The worst Tim Hortons I have ever experienced! I ordered veggie wrap and the worker gave me chicken wrap and told me it's a veggie wrap. Being a pure vegetarian, I had no idea the taste of chicken and by mistake I ate it. Then the manager said sorry that was a chicken wrap!

How horrible!

Don't go there if you are a pure vegetarian. Associates don't know the difference between veg and non veg.

I love coming here because the staff are friendly it's a quiet environment and you can get anything you wanted any time and for some reason for the first time of my life When the roll up the rim was on I won 10 or 11 free coffees 1 donut a four-month subscription for SiriusXM app and the PKG package 50 % off thing so I did very well thanks Tim Hortons

The drinks and food are the same as every other Tim’s but every time I’ve gone here the employees all are very confused by everything. I don’t know if they rush training at this location but they all seem extremely lost.

Worst drive thru in city. Obviously the guy who said best timmys in london is management lol. Half the time lobby isn't open, donut selection is nil, and the renovations didn't improve much, glad the the drive Thru lane doesn't damage the car anymore with the potholes! That's only reason this gets a single star

Nice new building, slow as all hell, drive through is now facked. And no room for parking. 2 weeks later store is still terrible, 10 min+ waits for walk in, like this store needs new ownership and more staff

I usually shop at Tim Hortons located on Baseline east and Wellington. Buy breakfast, caffee, and any drinks. I also sometimes use their restroom when l need. After all, it's a call of nature. The location is always clean and neat, but whenever l need to use their washroom it's either run out of toilet paper or it's very dirty. Even the floor wet and unclean that l don't even like to step on it. Please employees of Tim, take care of such a mess will you please? Thank you

Very bad customer service took me one began for 30min to still no lineup seriously my goodness.

I reiterate this location is just reopening after some great looking renovations & the new hires are just learning but something as some as a bacon grilled cheese sandwich came home with me with no bacon. They were in the middle of a shift change but would suggest an experienced staff member overseeing the work of the new hires. At $6.99 this was a disappointment.

All Timmy's are under pressure trying to be open but having to close indoor dining or drive thru as staffing challenges are a huge issue.

When are you guys going to open the dining room? I would like to be able to come sit, have a coffee, and do some work on my laptop there. You had put the seats back for a little bit and then removed them again, why? If it's because of homeless people, just call them cops on them. Also, your staff neglects the mobile order pickup counter, they literally walk by, look right at you and say nothing or just continue chit chatting with their coworkers. The older woman who works there is the only one who is good at her job, give her a raise and replace the other people.

I don’t drink Tim Hortons but I visit here and it was so grimy there. A few years ago. I went there and there was some rude young teenager who is saying rude stuff to someone. One of the staff members told him to leave, and the guy swear at her and then he has to leave their premises. Sorry for the Tim Hortons employees there dealing with rude customers, but I don’t want to be in a situation where there is rude people like that young teenager. Later, a group of men likely they were speaking different language offer a woman a coffee since they feel sorry for her about that rude kid being nasty after the staff kicked him out. That was nice of those men. I was here since I would rather be here during that time than waiting at a doctor’s office just across the busy road. There should be security and whoever to deal of these kind of people. I feel that this Tim Hortons often have to deal with this daily to afford a living just serving them coffee, donuts, breakfast, etc.

The overnight employee Ali is awesome! He makes my night better whenever I go there:) He’s super cheerful and his customer service is superb. Thank you Ali!

I got a Coffee and a bagle BELT both were absolutely amazing best I've ever had at a Tim Hortons drive through

Very slow and short staffed, especially in the morning. 2 staff on counter in morning rush hour while at least 5 in drive thru with some that just watch and talk with eachother while the counter people are swamped with a huge line of people waiting. I understand the drive thru has wait times but counter is awful.

This place is absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I don’t blame the staff but I blame the management and the owners. The absolute lack of training and lack of commitment to customer service is very obvious. I would like to believe that the employees do the best with the tools they are given but the management and franchisee need to do better. I will never dine in, take out or Uber something from this location again. I would go out of my way to avoid it entirely.

The foodbis okay but there is too many homeless peoples around the entrance door. Garbage around the building

Worst Tim Horton by far I have been too. Cashiers are so slow. They only serve drive thru. Good luck if you are walk in. Would not recommend.

No dining in. Staff was miserable. Food good but wait was long and had no customers ahead of myself.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app, figured ordering ahead makes life easier for the staff. God was I wrong. I got there to pick up my lunch and was told they were out of stock. I asked for a refund, the person working there told me that I would have to contact support on the app. I contacted the app and they told me I had to contact the store. I’m tired of the nonsense, the app is brutal - this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with it. The customer service is a joke and I’m tired of playing games. Avoid this place, Starbucks and McDonald’s have much better apps, and much better customer service standards.

I didn't have to actually visit the store and was very happy with my experience considering it was " over-the-phone ".

I’ve been to this location a few times and don’t have any bad things to say. I’ve seen some questionable characters around but hey… everyone drinks coffee. Last week when I was in a man lit up his cigar in the entrance and hung out in there for a bit. I don’t think the workers noticed. You also need to ask to use the restroom. I believe the buzz you in. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Great service but all depends on what location you go to I like the Horton street location and inkerman location the best

Drive through was backed up.decided to go in to avoid idling in the drive through and go inside. Bad decision on my part Waited in line for over 20 minutes to order and another 5 waiting for the order.finally got home only to discover my soup was only filled halfway.grrr not to mention the app again had issues loading.so yes this store gets a one.my worst review to date.

