I placed an online drive thru order there on Dec 27,2023 around 12: 50PM. The staff couldn’t find my order and told us to contact the online support team to ask for a refund. However, after contacting them several times, and they finally told me that I need to come back to the store to ask for the refund but there is no guaranteed that I will get back my refund and it will be up to the owner. I rarely place any order there as I am not living in this area and it is far from my house. That was the only time I placed an order as my friend went there to pick up their food. I would like to ask for a refund for the order that I never get. What a terrible experience that I ever have with Tim Hortons.
Ordered a famers wrap with egg and cheese drive tru, while ordering they said it will take 3 mins to prepare the order and asked me to pick up inside. I got my order after 25 mins of waiting
Very bad service.i used to buy from this store 2-3 time in weeks.after alot of complaints in packaging in pepare food.always very bad service.drive tru specially, cooking staff not take care of customers food order.they are not providing quality that you want.
Saw me waiting, still won't prepare my order until I asked. It took me 15 mins of staring into the blank for an ice capp. Maybe the owner should consider hiring more competent staffs who know how to properly communicate.
Lack of knowlege of their menu ordered a chocolate glazed donut was given a double chocolate donut.once i made them aware of their mistake i was told with a nasty attitute i was wrong. After they gave me 3 wrong choices in donuts.i finally got my order right and i was told that at this location that cholate glazed donut was called double double chocolate donut. Service needs considered improvements. Watered down coffee every time. Even a simply order of a double double gets done wrong. Ordering 2% carton milk gets me a hot milk in a cup. Bad customer service.inclimed never to visit this location again.
Terrible place to eat.ordered bacon breakfast sandwich recieved it full of uncooked bacon and smushed (which is normal for timmies and still edible.raw bacon is nasty.threw it out.then ordered cilantro lime wrap and the crispy chicken is hard and seems like it had been siting out or old.horrible food.the coffee was fine tho
They don't update items in the app. And you won't get a refund for their mistake. I ordered a chili soup on the app. After the order, they told me they don't have the soup. This would never happen if they inactived the soup option, because the soup would then be marked as "sold out" and no one would be able to order it from the app. I ask a refund and they refused. Basically speaking, i paid for their mistake.
Stop going to this location…. They are very stingy with portions and cut back on ingredients. Boston cream with barely anything in it on multiple occasions.
This place was so bad I rate it a 0.but that’s not possible so I give it a 1. Leaking iced capp all over me and M’y car, timbits that taste like curry in a broken, a bacon farmers wrap in a BAGEL BAG not in the normal box. What the hell. Not to forget, the bacon was as hard as a rock and tasted terrible. They almost didn’t even give it to me I had to remind them. Never going back.
Drive thru service was bad, they tried to rush you and the change they gave back wasn't correct! Do not use cash to pay your order because the staff doesn't know how to count.
The app was taking a little longer to load and was not letting me brighten the screen. Had to close the app and try again, it worked. The lady at the drive thru was very rude and impatient. Slow rainy day, there was nobody even behind my vehicle.
This is literally the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I would go everyday and get coffee for about 6-7 people and would order donuts and muffins every single day. Constantly everyday they are messing up at least 50% of our order. When I spoke with the store manager Ramnett her solution for me is to stop going to this store and switch to another Tim Hortons. Instead of fixing the problem she wants me to switch stores. She was beyond rude when discussing the issue with her and kept interrupting when speaking with her. If you own this store and read this review please know you staff are rude and not capable of fixing and owning up to their mistakes.
Worst tim hortons I've ever been too, customer service is horrible, there always screwing up orders no matter what the time is, and too top it off they cant get your food to you in a decent time, one time i waited at the window of the drive thru for 10 mins for a simple bagel and tea
The donuts at this specific location are different from other locations. I have no idea why but they're much better here. I'm guessing they're fresher because this location is always busy no matter what time you show up.
Had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes for them to say sorry we don’t serve food after 10pm! Not even a single sign starting that anywhere and they have their full menus up on the screens….
On my way to work pick up 2 coffee supposed to be double double did not get what I requested took it back for an exchange still not satisfied unfortunately Coffee tasted burnt and bitter.
Very poor customer service! I was handed my beverages in the drive thru yesterday roughly around 7: 45am and the lid for my HOT TEA wasn’t sealed and spilt on my hand while setting the tray down inside my! When I mentioned it, she did not even apologize she acted like it never happened! I’m absolutely disgusted! I will no longer be going to this location again!
They care more about their drive thru line than the customers in the store. There was a lineup at the counter and no one even cared. They were more focused on getting the drive thru line over with. They need to be able to do better.
Best food! Great service, their food looks and is fresh and they have a donut that i’ve been looking for in every tim hortons for a long time. Place is really clean as well with workers who understand orders!
