what happened to manners and professionalism at Tim Hortons

Just like the McDonald's down the street this location is garbage. For starters they didn't tell us until after we paid there are no hash browns. Then forgot our cookie. When I came in for a refund the hash browns were already up less than a minute after leaving the drive thru. To top it off they didn't give me a receipt and when they found it they realized they charged me for the wrong order. Everything about this experience was wrong the food. The bill. Everything. Even the French Vanilla was half full. Beware do not go to this location.

A pretty good Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly and quick, the store is clean and has a good amount of seating, there's a drive thru. Can't complain!

This is the worst place for drive through, I was sixth car in drive through it took me exactly nineteen minutes to get my stuff.just imagine how much gas I burned and created pollution, and no excuse was give after I showed my concern.

A Girl who work today drive through window this morning 6: 30 am has no customer service, she was rude, swearing, rushing customer to get money. Customer service was zero. I have seen before her customer service was zero one time, she was rolling her eyes and murmuring in her language with other customer. Her bad behaviour ruined customer’s whole day. She needs training how to talk polite with customers. ….

This is the Tim’s to visit if you prioritize slow service, incorrect orders and now they simply explain “we don’t have anymore” when a serving of wedges comes up short - if only half the size. Of course it’s already paid for by the time you realize and the language barrier to explain why they cannot refund your money makes this an exercise in frustration.

Yes, you can call the customer service line, and yes you can find yourself in an endless loop of poor communication by phone and restaurant staff that are ill-equipped to deal with anything beyond ordinary.

Just go somewhere else…. Check out my photo of potato wedges. That was considered acceptable for full charge.

Please repair your drive thru pavement. Big pothole. Right side. So go get your coffee and then receive damages for your car with a flat tire. Will not come back just for that reason.

Lineup to get served took 20 minutes they only have 1 person to serve you. Left line went to drive thru and then returned to store to eat their meal. I will try a different location next time. Food was very good.

Worst service. Takes 15 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive thru. Woman on the speaker should not be interacting with customers at all, she has no personality and is incredibly depressing and rude. (The lady in the morning Is actually very nice) orders are always wrong, like wayy off. Can't tell you how many times my coffee lid wasn't on. This is my second time ever writing a review, I don't like to complain, but the customer service in this country is just the worst now. This new generation seems angry and upset they have to work, doesn't matter where you go.

I have the opportunity to see alot of Tim Hortons from the east coast to hamilton i have only a bad expérience with one Timmys on the Queensway and it continues to have the worst service i encountered

Bought a FV in the drive-thru today. It didn't taste like FV at all.and it was scolding hot! Tasted the hot milk and water. Disappointed.

No All day breakfast at 4: 45p.m although advertised. Impeccably slow service, horrid coffee, understaffed. Horrible experience which sadly is the norm here

This is my local Tim Hortons. I walked over to grab a coffee at 9: 15PM this evening, and upon arriving the doors to the store was locked. I checked the store hours confused, and the store hours indicate that the store is open until 12PM EST. I tried to open the door again, and saw 4 staff members working and not one acknowledged me. There was a staff member taking the recycling out, she told me that I could place an order at the drive through window. So I lined up, and waited a pretty good amount of time because the order ahead of me was moving slow. When I got to the window, the drive through rep refused to serve me. When I explained to her that the store was closed and an employee told me I could order, she then told me to go stand behind the other cars (behind me) because they were there first. In fact, they were not and I had been waiting outside for a solid 5-7 minutes in the cold. She was rude, and did not want to serve me clearly so I left back home without ordering anything. 1) horrible customer service from the person on the front line who didn’t acknowledge customers trying to enter and 2) the drive through rep. I called the store, there was no manager and I was told they locked the doors because they are severely understaffed. I noted 4 people working in the store at the time. Brutal experience.

FYI it's quicker to go through the drive through, then to walk in. In my humble opinion and also just common sense tells me that the customers who take the time to park their car and actually walk in should be given priority but time and time again this concept does not exist or is understood at this location. 10 people will be waiting in line in the store and the 5 employees behind the counter are all trying to clear the drive throughs and not even remotely aware of how many walk ins are in the line and how it's growing by the minute.dah! Oh and when there is a cashier on it's usually just one only.when I did make a comment about how walk in customers should be given priority, an employee made some snide remarks to me and called me a Karen. LOL.asked to speak to the manager as there is a problem somewhere in the link.one of the poorest Tim's I have ever visited and I visit quite a few.p. S.that employee reacting to my comment in that manner was totally uncalled for and so unprofessional.
Walked in today and again had a weird, bad experience, need to find another Tim's if there is one in the area, can't tolerate this one any longer. BTW read the reviews you will see either a one star is given or a 5 star! Which I doubt very much are from reliable sources, feel these are people who rate 5 stars are connected in some way to this business and asked to give a decent review. LOL

Got a honey crueler and an everything bagel with cream cheese, was surprised the total was under 4$ and both were enjoyable! The woman at the counter was pleasant and food was fresh and prompt, will return.

Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich I didn’t even order as my coffee just sat there getting cold while they made my sandwich. Cashier had no idea about their advertised new sandwiches and gave me a craveable instead. Will never be back here

This morning I ordered on their touchscreen self service ordered two sandwich of bacon egg and cheese homestyle and a steeped tea and truffle dream donut. What I got is an answer we don't have truffle donut with attitude of filipina employee. I said I punched it in it says you have it trying to explain myself that it's not my fault. All i need was sorry we don't have truffle. Bad bad service don't come here.

Ordered Coffee & Muffins.
Young asian lady at the front counter provided excellent customer service by offering which exact muffin I would like to pick & choose from the display.
She was also quick & efficient.
This store also has great amount of parking lot car space.

Keep up the great work during this rough COVID pandemic measures!

On multiple visits, we've ordered our usual black coffee and received dark roast instead of original roast without warning. At no time have we ever requested the dark roast. At no time has anyone asked if we wanted the dark roast. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens often enough to be annoying. Other than that, the store is fine.

DO NOT BUY FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE from this store. Three weeks in a row I've been getting hot water instead of French Vanilla from this location. For 3 weeks I've been going back to return and get them to replace the coffee. I even told them to PLEASE get the French Vanilla from your other working machine but they keep getting my coffee from the same broken machine. There is no talking to these people, they are useless! I have to find another Tim Horton's close to my work. This store is cheating me of my money by giving me hot water instead of French Vanilla.

When we entered the place all the employees were talking and playing with each other. Halfway through our order, the person who attended us gave the place to another. A lady was complaining that her order was wrong. Our order was given to someone else. Finally and after 20 minutes they delivered our order. We were 8 people in the establishment and they delivered 3 wrong orders. Go disaster! The worst Tims I have ever met. They never offered an apology to customers.

Great Tim Hortons! Excellent Staff! Excellent Products! Can't say the same for some of their customers! Everyday you will see someone doing this. It seems the Consumption of Tide Pods and Clorox Pop is Rampant with some people.

RUDE and SLOW staff. 17 minutes now I'm waiting in the drive through. I ask the girl why is it taking so long she said "shut up and relax" and now I'm late for work along with the 10 other cars in drive through. The girl at the window refused to give me her name or her supervisors. Total took me 22 minutes to get a coffee!

I am a frequent customer at Tim Hortons, and especially this “home” location for me, unfortunately, the level of service varies greatly at any Tim Horton’s I’ve been to, I often don’t get a “thank-you”, or a “sorry” for getting the order wrong, I get employees on the speaker who don’t listen well or employees in the back end who are not attentive to ensure the order is followed correctly, even at this Islington location.

This morning, however, we went through the drive-thru for breakfast at about 10am and we were greeted by Nicole on the speaker and Maysoon (sp), at the window, Nicole is pleasant, patient and listens exceptionally well to our order and Maysoon (sp) is always pleasant to deal with. Tim Hortons should have Nicole training all other Tim Horton’s employees on patient, professional listening skills. I also understand it takes an attentive back end staff who is making the order to follow the order carefully to ensure its right, so thank-you to them as well. Great job! Sometimes we are more motivated to write a bad review when the service we receive is not up to our expectations, and we forget to write a good one which is equally important. I gave a four star for these employees today, but not a five because the service is not always consistent with other employees. Keep striving to make the mornings of your customer just a little bit better with a smile, great service and a thank-you, it goes a long way!

While I’m at it, can I request that you carry lactose free cream and/or milk?

I was hungry and only this tim hortons was near me while working. I ordered step tea and everything bagels. In my experience I ate worst bagel. It was not fully toasted. They burned this bagel from sides. After seeing this bagel condition, I think this tim hortons no more for humans.

The visit was good. Staff is friendly, place is clean. The only issue is they now started closing midnight and after 12 am only drive thru is open.

This was the worst Tim Hortons they assume you are taking the food out. We ate5in but every thing was in take out bag. Will not go back to this location
