Tim Hortons

When this location is on its on but i order from them on skip the dishes often and i would say at LEAST 1/3 orders is wrong. They will forget items, give me a jalapeño bagel instead of 4 cheese. They need to pay more attention when packing orders, it’s happens way too often.

Love this location! Love the characters that hang out there in the morning if you have been there in the morning you know what I'm talking about some good entertainment while waiting for your coffee.

A decent store location with parking however the store is dirty: both the store windows, doors and in front of the store, as well as more troublesome —the food preparation area. I’m not sure who manages/ owns this store but it is one of the worst locations I have been to. An example, is that the store doesn’t fit sleeves to the coffee cups. This is all servers not just one. Each person has to ask for one. This tells me someone is trying to save the 5c or whatever it is and has no concept or concern for liability law or their customers safety. If they are skimping on 5 cents what else are they skimping on?
Just cheap.

Great hospitality, Great service and Team provide exceptional service. Restaurant was very clean. My favourite place for daily coffee. Visiting again and again

Staff here will blatantly ignore you when in the mobile pick up section, and somehow manage to take 15 minutes to make two sausage breakfast sandwiches, then have the audacity to give attitude to people when they asked why they are being ignored/how much longer it may be.

Omg looks like this Tim Horton is run by new management now.
Workers there are so slow and seems like none of them knows how to make sandwiches beside being on the front talking to each other.
I hardly see the manager at the front whenever we come to purchase here. I guess she runs the store at the back.
NEVER EVER coming back to this location, so slow and dirty.

Ordered extra chipotle sauce on my wraps and got none instead. Does online orders reflect differently on their screens? Idk where the fault is.

I was there yesterday to have a cold brew in the evening. I had a nice experience with the customer service, they were enjoying their jobs. Overall had a great experience.

I thinks it's Lawrence/Markham location. They have point card scanner and debit/credit tap at drive through ordering. Really cool.

Just like any other Tim's, but in a smaller, busier area. No drive thru, just walk in. They do have bathrooms which is nice.

Just walked in 5 minutes before close on Wednesday April 27,2022, craving a donut but knowing they probably didn't have many left. All I really wanted was a boston cream, and I said, "Shoot, no boston cream". Whoever was working that night, despite being busy cleaning up and closing up the store, heard me and offered to make me 1 fresh boston cream, and she even put it in a box instead of a bag so the fresh icing wouldn't come off. Whoever was working that night, thanks a lot, I'm sure you didn't have to do that at all, but you pretty much made my evening <3

All the employees lack customer service skills. Placed a mobile order and half of the order was placed on the counter and nobody had a clue that its missing some items unless I remind them.

It was all fine!
Had a new Hazelnut Latte (small) and 1 chocolate glazed timbits and 1 classic choco donut. I was allowed to have my wrap I purchased from outside, appreciate them for allowing this. The best bit was washroom, quite clean and in case o emergency I guess best option in the city. Hope they maintain this!

They never have the online orders done, when they do 90% of the time it's wrong, they don't have the item, or like in this picture. You're disappointed. I feel so bad for the staff because they're always overwhelmed and def under paid.just sucks that the food and drinks reflect that.

Wow, tried them out after many years of not ordering food cause it was so bad, but was pleasantly surprised food was very good

Let the ppl go washroom.your employees do not let customers go washroom intentionally. That is why I did not order.

Often wait in line for a long time only to find out they’ve sold out or they’ll make your order wrong

Worst experience in my life. Service was horrible and then when I took my 5 year old to the washroom there were needles in garbage. Needle caps and waste all over. So unsafe for adults let alone children. Will never be back never recomend to anyone. Its unsafe.

They don't deserve any star at all! Service is poor. Waited for my order too long they're not that busy.

Worst place went in for a coffee all the Indian staff were just talking to them self's racists place not going to a Tim s again

I order two potatoes wedges but they gave me one and it was very dry. I use to come there always now I have to find another thimhortons.

Please stop putting butter on top of the hot tub of chilli. I took them out of the bag to find they had boiled over and the lids had popped off, subsequently causing liquid butter to drip all over my laptop. Thanks for that!

Worst timi in the town dounts are always old coffee is never fresh and indian staff is always rude don't waste your money at this place

Employee wearing gloves to prepare food. Then went to do cash without taking off her gloves then went to make food again. Very dirty door and tables. Never going back.

Good food and friendly workers! I also dont typically like coffee, but I really enjoyed the Tim Horton's brew:)

I am rating this review not for the service but for the management. There was only 2 team members on monday night while it was busy and the second person was still on training. I would suggest if there’s a person still in training you should have put an extra person for that. Whole burden was on the the other guy and he was working crazily. I hope you read this and improvise this.

I always buy coffee here but staff keep the washrooms door close and do not allow to use washroom telling that someone is already there and keep the door closed. Staff are acting like a private business rather than a company. Not good staff at all.

It was a nice place. You get 20 min parking in front. We probably stayed for 2 hours just chatting. It was decently clean.
