I am losing faith in the common courtesy provided by the workers we all tip very well. When ur 10 cents short and normally tip a dollar every other visit its surprising to be treated like a bum and be denied service. And please stir the coffee and cut the bagels. Thanks.

Ordered a Maple Bacon BELT from the app and picked it up at the Drive thru. When we got there they told us that there is no maple bacon, just regular bacon. Ok no problem but when we got the order there was no lettuce or tomato in the sandwich! How can you miss that?

I went there today and received my cravable which I ordered with extra sauce and received without sauce went into to exchange my coffee where i was met by a rude disgusting lady at the counter who had snot in her nose and refused to make my coffee correctly

I don't like to write reviews but I am sooo dissappointed by the service at this tim horton's! They keep mixing orders, lines are too slow and long! Coffee is never hot, I mean their are endless complains! I am never going their again!

The last few times I attempted to order from them through Skip my order was cancelled. Why is your restaurant on the app if you can't take orders? In person ordering is fine, it's just the delivery service that has an issue currently.

Tim's on malden rd has got to be the worst.slow nasty workers.
Two lanes I'm in the left ready to order nothing I say hello her Ill be right with you I wait.i watch 5 cars on the right got served and I'm still waiting
I call her again she tells me she's serving people.who the 5 that just past me. So I don't order there I drive thru and had to order at the window why?
And one time 4 cars 15 minutes wait so slow I drove straight thru worst place ever

Absolutely worst service at any drive-thru I’ve ever been to. No customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed, this is probably the worst Tim Hortons in south western Ontario.

I love all Tim Hortons. The service today was a little better then good, it was closer to 11 a.m. I went inside and was able to order my cuppa right away, but the drive thru, it was lined up which backed traffic in the parking area up. We are all the people and should remain kind for one day we may have to fight side by side to win our lives back. ️

The staff needs to step up there speed and not hang around and chat when there's customers waiting

Tim Hortons is about as Canadian as you can get. Friendly service, good price, and good food. You know what I mean eh?

6 staff filling drive thru and no one waiting on counter service stood there and no one acknowledged me or others standing in line. Now I remember why I don't patronize TIM HORTONS.

Beyond slow. Expecially the drive-thru. You're better off going inside, where it's still super slow, but you still might get out before your would have been place in the drive-thru.

Staff and food quality is great but the drive-thru layout is terrible. Also go for the left lane, it’s quicker.

Everything about this place is great, but i gave it a 3 because the music is always so loud and I cant even hear my friends talk

Usually great coffee nice staff the drive through speaker system needs upgrading it breaks up makes it hard to understand what a person is saying at times

Ordered a Turkey bacon club sandwich and got a ham and cheddar with some weird honey mustard. Not impressed.

This is the worst Ton Hortons ever! The drive thru takes forever. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a tea. If people have to wait for whatever they ordered have them move up and wait so the line can continue like they do at McDonald's!

Orderd a farmers breakfast wrap with no egg. Sure enough they put egg on it. Tim Hortons eggs are very good. Very disappointed.

Been here many times and I visit a lot of other locations as well and this one is by far the worst. I hate to give a bad review but they are very slow for some reason and they make a lot of mistakes.

That particular day I didn't care for the chicken strips I had and my mom didn't like the strawberry creamy chill she got. We weren't satisfied with our order, the only thing good was the ice capp.

Since we've been having to use drive thru only I've had to tell the employee almost every time I go through that they aren't supposed to hand me my food or drinks if they take my money. I've spoken to the owner the other day but it's still happening.
I called the store and asked for the manager but no manager was on site. So I tried to discuss my concern with the person who answered the phone and I couldn't believe what she said. She told me that there was only 4 people working so since they were short handed it was fine to handle money at the window and continue to hand me my order. I told her that she was possibly spreading the virus that way. She then told me that we're all supposed to stay home. So then I asked her if we did that then we wouldn't getting our orders at her store. I don't think she was understanding it so I asked her name; Mellisa. I will be talking to her boss tomorrow.

Third might be the sloppiest, most poorly run Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The wait is always long regardless of how busy it is and they constantly are out of products

Kind, respectful and timely service. I appreciate the patience and respect the staff demonstrate towards my children when they place their orders

I enjoy their soup but disappointed that they I bought a large soup but received a bun cut in half. It's like they cant afford to give you the entire bun or are trying to save money by cutting a large bun in 1/2. How cheap does this look getting a bun cut in half. Hey, Tim Hortons either purchase smaller buns or give the entire bun.

