Tim Hortons

Everytime I go in this location alone or with some else, getting coffee or food one or multiple they never seem to get it right at least one thing is wrong. If you bring it up to them they are rude about it and tonight Dec 26th my Fiance and I just fully walked out because the cashier was so rude. Done giving this location a chance good luck if you go.

I went there on Friday and the girl on drivethru, Dana was amazing! She greeted me with such a kind smile which was refreshing from Tim Hortons! 10/10

This is in store experience.
The night staff are not friendly at all. No greeting, straight faced, didn't even ask what I wanted to order.
Day staff is a bit friendlier. Fast service. Although some mornings you stand there 3 to 5 minutes until someone takes your order.
Bathrooms are a mess.
Coffee and food is always good.

Coffee was made correctly, the staff were very nice and also fast! I enjoyed this experience and highly recommend.

Never enough people working. They have one person for in store and one for drive through. Takes forever to get anything. Order ahead might as well not be available for this location. Every time I order a ahead it’s never ready and I don’t mean their still in the process, it’s that they don’t check the pre orders. So they don’t start making it till I’m there. Which is just ridiculous.

Not good service, and when we ask for something, they write something else, and the order arrives incomplete.

Disgusted to see a hair in my Bagel. Food safety is compromised at this location, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this problem. They should focus more on cleanliness and hygiene.

I ordered sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin, a honey crueler and a large iced cappuccino. Food was hot and fresh, donut was okay, iced cappuccino was made perfectly and they gave me a nice plastic straw that bends instead of the paper ones that would’ve deteriorated.

I have been here 30+ times and they have gotten something wrong with my order 31 of these visits. Kinda got annoyed with the long wait times and still getting someone else’s food? A sandwich with half the toppings?
No thanks.

Update! Got home with what I thought was the right order. WRONG AGAIN! This location is horrible.

Worst Tim's in the city.
Constant wrong orders. Staff seems untrained and often seem distracted.

1st edit: Ordered a box of donuts and pulled up to the window and wasn't served for nearly 10 minutes before a girl asked if I ordered. This Tim's is pathetic.

The staff at this location are fabulous. I went to 3 timhorton stores near by for egg and cheese croissant but everyone said they do not make it after 4: 00 pm and they don't have it. But, Ms. Swati and other 2 ladies at this location said they'll make fresh and gave it to me. Thanks for your generous service. The best store in town.:)

Just wanna let you know the lady working on drive through tonight at around 10pm was pretty rude.

Once again I received the wrong order, I was giving a medium stepped tea when I ordered a large, the staff seem to make alot of mistakes as this was not the first time I've had issues with Tim Hortons, it seems to me the staff are not listening to what the customers ordering. It's due time to change to another company for my daily tea and muffin fix. Good bye Tim Hortons I've had enough with your horrible service.

Question Why should I ask to get my? Cut in Half. You should cut it into Half. You done it before for years. Isn't it your job to keep the customer happy.

Staff don't know what they are doing it takes forever for someone to take ur order they r sooo slow u have to yell at them and the one guy there doesn't even speak loud enough for u to hear them they need to have staff there that knows what they r doing very unhappy

Please remind the workers to check their food timers so they don't use hardened meat inside their buffalo wraps. Tried calling, left ringing.

Took 30 minutes to get a single wrap, and when I asked about it they said they never got my order, when I ordered in the building.this happens frequently. Worst location in Windsor, employees are very slow

The eggs from this place never fail to have shells cooked into them. Waste of money buying a breakfast sandwhich to always crunch on a shell

Staff doesn’t even know how to behave with customers. They are rude and behave very arrogant. Never faced this problem before. But I don’t like the way they treat you.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible service, they will most likely make you late for work. If they actually make your order in a timely manner, 99% of the time it's wrong. Take your chances elsewhere. Old staff used to be amazing, place went down the wrong path.

I understand the restaurant business, I've been in it for 30yrs.but this store never ceases to out do themselves.from old coffee to dirty behind the counter.today took the cake. I was there just after 5pm.supper time.no soup no Chilli of any sorts.so I got a lrg coffee.in which there was cream but no sugar and a grilled chicken bacon wrap.chicken was cold edges of tortilla were crunchy and the wrap itself was only half filled. I usually don't complain being a kitchen worker myself.but after so many chances I officially give up this store.and I highly recommend anyone who reads this takes it from me and not have to learn for themselves.no staff support no customer service.just all around the worst tim Hortons I've ever been in.and I've been in them all the way across the country. I am truly boycotting this location.never again.its really a shame the management is non existent.be sure be safe and stay away from this tim Hortons.

