I ask myself why do i keep returning here to give this people a chance because how could you possibly screw up a simple order of a bagel with cream cheese but to my amaze they managed to screw it up again. Its like these people are doing rocket science the way they screw up every order. The food always looks disgusting and there is zero effort to make it look presentable. Everyone who works there is a complete joke and should reevaluate your life.thank you

Best Tim Hortons location I know. The staff is very friendly and polite. Much love to ‘em. They do an phenomenal job and deserve the world and more.

This location is awesome. I'm one of the TTC operators that frequents this establishment as we take our layover (break) just around the corner. I am writing this review to acknowledge one of the staff memebers who went above and beyond to ensure I was treated with respect and dignity.

Long story short, I was next in line when a lady decided to cut in front of this handsome 6'2 uniformed TTC operator without the slightest reguard. I could have said something to her, but having read the Tao Te Ching I decided to wait and see how things would play out (action through non-action principle). Lo and behold, when the lady started to place her order the staff member who was also running the drive-through register politely, yet emphatically ensured the lady knew who's turn it was.

I just want to say thank you for seeing me, and for holding it down. Little things like this go a long way.

Plus ya'll run things smoothly here.

Compared to a few other Tim Hortons in the area, this is one of my favorites.
Service level depends on who you deal with, some are very good while others are so-so, at least I have never had any bad experiences at this location.
Food is usually fresh and clean, at least I have never seen flies in their food display case, like the other nearby location that I have been to.

The service is really good but a social phobia like me, the behavior of a certain employee scares me a bit but here is my problem

WORST TIMS IN THE HISTORY OF TIM HORTONS! An actual disaster. No one knows if they’re coming or going. Staff is rude to customers. One star is too many.

This location is clean and spacious. It also shares a building with wendys and that's convinient.

Pathetic customer service, I just walked on 19 April @ 7: 30pm and i was the only one there I’m standing there past 5 minutes the 2 young girl were avoiding eye contact like they do no want to entertain customer. Then this Sri Lankan lady comes and offers me what true customer service is all about. She not only recommended me coffee but a good chicken wrap as well. The Sri Lankan lady was excellent and the other two girls were like standing zombies. Sorry but they were so busy engrossed that they do not prefer walk-in customers but love catering to their uber orders. It’s such a shame they represent Front of House of Tim Hortons, extremely disappointing and poor service. Just the Sri Lankan lady was excellent.

They don't follow the standard recipe and cost cut even after asking them to put more cream cheese they gave me this dry a** bagel.

Their sandwiches basically have bacon crumble instead of strips. Quality has gone down downhill last few years

I’m a frequent visitor and they are always friendly. Had a few situations where my order has been mixed up, but they are excellent at resolving if you bring to their attention.

Good cafe to hang out.the seating area is very comfortable. Also good for studying too.we love picking up donuts here. I was at the location, the wifi connection was quite bad. I placed an order in the parking lot. It scanned the gas station address and it happened it was just adjacent to this location. If someone trying to place order make sure it is the address on Markham Road not the address on major Mackenzie.

Steak and egg sandwich is not steak it’s their roast beef! I did not like it tasted slimy to me!

Recently upgraded display screens. Service is the usual no complaints. This is usually a pretty busy location.

In this location this is the best Tim Hortons! Outstanding customer service! Very friendly duty manager and staff! They always welcome customers with a smile on their face! Very busy location but it is still a hygienic place! The food is always fresh! I love going to this location!

Zero stars if I could! Slowest drive thru sat in line for 30 mins and each car is at the window for at least 5 minutes. It’s a drive through stop chatting people and hurry up! If your debit machine isn’t working post something at the beginning of the line instead of having people wait there and wasting time we all work you are wasting our time and money! How are people going to know not everyone carries cash no a days. Oh and when I got to the window she the person had her back to me I had to demand for my coffee after waiting 30 mins. No care in thw world. These workers need to be retrained on customer service! Never coming here again and they gave me regular milk instead of oat milk and I’m allergic. Worst experience ever.

They consistently screw up my order. I ask for a large double double, I get a medium regular. I ask for an espresso shot inside my coffee, and the only I got was an extra. 75 cents tacked on. The next day, I ask if their espresso machine is working, they say it's been broken for a week. They only thing they get right is how much I get charged.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting old coffee too. It tastes stale.

The tims at the gas station next door is much more reliable for coffee, though not by much, as they serve stale, superheated coffee too.

