Shouldn’t state that they’re open 24 hrs if you can’t go inside and order. Sucks as a highway plow operator that we can’t get a hot cup of coffee after plowing most of the night because the doors are locked at 11 pm.

Disappointed in the donut size, even the classic donuts were small. Also had a habanero chicken wrap which was much smaller than the pictures on the menu board seem to suggest. Not a very good food experience here. The coffee was good of course and the service was very friendly.

I have nothing but problems every time I go to the drive thru. Everytime I go it takes forever to scan my qr code if it even scans at all and today it scanned (you heard the beep) but it would not except the scan and pay.

Update. 2 months later.still the slowest Tims we've ever been to.

The slowest service. We're always avoiding this location because the drive thru takes at least 15 minutes.

There is an employee on the night shift that is very unfriendly, has poor customer service skills and can never get our orders right.

An average Tim's. It has a small and awkward feeling dining room; they still have some covid screens up. Decent drive thru. A good amount of parking. Away from the retail plaza across the street, which it makes it feel isolated and out of place.

They apparently seek incompetent staff to work evenings and weekends. Even when it's dead quiet they'll take forever and get the simplest of orders wrong.

Went through the drive through multiple times, been greeted and helped by jean. She made our morning and was super sweet and helpful. Thank you.

This review is strictly for the drive-thru. Don't bother going through it unless you have 30 minutes to spare.

You just need to check your order before you. Make sure they got it right. If they did get it right your good. It will be great. Always always check

Unless you leave yourself alot of extra Time don't stop at this tim Hortons they are extremely slow and rarley do i recieve everything correct
Its by far the worst tims i have ever been at and i stop daily
You are better off driving down 89 to the one beside rexal
They are so much faster and provide amazing service
Another better option is up 89 to the one across from home hardware

This location needs lots of improvement. The staff is a hit and miss.
The food and drinks is always a miss. You would think since it’s a franchise and the food is the same processed products at each location that it would be consistent wherever you go.
I could taste the “freezer” in the biscuit of a farmers breakfast sandwich as it was not fully toasted and slightly cold.
When they are out of products they fail to tell you and serve you something else without asking and you don’t realize until you drive away.

To many people in the kitchen, makes a disaster about to happen. When I order they always get my order wrong or give it to someone else. Only in Alliston by across Walmart.

Located in a quite and pleasant area, this location serves extraordinary service with maintaining speed of service and food quality. With patio it serves as an ice on the cake. All the employees were cooperative. But there’s only one washroom each for both the gender which makes little line in a rush hour.

I asked the girl for something iced and sweet and she understood the assignment. I have really bad social anxiety so sometimes ordering for myself if I havent practiced is nerve wracking but she understood and got me a large iced vanilla coffee of some kind.

I love the service here! It is always friendly, quick and my order is correct. The new scan at the order board is great! Makes it quicker getting my order at the drive thru window

Not a direct entry from Hiway 89 but close. Friendly staff at the Drive Thru. Has scan and pay which I don’t use but will try next time.

It was not busy and for some reason hash browns were not ready. This voided my 2 can dine breakfast mobile offer and I paid original price.

Nice new tim hortons very quick drive through even though they do get busy and you are able to scan and pay right at the drive through screen.inside is clean and staff are friendly.

The drive thru was booming, so we decided to dine in. They allow it as long as you have your vaccine passport. The staff was very efficient and we had our order within minutes of ordering it. Despite the location being so busy we were able to enjoy a nice quiet lunch near the window so we could watch everyone as they drove by. Would stop in again if given the chance.

I ordered a steak and cheese combo, I didn't check at the time but into my drive on the road I discovered it was bacon and cheese sandwich.when I called to air my complaint after being in the drive through for more than 20-mins this is what I got.

Actually, it was my wife that called.the manager didn't say I am sorry, or apologies, she immediately said, this is what I can do for you.the next time you are here there will be a free sandwich for you.that is SOME customer services.

Btw, I paid for the dern breakfast so you aren't doing me any favors by giving me a free sandwich.
Sandwich went to the garbage because I don't eat bacon.
Most importantly, if you had just said sorry that would have been the end of the conversation.

