We always have 3 back up items ready when we order. Sorry we are out of coffee. Would you like tea? God forbid a penny is wasted.

Always a great experience. Just wish they'd make a much darker roast coffee They're dark roast coffee is much like a Colombian roast. They should make there dark roast the new normal and make an actual bold dark roast.

The staff are always pretty friendly, but going through the drive thru here (especially in the morning) gives me anxiety. They rush through it all so quickly, they don’t tell you the total at the speaker so when I pull up to the window they’re already throwing the machine out to me, so when I’m paying cash I have to ask the total & count it out, meanwhile they’re already handing my items out rapid fire speed I can hardly keep up. They seem antsy when you aren’t being quick enough for them which just adds on to my anxiety. But aside from seeming to be in a time crunch, they are friendly and my order is always correct!

Ordered a Habenero wrap, assembled fairly poorly. Potato wedges were ice cold after waiting a good amount of time for the order. The employees handing out the food were just throwing it up no ryhme or reason. Not the greatest experience.

Maybe just a bad day!

Best Tim's I have been to, the staff working this afternoon was impressively organized and helpful.

Cheery, friendly and fast service. Very clean and bright with good parking. Recently renovated and totally updated.

I had a chance to stop by today October 17th at 1: 20 pm, the store manager served me she made me the best steep tea i ever had until now, she is very nice and doing a very good job. Definitely I recommend this tims over others.

-1 I have to say this…The evening service is sooo slow…

I waited 18 minutes for 1 loaded cylantro bowl with 2 cravables sandwiches only…The girl came to our car with my sandwiches but gave me a normal wrap…I explain her that it wasnt my order because of to the wrap presence…
-1 So in other words order: Not the right one after 18 minutes

-1 She comeback with a loaded bowl FULL OF CYLANTRO SAUCE EVERYWHERE ON EVERYTHING when i said NO SAUCE…

I am not sure what happened but 18 minutes for 3 items and 1 on 3 was not the right one…and there was only 1 person inside sitting down and 1 car behind us only…Ouch…

-1This Tims need some work! And i understand that the cylantro loaded bowl comes with sauce but when we say no saice it’s no sauce!

**Suggestion: If if they comes with sauce and someone don’t mind it…Keep the sauce to a minimum unless the clients ask for a bath of sauce in their bowl…My bowl was bathing in sauce…**

I have returned for a simple mocha coffee…
Gosh! Whats going on there!
My Coffee had this water coffee flavor and texture (you know when your coffee has 3/4 water and 1/4 coffee), tasted like burn coffee too…I had flakes and crunchy crums of burnt coffee floating all over my coffee…

I had it redone but this time i got a a mocha coffee with burnt flavored floating crums again without the water type coffee made….

It is really my last time there!

Staff is very friendly. Service was fast, and food was good. Had breakfast here this morning, and actually had supper here as well.will be having breakfast here again tm. Spent $20 for breakfast for two. And it was really good! Way better than our $50 breakfast yesterday down the street. Lol

Staff is very alert. They greet you as you approach the counter or as you walk in. Great display, looks very modern. Staff is diligent and friendly.

Slowest Tim hortons in Ontario bin sitting in this drive thru for 30 mins and just made it to speaker what a joke

This location is quiet and well managed. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is because they missed Tomato and Lettuce in my sandwich.

Food is good.
Front counter staff is pretty much non existent. Seems like most Tim Hortons only focus on drive thru's now a days.
In person / in resturant quality is a way of the past.

Store is filthy. Should hire an actual cleaner for once a week deep cleans and make your staff keep it up. Toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, no soap. Salt in corners and along the edge of the counter floor. Kid just mopped over dirt. Gross!

I have been very disappointed with one very important aspect of Tim Hortons in Meaford. The management cannot seem manage the product and inventory aspect of the franchise. So many times I have gone to this location for a meal and have been confronted with we do not have product, such as soup and a bagel, cappuccino, hot chocolate and no peppermint tea bags. My observations is that the manager on the second shift does not want look after there customers during the supper time hour.
I would suggest that if product is not available or they just can’t be bothered to replenish the inventory issue, is to make a statement in the restaurant and at drive through that there may not be certain products available between 5pm and 11pm. If the issue is they do not have enough volume of customers to keep inventory replenished during evening shift they should maybe consider going down to one shift.

I have seen a big down side to this store in Meaford since the previous owners have retired from this site.

Food/coffee are consistent with other locations. A couple of orders messed up recently, no hand soap in the bathroom for a few days, and what’s up with always having to ask for napkins? I know they cost money, but we’re paying plenty for your coffee. Maybe a little more focus on customer experience would be helpful.

My 1st visit to this location, we'll maintained and very friendly staff on duty to serve you.

I have visited this location 2 times last week. Worst coffee ever. Taste like a dirty thermos. Old and stale. When I go into a store I expect a fresh cup poured from a pot. Very disappointed

I’m so fed up with this location. They almost never get my order right, and always forget things. I order the same sandwich every time and every time it’s made differently. Plus the wait time is ridiculous. Really wish they could improve but it just keeps going more and more downhill.

Staff was lovely they were all nice. Had everything I wanted except an ice coffee! Thats ok tho I found something else. Great business

Just tried the beyond meat burger. Slathered with ice cold mustard and ketchup and the patty was room temp. Not going to bother with complaining about it. There is an excellent McDonalds across the street. This is why I usually never bother buying food at a Tims, just coffee.

They really tried however service at best was a 3 for politeness. I do think in time qith nore training of staff I would reevaluate the service

Food has gone downhill a bit since all day breakfast was introduced, and our sandwiches we order never seem to get made right. It is what it is.