You know what to expect with a Tim Hortons. Service was decent but nothing to write home about.

Would give zero stars if I could, rude staff, ordered from the mobile app, was told EVERY item I ordered was sold out at drive through pickup, staff REFUSED to give us time to even think of substitutes and kept muttering on, and rushed us (we didn't even take long to decide alternatives), if you ordered something from the app and you can't find equal value items to sub prepared to have your money taken

Ordered through the mobile app and we waited until 20 cars passed us. Mobile orders need to be processed better. Only ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches.

This Tim Hortons is not only slow but they don't actively check mobile orders. Placed a order for cold brew and they didn't realize they had it in the system.

By far the worst service I have seen at any fast food restaurant, they should be embarrassed it is so bad

Absolutely atrocious service. They ignored my mother when she tried to order in-store - they literally saw her waiting to order and walked away.

Just okay. Tried their breakfast sandwich for the first time. Not even close to MCD yet same products in a English muffin. The hashbrown was not crispy and somewhat soggy. It was also loose in the bag.

In store purchases, 12 pm there is 3 types of donuts on the rack, ask them for half a dozen donuts.
Do you have apple fritters, no. Honey crueller? Yes, they are making it, she tried to sell me 6 honey crueller. I ask for two, when she came back from the back there was 4 donuts in the box and then she slapped 2 more in the box and said here you go.
There was no line up, very pushy, I didn't get to pick the type that I wanted. Never coming here again.

I've ordered from the drive-thru a couple times in the morning when they're not packed. Service is ALWAYS rushed, and orders are sometimes inaccurate. Lots of things this location can improve on.

Dropped into this Wendy’s / Tim Hortons jointly occupied store at Hwy 48 just south west of Major Mackenzie Dr E.

I used my mobile app to order a dark roast coffee.

Although Markham businesses allowed indoor dining up to Good Friday, Ontario is now under another lockdown for April 2021.

It’s not time to let my guard down so I got my coffee and made a hasty retreat.

Service was quick.

Yeh I'm not ordering here again.please hire people with some at least some decent amount of customer service. Not even asking for much. Also got my tea warm and one of the timbits tasted like mop.thanks.

HORRIBLE customer service! Constantly mistake my order and refuse to give me my correct order. Awful attitude

Horrible service. Rude staffs, I went there today morning at 8am, the lady inside the drive thru window is like robot, just pushing you go faster, it happens on my several times, if you complain, staff there will make you feel it is all your fault to go there!

Highly recommended paying them a visit if you are in the area. Well-run location. Ensure that customers sitting inside do wear their masks or face coverings properly!

They improved from a while back when there customer service was awful. They have improved but are maybe slipping back a little again. Hopefully management keep the trend going in the right direction

If you are in a rush to get to work they are great² super quick drive thru, the only problem is you won't get what you ordered you will get whatever they decided to charge you for.

Newly renovated and has a very nice layout. Was just very busy and there did not appear to be sufficient staff. Also limited seating due to large groups just sitting and talking and individuals sitting using computers.

This information here says they close at 11 PM, but the sign on the door, as of this morning says they're open 24 hours. This seems to be a regular practice with Tim Hortons, which might just be one more reason that customers are going elsewhere.

Front of house people should learn some manners, how to talk to guests/customers, Its the worst hospitality service ever in Canada.

I had the worst experience with them this morning. Ordered a sausage breakfast wrap, got GREEN STUFF (MOLD?) in my sausage. I usually use drive thru but they are really just trying to speed up the line up, hence provide little or no customer services.

I stood at the cashier but nobody was there to help. Lots of staff on a Friday at 11am. My impression was every staff was standing at their assigned spot but chit chatting with each other. I saw a Chinese guy working and a couple of ladies in the centre were putting bagels into a container. The rest was smiling and laughing. I looked out the drive thru window and there wasn't any car at all. Then I started to get annoyed as nobody was there to help me so I ordered to the AIR and then finally someone came from the side to take my order. I also ordered a chocolate dip donut but she put it upside down into the bag. All the chocolate got stuck to the paper back as I don't know it was being put in the wrong way and I ate a plain donut instead.

Aside from the loud music, this Tim's is great for a quick snack, grabbing a coffee or meeting with a client. Plus should I feel the need for something more substantial there is a Wendy's sharing the space!

If I could give this place a zero I would horrible can’t get anything right and their ice capps are dreadful coffee is always burnt and gross!
