Today November 6, I went to this Tim Hortons with my wife around 1: 30 pm. I activated the offer of 2 sandwiches for $6 in front of the counter and then let them scan my phone. The staff made a mistake on my order so they had to restart the order. After she redid the order, the offer wouldn't go through since she scanned it before. The staff couldn't fix the problem, so she called the manager Miss Mackenzie.
The manager comes to take a look and then tells me "your offer is already used. " I try to explain to her what's going on, but she keeps saying that I didn't listen to her. And then told me if I'm not going to pay for the order she will kick us out from the store. My wife couldn't stand the rough tone and words the manager was using and had to step outside. The other staff tried to solve the problem but the manager suddenly came back and said we were yelling at other customers so she needs to kick us out from the store. This was untrue since we only talked to the Tim Hortons staff, never talked to other people and we did not yell.
That was a very horrible experience and we will not go back this Tim Hortons anymore.

The place is very nice. However I hope that the staff would be properly trained more. I purchased a take home timbits but i remember i received a gift card but didn't know how much was in it. My plan was to pay cash but wanted to ask how much was in my gift card. The staff immediately took the card, and used the card as my payment. He did not understand what i said. I can understand if i was wearing a mask so he would have excuse to not able to get what i said. When i asked how much was in my card he said here is your balance, your purchased is paid. I specifi ally said i was going to pay cash but just want to check my balance in the card. Please make sure customer service is a must even if there's a line up (which there wasn't when he was serving me), make sure to pay attention to what customer said. I work at a retail store and I deal with a lot of customers everyday.

Young guy took my order unhappily.then made my bagel with the same gloves he was recieving money with. Bagel was toasted with butter.had barely any butter so it was super dry. My dog enjoyed it. Wont be back.

Got a large london fog tea around 9am
Tea bags are broken and no vanilla added.
This location is a constant let down whenever I order here where once in a blue moon they get my order right and it taste good.

Enjoyed this Tim Hortons, First visit, staff were great, not a lot of seating inside but enough, as per all Timmies Free wi-fi. Of course the coffee was great.

Food was don't incorrectly and only found when we got home. Son is allergic to the mistake so lucky we noticed. Called spoke to WENDY who told us to drive back and return and replace. Drove back and WENDY did not apologize for the issue nor did she say sorry for the inconvenience of having to drive back. Asked for a 2nd bagle because my kids were hungry at home as a nice gesture due to having to drive back and she said it's that or 2 dollar refund for the bagle. Needless to say Wendy doesn't know what service is and how to own a mistake and make the situation right. The franchise owner should really coach his team as this has to be such a poorly run location for service. They messed up huge and my son could have eaten something that would have had him sick and we did not even get a Sorry.

Horrible experience! Selling rotten frozen lemonade. The looking was completely different, even though the staff already knew it’s totally different than usual color. STILL SERVING! OMG. Thankfully my son noticed that taste and color different. It’s FOOD and DRINK. YOU CANNOT PLAY WITH IT! Need to learn more about food safety for all staffs. Definitely! Again! Horrible experience! Never coming back again!

A staff in this location her name is Wendy is very rude to customer, here is what has happened: I went to this store to exchange a red Tim mug to a white mug, it’s newly purchased with sticker/label on it and its receipt. She said can’t do exchange because of covid. After I questioned her that all employees there including her don’t even wear mask, it is not reasonable for her to use covid excuse and not do the exchange. She then gave me an attitude face, and turned away from the cashier counter refused to take my order of coffee and donuts afterwards. Was in shock and very disappointed.

We live nearby, my husband order drive through about 3 times a week to get us breakfast, and at least 1 time they will mess up the order. Yes, the frequency is this HIGH! This week, it’s twice! Coffee with milk and cream end up with no cream, or like today, neither, just black. So disappointed to a point that we think we’ll just give up, drive further to try some other store in the future.

Will never go there again!
Problems, you order chilli, they don’t give you bun and spoon. You ask for a wrap they don’t have it, or are short on product.

I ordered bagel with butter and a large drink.my bagel was burned and got a small for my drink. I asked the girl if that was a large she gave me attitude and told me she charges me for small. I'm will to drive fa to another place to get better service.

This location is more like mcds where the iced cap machine doesn't work. Also cleanliness is subpar consistently ever since that location was built. Id skip this place.

Home Made icedcap/coffee: Get nestle gold Columbia dehydrated coffee, mix 1 tbsp 5 sugar cubes in hot water, pour milk until the color is the same, then ice shavings/ice cubes.equivalent to a small iced cap.cheers.

We come to this Timmies pretty often as it is the closest one to our place. Most of the time, we find that the order takes longer than it should to fulfill. A couple of times, the order was not taken correctly. I hope things turn around soon. Also note that one of the drive thru lane is closed and have been closed for a while. This sometimes created a traffic jam.

I come here all the time. I usually get a Vanilla Creamy Chill, and chicken burger. They're great; they get the order right every time. I recommend, if you haven't been.

