There are lots of Tim Horton’s around the city obviously but this one is very pleasant. It all starts with the staff and they look very well organized and knowledgeable.

Visited with my neighbour for a quick lunch after errands and the place was clean and does not look understaffed. Good and drink was done in a timely and efficient manner.

Tried getting a job here and they didn't accept me because of my avaliability when I am a student, so I have limited time. This gave me low self-esteem on getting a job. Never get a job here if you are a student.

For a Tim Hortons it's not bad. The service is very hit or miss depending on the staff. Sometimes it's fairly quick, other times it can take 10+ minutes for a coffee and bagel. Food is standard Tim Hortons food though. Not bad not great but gets the job done when your in a hurry.
The location does have a few different spots to sit and socialize where your not directly next others though which is nice if you want to study or socialize.

Coffee is not good since Wendy's took over. Too many menu options has made service below standard amd longer waits in drive thru. I will not recommend tims and I avoid it unless I need a coffee.

Absolutely one of the worst restuaraunts in canada, and not just tim hortons but this particular one. I think what makes it so special are the employees who stare at you with a blank look like the hamster in their brain has died many years ago from aids.you wait 45 mins for someone to take your order only for them to ignore it and play subway surfer in the back.i hold the canadian esteemed culinary award for most resturaunts tried in north america.that means i am an expert on these types of things, and after many data samples and surveys this place is 0.1/10.my experience here has led to me getting alopecia, and i now look like a old fashioned plain which is the best product that this store produces cause you cannot mess it up because all you have to do is microwave it.

Went to this place On September 3 late at night, I got two quenchers and a bagel. There was one lady working there, and no one else in the drive-through. While I was ordering my stuff she seemed really short with me, generally being impatient. Finally finished ordering after a couple interruptions, and that’s when I noticed she was on the phone, which kind of explained why she was being short with me.

When she opened the window, she gave off the feeling that I was irritating her in someway, and while I was grabbing what I paid for, she wasn’t giving me and my passenger the nicest look (death stare). And once I grabbed the last thing, she immediately shut the window and walk to the back without saying anything.

Then we ended up trying one of the drinks we got, and couldn’t help to notice that it tasted extremely watered down. So we went around to ask for a new one, and yet again, felt like we were just an irritation for her.

Hopefully that was a one time thing, and hopefully she’ll give a little less tude to the next people she serves.

Wow. The absolute worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever had. The layout of this restaurant is ridiculous to begin with, the lineup for the cash register is right inside the door. I asked for a honey crueller donut and a large iced capp with a shot of caramel. After explaining they were out of caramel I said “no worries” and just ordered it without. My friend also got an iced capp but a medium and we ended up with the same amount. The iced capp was also hardly mixed at all and the wrong colour and tasted like something entirely different. The lack of cleanliness in the restaurant was also of note. The workers clearly have no idea what they’re doing which I’m sure is likely a management issue and not so much theirs due to a lack of training. Do not go here.

Last night, at around 7: 30pm we used the drive thru and, we were greeted by, one of the best drive thru employees Tim Hortons has ever hired. He was kind, spoke clearly, and extremely courteous. Sadly, I didn't catch his name but, this employee should be promoted to train and, teach all other employees about proper customer service and etiquette.

Store front service is the worst.they prioritize driver thru so much there’s always a line up out the door.they never have more than one person working the front cash and people are left waiting 20+ minutes for a coffee and a bagel.ridiculous.drive thru service isn’t even better.go to other locations if possible

I waited in line for 25 minutes and only AFTER getting to the window, they said that I could not purchase my iced coffee. I was very disappointed that it was not made clear earlier.this is just one of several bad experiences I've had at this location

In general, this is the slowest Tim Hortons I know. I try not to come to this one, but when I do I end up waiting a very long time every time for the simplest orders. My friend and I wanted to order two iced coffees on the way to class. We ended up waiting half an hour in the drive through then only once we got to the order screen, and said our order, we were told that the computer crashed. They told us to go park and come wait in the line inside to order. They would not take our order at the window even though we had already waited half an hour in line. We ended up just leaving after this but the situation could have definitely been handled better.

If possible, I'd give 0 stars. The staff is rude, they regularly are out of everything and take forever to complete orders. Please treat your customers better.

Worst place ever since the new managers showed up. They keep messing up orders. I've waited 10 minutes for a buttered everything bagel. And had to get them to remake it because they left it on the counter and didn't bother telling anyone. I've also found employees hair in food. They also don't sanitize there hands. Today I watched a manager wipe his hands on his pants 3 times and he immediately pick up meat and put it on a sandwich. The cashiers are clueless when you tell them what you want like there zoned out or in their own world. Dozing off. Wait time before ordering depending on time of day 12-3 10 mins max 4-7 20-30 mins max after 7 the lock the doors when closing is 10 pm. Nobody wheres hair nets or beard nets. 1 star

The slowest Tim Hortons in the city, with terrible order accuracy. If you order on the app be prepared to come in and have nothing be prepared, except for the drinks that are now cold.

U guys Need new staff.
I wait 6 min in drivethrough for my bagel supposed to be everthing bagel double toasted with double butter but they gave me regular toasted with light butter. It was just dry bagel.
I called them they said we were too busy and they havn't got thieir break yet. Thats not our problem ask your manager to put extra staff.
You can take your time but atleast make my food what i asked not just give to the customers like that.
Its not just one time every single time have to wait and something wrong with order.