Had a great time. Ate in. Got gift certificates. Lady was very pleasant. Food was great. Coffee super.

They don't now how to fill a cup up.
I ordered a large DB DB With milk DB cuped. Looked like a medium coffee in a large cup. But really what Tim's do fill it up?

Quick and dependable service; parking/ clean washroom is absolute convenience. Of course, pandemic-ready

Order a box of coffee to go through drive through with a 1/2 dozen assorted muffins and receipt. I was asked to pull around and they would bring it out. When I asked for a receipt, I was informed the paper was out so the associate went a got a new roll and brought it back to the till. I pull around and waited and 10 minutes rolled by so I walked in to get my order since I had a meeting to get to. I asked for my receipt and they said they ran out of paper. I mentioned I seen someone bring a new roll, she then stated the machine is broken. The midnight shift is definitely in need of change, I don't expect perfection but this is a customer service industry especially through a drive thru. Bad experience and won't be going through this one anytime soon. Two of the three ladies working did not care to much about anything.

Coffee is good but only like their regular, half coffee half french vanilla and Ice cappuccino. Potato wedges, hashbrowns, some bagels and croissants are good, maybe timbits too, but otherwise not good for food. Customer service is always good. I wish they improved the quality of their bakery and sandwiches, etc!

Not the perfect place to get a coffee from. I ordered regular dark roast coffee and got a watery coffee, probably hot water was added on. Not coming to this location again.

I just called about the Shawn Mendes Ceramic Tumbler and instead of just saying no we don't have them, the lady took my number and said she will have the manager call me back with more information.

I love Tim Hortons! The staff at this location are fabulous, super friendly and a joy to talk to. Along with the coffee, seeing happy staff in the morning is a great way to start the day!

I come into the restaurant late hours.like 3 am and ordered a small iced capp and a bottle of water. My order came to less than 5 bucks. I tipped the gentlEman who served me around 70 cents which I would say is reasonable and he tells me to not walk around on his freshly mopped floors because his manager will be on soon. Real nice.m

I think staff was new 5 or 7 people were running around inside.five customers including me were standind in line to place order 4 left without ordering i kept standing.

Only two guys working around dinner time. They had a good selection of Baker goods left around 7pm when I was there. Copperas nifty fifty timbits but they didn't have certain flavors. Pretty small inside seating area too. A good grab and go Tim's in a decent location.

Got a bagel and the guy was handling a bunch of American 1 dollar bills and change before making my bagel didnt even bother to change the gloves to make it.

A great friendly staff here. This Tim Horton is one of my Windsor favorites. It is so close to my house. I get cravings for cookies and go gettem.

It's a great place to get coffee, hot chocolate, tea, ice capps or coffee, smoothies, donuts, bagels, sandwiches, muffins and sit down to eat or take out or go through the drive thru for your order.

Slow service as expected in any of these franchises choose McDonalds better coffee and less expensive shout out to Mcdonalds

Friendly staff! Quick and get the right order ready on day shift.the mid nights shift is ok but much slower.still my favourite timmies to hit!

Slow service, not busy, here at 1403. Only had coffees and one sandwich done. We waited, then had to ask for each missing item. They said sorry but seemed like they didn’t care. The employees on shift looked lost, not with it. Only the drive thru seemed to get their items, it’s always about the “drive thru time. ” I guess there was a reason I haven’t visited this location in years.

Quick service but that's only because they rush to get you out of the drive thru. Bagels weren't toasted, they were more like warm bread. And they constantly mess up my tea. Whenever I try to get the tea remade to what I had ordered, I always get an exaggerated sigh and a "sure" and it's never remade properly. How hard is it to make a large green tea with 1 peppermint teabag, black? Honestly. Sticking to Starbucks, friendly service and they actually care to connect with the customer. They dont rush you out of the drive thru in. 2 seconds.

My wife & I had tea cafe & blueberry muffins. I'm ok but wife got dizzy 20 minutes after & within 1 hour vomited it out. Going to DR tomorrow. Wife said muffin did not taste right

Great service, but the inside was redone recently resulting in less seating for people who are not agile. There are high stools along the window, but I can't manage then.

Has a very small dining room. Very busy however due to location. Which results in a long line and waiting longer than most people care to. Also because only one entrance or exit people prone to being grumpy are.
Staff remarkably competant thou and have developed a few tricks unique to thier location. Such as writing names on lids instead of ingrediants.