Best coffee ever. My husband keeps saying just how good it really is. He wasn't wrong.thanks for a great cup of coffee.

Language barrier often leads to incorrect order and they don't do rewards. Make no mistake, the locations forces my hand, otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

Order is not accurate every time. Orders on drive thru are always messed up. Some staff members are rude.

Always has great service. But Gene is the best. She always has a smile on her face and very polite when taking orders.

Nice place BUT store front customers are a huge inconvenience to the staff. It’s like you don’t exist. It’s at their convenience to serve you. Sad days for sure.

Bad service at this location, terrible attention to detail. This is the only place I have to ask my server to spread the mayo on my sandwich otherwise I wind up with a large, unpleasant gob smack dab in the middle. They consistently confuse or mess up my orders. If i ask for a ingredient to be omitted from my order it may be because I have an allergy, so it's paramount that servers handle this information with care; not here. Ive been served more food from this location that wasn't prepared to my liking than food prepared how I asked. More effort required

Staff stood around talking instead of acknowledging someone was standing at the counter requiring assistance

Worst Tim Hortons.it’s 430 pm and they don’t have muffins or cookies.it’s like this nearly everyday.and it’s been ongoing for over a month.might as well stop going there and going to the one down the road in Cookstown.

I go here every day great location but. The intercom has been broken for over 2 months. You need to talk into it first. I don't personally care because the staff here is great, but it does get annoying.

Sandwiches were cold and thrown together for the second time. The staff seems not to be very organized.

The service and the food was great. I had no problems with it, infact the meal and drink I ordered was the one of best I've had in a while from a Tim Hortons anywhere in the area. I had a Bacon ranch wrap, with potato wedges and a French vanilla. The only issue I had about the restaurant was that it was a little small, and there wasn't many places to sit at. But other than that, a great place, I'll definitely return.

Every time we go to this Tim Horton's and ask for something, they don't have it. They have plenty of coffee though. Stock up on your baked goods.

Worst staff and drive thru of ANY Tim Hortons! Very unprofessional, clearly untrained people off the street.

People are friendly but the service is so. So. So. Slow. Regardless if you go through drive thru or inside. I am not sure why the drive thru is so slow because when you go in, there is only 1 person dealing with the inside orders (should be more, that's why the inside is slow) but everyone else is on drive thru! So why is it always slow no matter what time of day it is?

Terrible, went inside as the drive thru was long and the person was training and was sooo slow. Then she put my timbits in with the donut sticks and nutella

I'll start off on a positive, you have some wonderful employees. Super friendly and willing to help,

However, the amount of trash around your establishment is both sad and disgusting.
Please take better of the environment and remind people that they either PROPERLY dispose of their trash or keep it in their car.

What can I tell you that you don't already know, it's Timmy's. For the most part of say the service is fast, it does get a little annoying when you are behind someone in the drive thru that is placing an order for dinner for 12 - line rage at its finest (lol) but I do love their dark roast coffee, so I am a regular. They actually have breakfast and lunch sandwiches too. All in all, one has to recommend Timmy's, they deserve it.

Booths were very dirty garbage all over the tables and there were flies We probably won't go there again

1 person taking/filling orders for walk-in customers and 6 on drive through. Waited 16 minutes before someone took my order. If you are not going to adequately support walk-in customers, then just do away with it already and be a drive-through only location

Have gone to this location three times now and each time have had absolutely horrible coffee.not sure how you can possibly get coffee wrong but they did

This drive through (along with other locations too it seems) is going downhill by the day, even with just a few cars the wait is often over 10 minutes, sometimes 15 for a cup of coffee.
The lineup is frequently at a complete standstill and you are captive. Ridiculous. If I don’t have my dog in the car then I will go inside but that rarely goes any faster. The staff always seem to be busy so perhaps there is a management or logistics issue that is causing orders to get messed up? ! Or drive through customers are placing large and varied orders that should be done inside? Not sure but the whole system is due for an overhaul. Thankfully as Canadians we seem to generally be a patient bunch and there is rarely much honking and yelling in the lineup (although that has happened too at this location!)