This place now seems to be closing to walk ins by 7ish and only remain open for drive through

Very bad service, yesterday morning I went inside to order coffee but when one of the crew saw me she started screaming and yelling how you got inside we are close you should go to drive throw, and I was shocked by hearing this rudely speech, because it wasn’t my fault they had no signs to say were close, and they forgot to close the front door. I will never ever go back to this unprofessional place

It's A really very bad customer service, and the coffee and franch vanilla, Its ingredients are not good and not tasty, it's differently from other, brunch!

Avoid this Tim Hortons. The owner and Manager need to learn how to staff! They have 1 person working counter.taking money.making drinks.and running to get things. 8 of them are on drive thru and when the line up is out the door. NOBODY comes to help.the supervisor comes out from the back and tells someone to go on break and then goes back into the back leaving the only person on front counter to serve all these ppl alone. What a great supervisor that is. When I asked the young man on front counter why is nobody helping. I was told they work in drive thru. Great Team work there. This location REALLY NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT TEAMWORK MEANS! Store was MUCH better run when Inderek owned it and Rachael managed it. Inderek should NEVER have given it to his son.he OBVIOUSLY doesn't care about his staff. Less Staff mean less Labor cost meaning more $$ in his pocket.but when you have customers walkout.that costs you too. And if you have no customers you have no business!

Been a couple times and it always takes forever. Took forever to get through drive through. Very slow service and when I finally got to place my order they were out of stock of basic ingredients for breakfast, no hash browns. Bacon is not a substitute

Super unsatisfied with this location.
They overcharged me for food I didn't order nor received and have been waiting to hear from them for 3 months now to issue me a refund.
By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business.
I honestly will not order from this location anymore, if I do order Tims its a different location but I almost always choose starbucks. At least when they mess up an order they have the decency to admit when its wrong and compensate immediately. This is absurd and ridiculous.

I love this Tim Hortons neat the Stone Road. All the associates are friendly and happy to serve you. I always get a warm welcome when I enter and they serve me with a smile. Also the specialty of this Tim is that they always give you tasty drinks. I have had bad coffees in the past from other stores but this one never ceases to impress me. I would suggest everyone to visit this Tim and get a Cafe Mocha which is my favorite drink of all.

I’ve been here a few times now, every time more and more disappointed. They always extremely prioritize drive thru, saw my bagel sit there for a while when all it needed was butter, then found a brown piece of lettuce in it. A week ago I went and the person on cash and handling in store (clearly new) who was really trying to work hard, while the supervisor was talking to their friends and clearly not helping out with the extremely long line.

Difficult when you order using the mobile app, then walk in to pick your order up, and they tell you they're out of what you want. They'll "substitute" because they cannot refund your purchase (because of the mobile app) and then they come back to tell you that what they were going to substitute they are sold out of as well!
There should be a way for the restaurant to refund on a mobile app rather than going through head office and waiting for a reply.

Everything time I go here, they mess up my order. Bought a bagel belt today. It was missing lettuce, tomato and bacon. Instead it had sausage, egg and mayo. Was also burnt. Yesterday I asked for a boston cream and got a chocolate dip. Employees need to know what goes on a sandwich and not put whatever they want on it. Lost a customer today

If its after 5 don't even bother. Wait times consistently above 10 minutes to order. 3 minutes of sitting at the ordering machine with no acknowledgment. And then just a horrid job after not even making it right.

Online mobile order pickup is useless in this branch. Always starts preparing the order after they see me near the pickup window inside store.
Guess what drivethrough has more preference I guess. Drivethrough is busy as hell. Some employees are slow and rude as well.

Been going here for breakfast/coffee here and there for years. Every time I go I keep saying I'm going to write a review and then forget, so this is long overdue!

The speed of service here is outstanding. I've been going here for almost 5 years and I can count on one hand the number of times I've had a long wait, despite the fact that it's always busy. You get to the window in a very short time, and you don't even have time to put your card away before they're handing you your food. Never had any issues with this location and always know I can count on it being a quick process. Keep up the great work!

The girl on nights on drive thru window at 10pm was really nice and polite. I just ordered a lemonade raspberry slushy best one I've ever had and I order them often. This girl deserves a raise!

Large location with organized staff who were very kind. I live in the United States and we have Timmy's in the US, but I will say that the Canadian Timmy's are better and this one is no exception. The honey crullers here are light, lush and sweet. Yet another thing that Canada does better than the US.

Every time I have gone here something gets messed up and they are not nice, expect one person, Today January 7 2020 every time we go to get a steeped tea they say we don’t have enough when my sister was working there and they only had half a pot she would make sure she started a new one so that they are never out now most of all the Tim hortons don’t do this and you have to wait for ever to get a tea even.

Worst service I have ever recieved. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a pinched croissant. Waited 10 min to get it. Only to see they didn't have pinched croissants and instead of telling me and asking what I want instead just threw it on whatever they felt like. No apologies or anything.

Waited for 10 minutes to get sausage with processed cheese slices on toasted pinched croissant. I find out it wasn't what I asked for, they gave me a regular croissant not toasted and it had cream cheese on it because she didn't change her gloves after making the previous order. They didn't have what I asked for and they just decided to put it on something else without even asking me, and I was standing right there.
