Tim Hortons

Cashier was so rude. Gave attitude and didn’t even give us our order. We waited 20 minutes for nothing. She was too busy talking and gossiping with others or to herself. I will never come back here again. Worst place ever! Happened this hour (4pm, 1/19/24). She also was extremely mean.

Management, do something!

Very busy on a Friday afternoon so almost no seats. The cashier at 4: 00 PM rolled her eyes at me when she didn’t hear my order my first time. Rude!

The most dirty tim hortons of the city there are people standing outside selling from cars food right beside the tim hortons entrance. This place is bad the public health should go there

It's Tim Hortons, so the food/drinks are standard quality, but the staff are poorly trained and rude, refuse refunds on kiosk orders when they screw up, and have roaches. I once waited 15 mins for a single drink and saw multiple people being served before me, all because they prioritzed sweeping over refilling the drink machine during a rush. Today, i ordered a chili with shredded cheese and two employees couldn't figure out what that ment, reading the order, and had to ask me, after taking 10 mins on a chili and tea biscuit. I was also the only one in line at the time and saw a cockroach crawling above the hot food station, including on untensils. When I pointed it out, the staff just made a grossed out face then went back to making food right below it.

The bathrooms at this place allow for 1-3 occupants. They include stalls in both the mens and womens washrooms but a urinal only in the mens. This may be considered sexist but I'm not sure what that means anymore. Fresh water from the automatic taps in the washrooms allow for easy hand washing and/or drinking water if you do that whole thing when you cup your hand and quickly drink from it before it goes all over your shirt. Soap dispensers are filled 70% of the time. Seating at this Tim Hortons is usually clean but sometimes have greasy sticky remnants of its previous occupants. Not too unlike the toilet seats. Speaking of which the bathrooms are free to use for customers and non-customers. Roughly sized as 8×8 - 9x9 spaces and they are comfortable to use. The toilets use plastic seating so they are never too cold on the buttocks. Big bonus is they don't have those people at the exit door of the washroom with a tray of perfume and cologne asking for a tip. Those people are super inconvenient because I never have change and they don't take credit. I do sometimes take a gum piece or some paper towels from them without tipping. It makes me feel like a monster but they did it to themselves.

Overall acceptable bathrooms and fantastic service.

Hi. I have expereinced very bad. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a ice coffee. Never visiting again there. Very very very bad experience. I will not recommend someone to visit there.

Even though there was a long line due to customer volume. There was one girl I forgot her name but she was on fire directing staff to the right place to speed up the service. She was fantastic and I mentioned to her how happy I was with her. Definitely 1 of a kind employee. Thank you. Maybe Shanica? A girl with curly hair (if that helps)

Literally got told the staff don't put spreads on the bagels because basically their too lazy when all of the other stores do it

When I ask why don't they do it it was because it was store policy & I asked why is that the policy and they couldn't even give me an explanation (absolute terrible unethical company) to its staff and customers

The items on the menu are never available and they always try to force you to take donuts as substitute. Sandwiches/ wraps are not prepared properly and when you ask for a refund they refuse to give you and lie saying only customer service can issue refunds and you should contact customer service.

I contacted customer service like the employee informed me to and customer service reps stated only the store employees can process refunds since it was an in store order. Ive never seen a company refuses to give a customer back their money when they no longer have the goods available.

Just stay away from this location!

I was there this morning picking up Uber eats and the lady and the rest of the employee was very rude and didn’t bother giving me the order to do my delivery and yell at me.

I ATE AT THIS PLACE AND I GOT FOOD POISONING SO BAD I THREW UP 5 TIMES! WE ORDERED THE GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD. THANKS A LOT TIM HORTONS I LOVE BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. (That last part was sarcastic.)

The girl working there told me that there is no washroom at all but there is washroom available, i even confirmed that from customers reviews. I guess she meant there is no washroom for me because she don't like me maybe, for no reason at all. The staff needs to be professional and shouldn't think that it's their home. It belongs to everyone equally since we are customers and they're employees and each person has right to use the washroom. Most importantly, you can't play games with customers.worst tim hortens. May god give them some manners.

One of the weirdest interactions from the person serving no sense of urgency with attitude as well.seems like she needs supervision lots chatting no production

Pick up.orders does not make any sense for the staff. You still have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes bcz staff is not making pickup orders.