Overall, I like this Timmies considerably more than Front Road but sometimes the line ups are crazy inside. Also, I know it's not the owner's fault, but I despise the gray exterior. It just looks dull!

Store has been recently renovated I believe, has a nice interior and feels relaxing for a fast food place. Staff is good, but service is often slow. Drive through is faster than going in.

This review is unfortunately not based on a one time visit and is a reoccurring issue.

When going there around 8-9pm the service is extremely slow, you can expect around a 10-15 minute wait in the drive through if there is more than one vehicle in front of you. Watching the orders coming out the window, they were anything but complicated, normally just a coffee or two, but it takes 4-5 minutes per order.

The store is not busy inside and they seem to have an abundance of people working in the drivethrough area, just incompetent employees I guess.

The last 3 times I was there, the coffee had always been burnt and my order was wrong twice, I dont know in what language "double double" translates to "regular" but it's not english.

The last time was actually the worst as I corrected the order on the screen to the employee. She handed me a coffee with R on the top and I addressed that to the employee but she just bold face lied and said it was a double double, it was actually just a 1 cream, didnt even get any courtesy sugar. Not to mention the employee was extremely rude in regards to a customer service position, not even acknowledging the customer and carrying on a rather vile conversation with her coworker.

Try my best to avoid this establishment in particular.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. The wait times are ridiculous here. Whether there is 1 person in the line or 10 you will be waiting.

If you are hoping for a good product because of the wait you will be sadly disappointed.

Example, today my friend and I went there to pick up coffee for work. We waited for 15 minutes to get the the drive through window. We get there and one of the coffees was made incorrectly. Both of the coffees were burnt and with no sugar in them.

Secondly we got to hear her talk about how much she hates her job and how she would rather die then work here. Real professionally. I understand that this is just a Tim Hortons but have some dignity, care about your job and put out a good product.

If you are fine with poor service and burnt coffee this is a place for you. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Not all Tim hortons have a good group of staff that actually like interaction with their customers and this one has a great group of staff on board! Coffee is never burnt I always order a lrg TT w/sweetener & a lrg black both double cupped! Thank you for helping us either start our day or you help us push through the afternoon!

Verry bad experience in this Tim Horton’s. I found the coffee terrible. Why is it that the coffee tastes different at every branch?

THIS IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE WINDSOR ESSEX COUNTY. YES. IT IS RENOVATED, BUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS HORRIBLE. NOT FOR CONSUMPTION. I GOT SICK TWICE FROM EATING AT THIS TIM HORTONS AND WATCHED HOW UNHYGIENIC THE THE FOOD HANDLING WAS. THE BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY.

The drive thru wait is ridiculous. Very slow service and there is always 3 or 4 staff standing around the drive thru window chatting.

What a poor way to do business, I visited this store ordered and paid for the chili, the server at the pick up station tells me they have no chili and would I like something else. I agreed to a soup and she completed the order. I come to find out that the soup is 20% less to purchase. They offered no refund or maybe a cookie just overcharged me without a second thought. I will let everyone person I know how Tim Hortons treated me as a paying customer!

I'm beginning to think the only thing Tim Hortons can do right is coffee. Don't order any food items that require special request as they will always do something wrong! Tim Hortons quality had gone down a lot in the last 15 years. There has been more than one occasion in which there food was not fresh, in fact down right rancid. I've given them multiple times to improve their quality and service. I will no longer buy food items beyond Birthday Cake Timbits. I would suggest corporate to stop branching out into sandwiches and soups. Go back to what made Tim Hortons great. Fresh coffee and donuts! It would be great if they would basket the donuts fresh in the stores, instead of the current premade process method.

THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN WINDSOR-ESSEX COUNTY.

GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 20 MINUTES IN THEIR DRIVE THRU OR GET YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY OFF. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS LOCATION IS THE OLD, GRUMPY, RUSHED EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ONLY FOCUSED ON THEIR HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU TIME THEN GETTING THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE RIGHT.

There are 3 Tim's in LaSalle. This has the worst customer service. The slowest drive thru. Screwed up orders more often then not. I always check my order before I leave and I can see the eyes rolling back, because I might screw up their drive thru timer. I sometimes drive out of my way to avoid this Tim's. I would suggest customer service training. If they screw up order they should not pass on their attitudes.

This is newly renovated Tim Hortons. I like the new refreshed look. This location is very clean and well kept. It does get very busy at times throughout the day. The parking lot is a good size, but again it does get busy. You can also access this location from the LaSalle walking trails and it is a good place to stop for a hot or cold drink.

The food is good and what you expect for the franchise. The coffee is always awesome and fresh. If you are in the area, stop in!
