I ordered an XL coffee with 2 milk and 2 sugars. It was expertly made and tasted way better than I remember Tim's being years ago.

Manager doesn’t know how to keep the restaurant staffed or the kitchen stocked.
Always missing something in the kitchen, can’t remember the last time I ordered something from this location without issue.
Dine in area regularly closed due to staffing issues.
Awful.

J’ai commandé un café large et j’ai trouvé que la tasse qu’il n’était pas remplit comme si je prenais un moyen mais je paie pour un large. C’est la 2 eme fois

Been drinking tim Horton's coffee here in Orleans for almost 20 years now
At every location
But this one always gets my coffee wrong.

A double double has two creams and two sugars
But they can't seem to figure it out here

I'm really disappointed in this Tim Hortons they literally set up a first interview a second interview I went out I got hired and then all of a sudden I get fired when I haven't even started and I spent money on their non-slip shoes and a black T-shirt and then I get a call from Steve which is the manager of 2311 Saint Joseph where does Tim Hortons is located and he literally fired me for no reason

Worst service ever, I went in, no one at the the cash counter and I waited for few minutes, they saw me still no one came to take the order. He was standing there doing nothing but still didn’t came to take the order. Why you hire these kind of losers those who don’t know how to do their job?

They really need to step up their Productivity on preparing the right items for orders… I have always had a bad experience when ordering with them. They always forget to pack, at least one or two items on the purchase…. Not happy at all, and will not go there again.

Spent $10 on 2 Lrg Roasted Hazelnut cold brews, to find out they were completely sour! Also got my Fiance the Chicken wrap, she got food poisoning instantly! Will never go there again.

I went inside the restaurant to order as the drive thru was busy. I was the only one in line. No one was at the cash. There were approximately four to five employees behind the counter working the drive thru. Two employees looked at me, didn't say anything, and continued working. In three minutes while waiting, not one person acknowledged me or told me they are busy and it would just be a moment. I was totally ignored. I left and I will actively avoid this location in the future. This is one of at least a few similar incidents at this location and this is the last straw. I hope that they are able to retrain their employees some basic courtesy.

I ordered on ubereats and clearly your staff don’t know how to read. How does one mess up a chili soup with a chicken noodle soup. It’s literally on your ticket. I don’t have time or coverage to get a new meal. Thanks for nothing.

I just bought my strawberry creamy chill from the front counter. I really liked the customer service and it was perfectly made. Thank you.

Service was so slow before, now its getting better. Employees over all are good, but one employee today had a bad attitude toward me because one of the big order I made fell down through the window. Doesn't matter if it was my fault or her fault, I didn't hear any apology as a customer.
The culture of apology should exist in this kind of places.

A basic Tim's. I wish they would designate more staff to take care of the walk in customers. Priority is given to drive thru but it is like that at all locations.

Confirmed Covid Case at this location with an employee on July 29 2020. I was told that the store was closed due to the tills not working but after reaching out with parents of other employees there I found out that the store is now closed because of a positive covid case that the owner was trying to keep quite in order to not lose money.

How are you a tim Hortons without donuts.
Two days this week I was there and there were no donuts.why open?

Used the drive thru for breakfast. Quick service, accurate assembly and fresh made with no need to reheat in the microwave. Friendly people too.

Busy place. Would've got my food faster via drive though then inside. Ordered breakfast and the girl didn't even say it was ready had me waiting almost 10 min for 2 sandwiches

Not busy which is unusual for a Tim's, selection of donuts and muffins was small but lots of room to sit

Nicely renovated - New chairs, bar stools, tables, counter top + colour.

The display case is no longer on a angle it is now more flat to be even with the wall.

All of these small changes makes a big difference to each of these coffee shop.

Very disappointed with this location. Every time I choose this location, today or night, I always have to wait. The catch is, that there never are people in line in front of me. The staff is more preoccupied socializing than serving their customers. Today, I found out, that Tim Hortons ran out of Fresh Coffee. I had to wait while coffee was being brewed. If the staff was more organized, and socialized a little less amongst each other, maybe coffee would be brewing before they actually ran out. If they had a minus star rating, I would rate them as -5.

How does Tim Hortons run out of coffee, go see for yourself at the St-Joseph/ Orleans blvd location.

Out of a lot of stuff and this location always has stale, gross hashbrowns. But thanks to the cashier! She was great.

Tim Horton's is getting a bit tired. Same old boring donuts.same lousy coffee with 18% cream. Nothing much ever changes in this place.

No garbage cans in the drive-through, there's litter everywhere. I know it's the fault of people throwing their garbage, but maintain your property because your business attracts a mess, and it's going to blow to other areas. Made me sad, so did my gross chocolate chip muffin, but kid at the window was friendly (whoever took my order wasn't lol)

Very slow when in-store. Poor lady at the cash is going as fast as she can but is almost always alone and I can't help but notice that consistently there are some people idling behind her, I come in here almost every morning and notice this. Need more people helping customers in-store!

Nice renovated location, trying to resemble the mc cafe and Starbucks feel with modern design style and bold contrasting colors.

The morning staff are nice and prompt. My 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches were on point the 3 days I placed orders there. I am pleased with the service and tidy location.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. Multiple terrible experiences, including very rude staff members.

Usually friendly staff and usually the food is what you asked for. On occasion I have experienced the opposite but not bad enough to make a complaint.

First the lady just left a bagel without saying anything, I thought it was mine and when I opened it, it wasn't. She gave me another one with a bad attitude and as I tried it, almost no cream cheese and the presentation was terrible. I brought it back and left the store. I will never come back again.