Probably the best tim hortons out there, only because of Nimrth. She takes complaints very seriously and works hard to turn experiences around. Nimrth is a hard working individual who cares about the customers comments. She goes above and beyond to change their experience with Tim Hortons. Hats off to Nimrth and her team!
Few staff have attitude and they never say "Sorry" when they get the order wrong, which happens frequently. While in the midst of taking orders, they talked to other staff interrupting the order and having to repeat myself again. Also, not just this tims, but I have never heard anyone in any tims say "Thank you" from the staff.
Love this Tim Horton. Their service is great. I like the variety and freshness of the food. When I order a loaded wedge (its loaded with chilli) only location that makes it like that so far.
I tried a specialty donut however it didn’t taste the way it should. So I politely asked to switch it to a regular donut after a couple bites. The manager and staff member acted as if I was returning a used Louis Vuitton bag. They acted as if the loss was coming out of their own pocket. They wouldn’t switch it at first. They legit made me beg for a new donut. It was so embarrassing everyone was looking at me.
Terrible customer service. They did switch the donut eventually, but the taste of guilt overpowered the taste of the donut. Thanks a lot
Always understaffed on weekends and usually don't even have breakfast items prepared by as late as 7am, plus the guy usually working deli is a joke, worst wraps I've seen in my life, had to stop coming to this location altogether.
Those who are using the drive thru in this branch. Why would the lady take our credit card? Why not extend your cc machine to avoid contact? It doesn't make sense to take our cc and scan it themselves. You're risking our health and your health as well.
To the management, do better and extend your machine instead of taking our credit card for payment.
I will report this to the City of Toronto if action is not taken.
Pleasant atmosphere with newer decor. There are order machines for faster ordering. I had to wait a bit to get my coffees as with all Tim Hortons drive throughs get served with priority. The washroom was clean. The dining room was relatively clean. Service was friendly. People need to chill with their reviews and compare to other places. This location is standard.
Finally ordered their French toast breakfast sandwich today since I really like it when I tried it last year and was sad that it was discontinued. I was really excited to have it again but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First, hubby ordered french toast breakfast sandwich with bacon but got sausage instead eventhough the screen showed bacon when ordered. Second, the bread is so thick and dry. Not even close to the taste and quality I have had last year. Sad to know they serve this kind of food. We ordered it at the 1 William Kitchen road drive-through location. I am hoping it was just a bad batch or something. Definitely NOT a good expreience. Won't be going back to this location.
Very nice looking Tim Hortons liked the hockey theme. The updated pre ordering of your timmies is much more efficient than lining up. The facilities were very clean. Just a great all round experience the staff and quick and friendly.
Love this Tims. Even before the renovations, I would do all my all nighter papers here. Now they have even more outlets so I will definitely be dropping by more often! One of the only 24H locations that remains in the Borough as well. Keep it real KC!
The service was very bad, the employees there were very slow and only knew to play mobile phones and chat. When the customer ordered a hot drink, the employees did not know that they would give the customer a cup cover. Secondly, never take the initiative to give customers a receipt. Everything needs to be done by customers reminding them. Finally, when customers order some food, they never offer to give a large paper bag for customers to take away. All in all, I do n’t think it ’s better to go to a store like this, let the people in this store make a profit, I hope he can close down as soon as possible, and let them remember. I have complained two or three times in the end.
I was just there today and decided to order an extra item when I got to the window. The lady told "next time tell me before hand because I have a timer". Excuse me? I'm the customer, I'm paying not you, so if I want something you get it for me. Every time I go there you shouldn't rush me and encourage me to tap because you have a timer. This is why I often go to McDonald's because they are so much nicer and not rude and remind me "of their timer". Also two things, the donut I waited for turned out to be quite hard from the bottom. And there was NO ONE behind me, are you serious. Take my word cause as I was leaving there was a van. Horrible customer service
When I’m craving an Ice Cap or French Vanilla, I don’t not to worry. This Tim Hortons location is the only one I know in Scarborough that is open 24 Hours. Note: If you are planning on dropping by in the early mornings (1am-5am) for baked treats. Come after 3am-4am, that is usually when they start bringing out the new baked treats.
I just experienced the worst service ever, all crews are like working in slow motion, we’re in the line for 20 mins before they tale our orders. And then when i got my food they gave a wrong food. Nice location but the service sucks.
Its a decent 24 hr tims but I found it abnormally cold in there. There's also only one wall socket throughout the entire store so that sucks but otherwise good place with nice people

Drive-through staff need some serious lessons on on basic customer relations/service. Also helps if the staff get your order right the first time; instead of you having to repeat it again at the window. Then you’re forced to wait only to find out that the items you waited for are wrong. You’ll utter to the staff that your items are wrong only to be countered with attitude because you are inconveniencing them for a service they are paid to provide. What a joke.
