Tim Hortons

I just asking for a coffee. The guy just do not sell it to me and asked me go to another tim with no reason. Verbal abuse. Bad experience in my university life.

Terrible service. Unfriendly, unpatient, rude staff. The old lady working there should be fired. She is by far the rudest fast food worker that I have encountered. She always tries to rush you and never uses any polite language. I ordered some donuts and she kept on asking me "Are you sure you want to get those? " and kept on asking me to repeat my order. She also assumed that my debit card would be declined before I actually paid (which is not true) and asked me to pay in cash or else I wouldn't get my order.

I don’t usually rate places, but I was at the store and saw how rudely the women was treating the customer infront of me. She needs to be dealt with.

Horrible service, there’s an old white women who works here didn’t catch her name, she was super rude, and charged me incorrectly didn’t gave me receipt when I asked her how much items cost individually she said “what u think it’s cheaper?

I thought it's only the old lady but today I got to know every staff member in here have their heads up their a**es.

I get alright service here, but they always underfill the cups. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and when I opened the lid there was about an inch of space left. This has also happened multiple times with coffee.

Do not understand how this tim hortons is still open on campus. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude for no reason at all and have no customer service skills at all. When one person is rude to a guest the other employees laugh. It's like they enjoy tormenting students. By far one of the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. I really hope UofT services see all of these reviews and try to make a change. This makes students' lives terrible! It is the old Caucasian woman! Someone please teach her how to treat customers with respect OR if she is too old to be taught have her take her pension and stay at home!

I had numerous bad experiences here. The last time, I went to redeem my roll- up reward which was a donut and I asked for a strawberry donut. They told me that I can only redeem 99 cent donuts, not a strawberry donut! However, my award did not specify the price of the donut I can redeem. I also ordered a medium coffee and they served it in a regular cup (not the ones with roll-up the rims) I asked for a cup that has a roll-up option. They told me you should have only ordered a large cup to receive that! I told them to give me one empty cup with roll-up. They again said no we do not have this option! Then one other person gave me an empty cup and I left.
Veeeeeeeeeeeeeery rude and unprofessional. This branch is at the University of Toronto and I expected more pleasant customer service.

They have attitude and always forget to stir my coffee. Not great when you order a triple triple.

Staff are incompetent. Walk to the one at queens park if you have time for a much better experience.

Terrible service rude staff. Open late ask for ice coffee or ice Capp in morning not even ready.