Absolutely the best Tim's in the area. Shout out to Neha, who is usually at the window. She's super nice and very helpful with my daily orders. Her approach is very friendly. Definitely my go to Tim's in Newmarket.

WORST location ever.staff is mostly young teenagers who neither Polite nor Humble. I have never seen any Tim employee misbehaving with any customer but this location has proved me wrong.went today, In exchange for a BURNT bagel I get a reply- its not my fault- the girl made another one in so much anger kept banging throughout and when I asked her to be polite she started shouting again -its not my fault. Had to leave the bagels there- just could not take it anymore.

Went inside, had to use the restroom (mens) - was absolutely disgusting - looked like it had not been cleaned for days (from a custodian's perspective), toilets don't look like that if cleaned daily.
Was going to order something, but after seeing the bathroom I just walked out.

I live 2 mins away and this is by far one of the most poorly run franchises I've ever seen. 6 people working and I've waited in store for 15 minutes to buy a coffee. I counted 11 cars use the drive thru while I was waiting. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.

Terrible Tim's location I go to this place all the time to just get a coffee because Its on my way to work. This place is always so slow and they always mess up my order some how, it's a constant issue. When I do order food sometimes they are always somehow out of very basic stuff.

6/10 times orders get messed up. Once you confront them you will get attitude for correcting them. Attitude for what? Fixing your own mistake.

Oh shift manager can't refund because her card doesnt work!
Resolution: Come back tomorrow! How smart? I need to come three times to get one order correct.

Whenever I go to Stonehaven Tim Horton, I get to see always bad behave especially the lady who is making the beagle makes the beagle & sandwiches with the same gloves and eats as well with same gloves. If you ask her to change the gloves she speak so rude & loudly & ask you to wait 10 mins.

I had the worst Tim Horton's experience to date, at their Stonehaven location this afternoon. I visit a Tim Horton's drive through on a daily basis and this is the first time I felt compelled to post a review. I noticed that the steeped tea that I had ordered was a coffee, when I had barely left the drive through window. I was still able to talk to the girl at the window and could have had the order replaced from where I was but she told me to get back in line, which I did. When I was able to re-order my tea, I mentioned that they gave me the incorrect order and that I had, had to get behind 4 cars due to their mistake. The male who was taking the order rudely told me to come inside to get my order. This would have required me to back out of a one-way drive way as new customers were coming in, which is illegal and dangerous. I would have then had to park and go inside, get in line to exchange the coffee for the correct order. This would not had made any sense. When I arrived at the window for the second time I said that I found the gentlemen who took my order to be rude and I asked to speak to a Manager please. The girl said their is no manager working. I said well then an Assistant Manager please or someone in charge. She finally admitted that I could speak with her Supervisor. When the Supervisor came to the window, she was also quite rude and in no way wished to make my Tim's experience any better. Towards the end of our conversation I made mention of receiving the incorrect order and that she said, oh I didn't know that you received an incorrect order. She had thought or was told that, I was complaining only about waiting in line.
At the end of the conversation when she said a rude, "sorry", and expected me to leave, I said that at any other Tim Horton's the Management would offer a complimentary card for a future beverage. She then said that I did not give her time to offer that, which was complete nonsense. She ended up reluctantly refunding my $2. Going forward I will avoid this Tim's like the plague and I would recommend any other Tim's Patrons to follow suit.

Lol so many bad reviews, I live 1min away so come here often. It gets 4 stars because its true they do lack donuts/muffins n stuff past 9pm which sucks. But the store itself is nice and new. If your looking for perfection Tim Hortons might not be the place. Try the bakery on Wellington.

Very poor unfriendly service. Took 1/2 hour to process 9 gift cards. Had to ask for the coffee I ordered as the cashier was having a conversation with another employee.

I surprised, today I was there.the lady in bagel bar that they called Pay I think, sooooo rude impolite she talked very loudly. This is not the first time.she talked with her colleagues too bad. Although she ware gloves but touch every where.she eats food and even feed Chinese girl.put her months while she is working.horrible. I prefer not to go there such noisy place.bad environment, very bad behaviour, shameful with her coworker.

Well, I wouldn't normally go into a Tim's on a Sunday afternoon because they are usually full of little children and very noisy. This location was no exception, and I had to tell the server 3 times what I wanted. If you don't mind loud families, go there!

Usually great service and coffee. This morning I ordered Dark Roast with milk and received a coffee that tasted like dishwater. Please train new employees to make the coffee correctly.

I come here frequently and the staff is friendly and the shop is clean. My only complaint is the staff is always yelling, swearing and fooling around in the back and im not one to disagree with enjoying your work but if customers can hear that it comes off as unprofessional and can be a big factor in if people return.

Although it is a clean and cozy shop, it is by far the slowest Tim Hortons in town. When I have spoken to management about this, they are apologetic but dismissive about the problem.
