Tim Hortons

They added Bacon to my order and I’m strict vegetarian and have religious belief so I don’t eat in 35 years, I have never had these and made a mistake ordering from here. I would like to make official complain to tim hortons and reach out to head office.

For MONTHS I’ve been complaining my food isn’t made the way i asked, they never toast it when i ask for it toasted, I get rotten lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich (so often I started taking pictures of every order as proof, have a whole big album dedicated to you guys) my icecaps are always missing espresso or the caramel shots, I only go to this location because their icecaps are always the same consistency they should be (hasn’t been the last 3 weeks I’ve noticed) it’s the only drink I like anywhere, I will no longer ever go back to this location and will travel farther to the one I know cares about quality service since it’s been months of me complaining about the SAME issues and yet their management is so incompetent to fix the problem and make sure their staff is providing quality service. Only 1 manager I’ve ever spoke to truly cares and unfortunately I don’t know her name. The other ones though, horrible. To also add when I stated it’s been months of the same problem the manager on duty today said “then why do you keep coming back here” I then told her to go F herself and that I’ll never come back because of that comment. Good management

You have to pay 80 cents extra for cream cheese and they only put it on half the bagel, I saw and asked about it and apparently its policy. This is the last time I will get food from Tim Hortons. Honestly its sad to see such a pillar from my childhood run to ruin. Wont recommend will not return.

This drive thru is insane. Don’t go here during mornings. It’s a fun place to meet friends. Cosy inside.

Hygiene issues are rampant in this place, I saw flies and insects in the building and the bees were on the donuts and stuff.i recorded a video and here are some ss from the video. This is horrible!

Horrible service and workers are incompetent. Asked for only chocolate and got everything but chocolate. The lid wasn’t on the French vanilla properly so it spilled everywhere. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE BASIC SKILLS TO MAKE COFFEE OR PROVIDE FOOD.

I don't come in often to this location but when I do I'm always greeted by an older lady named Sarah. She's an absolute gem, she makes you feel so welcomed, and makes anything I order with love. I absolutely love being served by Sarah. She's very passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. Tread this lady right Tim's because you only get so many of these amazing workers.

Went to checkout there new oreo one and I got in one the drinks.so be careful.now I doubt this place

Most Tim’s including this one can only make my coffee right maybe 4 out of 10 times. Mc D’s gets it right 9 out of 10 times. And served faster.

I just left here. I ordered a coffee and a buttered bagel with cream cheese. Pretty straight forward. Waited 17 minutes and got an unbuttered bagel with a dot of cream cheese in the center and no sugar in my coffee. I was so mad I went back in to give them back their bagel and told them to keep the money. Nobody in line.

Ordered a sausage + egg breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and an XL tea, 1 milk this morning in the drive thru.

Was given a LG tea and my breakfast had no sausage.

Disappointed.

Terrible service. There was an item called a s’mores iced capo on their menu boards yet they knew nothing about it and proceeded to say I was lying about it? My normal iced Capp was 3/4 the way full. Save your time and money and go to the next tims location.

Great place for a good and fast breakfast.

Unbelievably horrible service waited in line for 15 minutes without moving took me 45 minutes to order. What the problem is. Figure it out

I ordered a Chipolte Steak bowl and a Hazelnut Latte. The latte was prepared quickly, but I had to wait for a long time for the rest of my order. Unfortunately there was only 1 staff member preparing ALL the food orders. That person was doing the best they could, but I had to wait a pretty long time for my lunch.

Horrible customer service. 32 minutes in the drive through is a little rediculous. 3 menu items I ordered were unavailable, with no signage posted. Find a different tim hortons on 3 occasions it has been really bad service

The drive through was slow.and there was only 2 cars.the people were more interested in talking to each other than serving.my tea wasn't hot.mildly warm at best. Donut selection was poor.dont go after 8 pm!

Stopped there tonight at 9: 30 to get the sandwich and coffee order.
They said they have no food, they close in 30 minutes. Didn't have any food at all available in the "restaurant". Was very confused had to go to a&w next door instead. The worker there informed me he's been there at 630/7 pm on break to order something and they've already tossed all the food for the night.
I'm not sure what the company protocol is but this doesn't seem good for a restaurant business.

Dining area is renovated, but that and the men's washroom were unclean. Staff socialized why I was waiting to order and were not very attentive at all when I did order. Some staff were walking around unoccupied. Would not return.

All the tim hortons on king george rd in Brantford are horrible hours of store very staff are rude especially on afternoons tim hortons has definitely taking a dive in customer service

Ordered jelly filled timbits (20 of them), they only had 16, no problem. These timbits were hard, stale and some with no filling. Very disappointing, these had been sticking around for hours. I guess not the same care in their food as coffee. It was a real shame.

I went to buy a large iced cap regular and they charged me $11.24 (I checked my bank) I didn’t get the receipt. I went inside the check to get the receipt they started ignoring me and left me to wait. They charged me for someone else order. And I didn’t get my refund or receipt. I Left and won’t go back their. Please check before you pay, they will rob you. (lesson learned)

It's Tim's, drive through line wait to long. I Don't use the drive through, people ordering 5 course dinners. I will not wait in line to get a coffee.

It's just like any other Tim Hortons it is tricky getting around the parking lot though. You have to be really careful. The staff are polite and very confident the drive-thru line moves along quite well there so I have no complaints that way. B Justin Bieber promotion I can't stand the articles are overpriced and beef Snack Pack taste like hyper sugar I absolutely don't like it.

I was there at 9: 05pm to order a sandwich. The worker told me that they will close at 10pm, so they turned off the grill and can not make grilled sandwich.

Went through the drive-thru and asked for maple bacon mcmuffin they gave me without the maple flavor. Not impressed. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

Came here on brake at like around 7: 30 pm trying to get food n they stop selling food 2 1/2 hr before they closed vary disappointing

Without a doubt the worst tims in brantford. Not only will they get your order wrong constantly their ability to make any sandwiches properly is iffy at best. Alot of staff here don't seam to have a grasp of English whatsoever they will look at you like you have Two heads when you order a cruller and then proceed to hand you a maple dip.oh and don't sit in the drive threw for ten min which you have to access through driven through the parking lots of four other business first just to be told oh we don't have broclie soup as advertised because they are to cheap to make it every day.

What happened to Tim's? 20 plus minute wait is the norm now. 10 people standing around and only 2 working. This location used to be fast, I wouldn't even bother during busy times of day.

I had phenomenal service today! I went in having to order nineteen $10 gift cards, and the lady working there did an awesome job of helping me get all of them done.

Tim Hortons has excellent coffee and donuts and all kinds of amazing things to eat and drink to enjoy.

THE slowest Tims in this city. I would drive to any other location instead of being trapped in their drive thru.

They need to work on their workers food practises. When the fellow I ordered from went to make my coffee he stuck his finger up to the second knuckle of his index finger INTO my cup to pick it up. When I refused to accept it he begrudgingly made me a new one. Please keep in mind that this was the guy handling the cash as well. Unacceptable!