I was at your restaurant today and there was a customer that had a hearing disability. They asked your employee to pull down her mask since they stated that they read lips and could not understand what the employee was saying. Your employee refused, despite there being plexiglass between her and the customer and no other employees within two meters. Your employee did nothing to make ordering more accesible. I stepped in to pull down my mask so the customer could order. This is against AODA policy, and more should have been done to make ordering accessible for the customer.

I got the best ever loaded wedges it was perfect I have gotten it at other stored and this is far better

You gave me tea rather than coffee and when I returned it I got attitude….

Sunday morning drive thru team consistently serves the best coffee I've ever had from Tim's. Donuts are super fresh too

If theres one thing i can count on, its this locations quality and consistency.and by that i mean lack of ether. Where to even start, the only thing they got right in my order was my wifes tea, bagel belt was the wrong meat, gave me the wrong donught, hashbrowns were overcooked and shattered like glass when bitten into, and they tryed to get me to pay without giving me the price. I am absolutely going and fileing a complaint with corporate due to this stores lack of quality standards

If you are in a rush in the morning to get to work DO NOT COME HERE.lol every morning is the same. SLOW

If I get Bagged Tea disguised as Steeped Tea one more time just because the midnight staff is too lazy to do their job and make a pot.for the $15/hr they get to do nothing. Hire non-lazy workers who can do their jobs, or don't have a business.

Every day i ask for a bagel double toasted with extra butter and every day I get a dry bagel that is barley warm.

I was just there a few minutes ago. I was soo craven for boston cream for a few days because the Timmy's I go to always runs out a donuts. I asked for a 6 assorted donuts but more of boston cream. She said they have only one left, so I cry out loud, "NOOOOOOO~~". And she said "Wait we have two". So I was like "YAY~~~", she ended up gave me four.

Terirble experience I spent money on a xl decafe to get filled 2/3s of the cup, didn't realize it till I arrived home, it was a female with red hair, I guess speaking to a coworker while preparing my coffee was more important, thanks for nothing, terrible customer service

Parking lot is a disaster, full of pot holes. Orders always wrong. Rude staff. Was told today by drivethru worker "Im not sure if you are speaking to me, but I cant hear you. " At the window, the other worker did not say one word to me, the transaction was complete in total silence.

Not going back and I can see why the business is struggling.

Not a bad little tims where people on a day pass can go and get a coffee.it has coffee, it has tim food, it has bathrooms.its basicly the tim hortons in the hospital, but its not in the hospital.its the same as every other tims.good, not great.

Visited this location December 29th at 1pm. 4 people ahead at counter. Took 15 mins to be served by the single counter person as I watched the 2 drive thru staff ignore counter as usual. No broccoli soup available.again. Potato wedges hard and cold. Off duty manager walks in to chat but ignores lineup. Loud rap music blaring. Oven alarm ringing over 30 times before being shut off. Won't be coming back.

Needed my French Vanilla fix and a wrap for breakfast so the Christmas gift card was put into use!:)

Had literally 15 donuts in showcase, asked if the had any more back ups made in the back, male staff said no, its too slow at this time.it was 4: 30pm and staff attitude was horrible

While I do venture to this Tim's location often. I have to say that I have had no problems using the drive thru. Entering the store however, I do tend to find the customer service often lacks. One cashier per 10-15 people. Not all the time. But, majority of the time. While I won't will not deter people from stopping here. I would warn people that there is the chance of a long wait. Even if there is not a lot of customers. Guess it's part of the fast food experience nowadays.

Ordered a apple cinnamon tea at 8 exactly, told him I wanted it double double, the kid didnt add anything to it, terrible service, how do you even have a job there, how can you make that mistake, you should be fired, I dont care what you or your boss thinks, this tim hortons location has been providing terrible service for years now, maybe it's the poor management they have that has zero impact to these useless and worthless terrible workers, at least 2 good workers, the rest shouldn't even be employed, it used to be a good location and it's gone down hill, I do not recommend this poor excuse of a restaurant

I'm giving one star based on the time I go through the drive through. Usually at about 5: 40am and it often takes 10 minutes which is unacceptable for a drive through. The staff saunter around with no urgency. This morning was an exceptionally long wait while cars are honking behind me. Finally get to the window and wait another few minutes for just a coffee. I sip my coffee when I get to work and it's laughably sweet, like at least 3 if not 4 sugars in it when I asked for 1/2 a sugar. Very disappointing when you just want your cuppa joe. Also the reward system is messed. I can go 10-15 purchases before I get anything free. Wow, the incompetence with the night staff at this location is just painful.

Been coming here for at least at least 3 years I'm there minimum twice a day most of the staff know me. I always buy the same drink large steep tea triple triple with milk. But today faced the new employee and apparently they were out and she recommended I choose something else to drink when I only drink one thing steep tea there's times I wait for 15 minutes to get to the window patiently.so I asked are you actually out from tea or you don't have any ready and then she was like all there's a wait on it I got frustrated so I'm like if I wait for 15 minutes for others to get served why wouldn't I wait the extra two to five minutes to get my own tea or do I have to drink what you recommend definitely the last time I go there 40% of the time you put cream instead of milk so I drive back to get it fixed up how to make it even better not even a sorry definitely do not recommend since Burger King bought it the customer service went down the toilet guess it's not just the burgers that they are bringing over there bringing the rude American attitude.

Its very unprofessional to make a customer wait for there food because you to busy alowing your crew to get their phone to show others vidoes of the others smoking a joint at a party save that for break times or times when your not working very disappointed

It's a fairly clean good Tim Hortons the food quality is fairly good, same with the drink quality.

It's treat except when you take that first sip in the morning and taste the sugar in your double cream~

Normal tim hortons. Quick convenient and decent amount of parking. Located on the west side of Wellington Rd makes it challenging to cross Wellington and go downtown.