Seating is still closed and the staffs are so rude. I had a terrible experience with unprofessional staffs. It’s way below Tim standard.

Some staff are poŕfinsal well some are week at their job i dont judge but they the staff who dosent do very well needs more training but its a fine tim hortons i never experince attudie from any workers here

I ordered a sandwich and was waiting so i decided to take a seat. The lady told me i couldn't sit and there was literally no one there. She prefer i stand and wait.

Most pathetic place ever seen, staff is not cooperative and gives irrelevant excuses like shortage of staff and told us to line up again as they were not prepared with our order on time.

I went in like 6: 30 to purchase a steep tea.i guess it was close to closing. As a employee was sweeping the floor and the shelves (where all the muffin, donut and all those baking treats) with the same dirty broom.
Tried to complain to a manager. I was told not at work. Stomach so sick seeing this.
Tha is my last take out food. Nasty nasty.

It was busy, there was a long que, friendly staff, but we couldn't find most of the items in the self order kiosk.

Good experience with COVID guidelines being followed. The service delivery time is average. Good place near the mall

Honestly it's a great little Timmies staff seem friendly and typically if there is a line it moves quickly. They are taking safety precautions due to covid as they should and overall everything you'd expect from a Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is my everyday fixer upper, the prices are affordable and they're always on point respecting the social distancing guidelines.

Worse location I ever go, staff (disrespectful) no rule no laws. Open mall entrance but want you to go out from next door to stay in line even you want to wait for your turn (suggest them to close one entrance but I they refuse to serve.
Worst customer service they deserve not even a single star (I can’t post my review without)
Please avoid the location if you don’t wanna ruined your mood for the day

The line was long and is usually long Sunday morning. They were fast, accurate and food was hot! Great job guys

Extremely busy place. They replace seats with self-order screens that nobody uses. They screwed up my order the few times I come in. They aren’t organize to handle the amount of customers.

Experience here was okay but it's a tim hortons that's often filled with people. One worker was rude. People spend a lot time here waiting for orders. Not the best Tim's it's an alright one

The Supervisor made an exception to an older man on a cane who couldn't stand in line. I had to bring the supervisor the order and money as he couldn't do it because he was helping the staff. WT? Well at least he made the exception. The poor man was calling for help to the people behind the counter and everyone ignored him except for the customers.

Good service.puts disability and elderly first always smiling.fresh donuts every thing labeled correctly. This tims is run lije a well oiled machine and the people look happy and enjoy what they do

Unbelivable.awful experience.
This morning around 11: 15, I was there with my friend for a coffee. An employee was very rude and arrogant to clients and collegue employees. Unbelievable!
I asked the rude young black woman a name.she didn't tell me her name but asked my name three times and I told her my name three times and she never tell me her name.
I called a manager, and another lady said that she is the manager. Aha, Manager! That was the reason why she was so rude to everyone.
You need a manager to handle problems not to make any problems.

This is my go-to Tim Hortons for my quick morning commute coffee grab. I use the Tim Hortons app so I just have to pull up and wait by the mobile pick up area. There can be a bit of a wait depending on the number of staff/customets on hand but it's always worth it. I try to time my oder so the items are there waiting for me. Regular staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a fairly busy location and had walk through access to Sheridan Mall. The fron door area can get a little crowded when the customer line up gets past the fron door and blends into the pick up lineup. Sheridan. Mall has a large parking lot so there is always a space usually within the first two rows closest to the stores in the morning. The staff occasionally seem disorganized at working together and communicating to get things done. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all day.

Over crowded in the mornings s cashiers 1 take cash the other debit. Not much space for line ups very poor

They close at 10pm but their bagel bar is closed by 8: 30 so I couldn't get my toddler a sandwich?

The worst service ever. We were placing the order at 10.10 pm for 5 drinks. First of all, she repeated the order 3 times (drive-thru). After waiting 10 minutes we got to the window (slow service). We asked for 2 raspberry lemonade and they gave us the regular lemonade so we asked them to replace it they got the raspberry lemonade without the lemonade shot and just the raspberry and the slush. So as we corrected them that this doesnt have any lemonade, the supervisor argued with us that she did put lemonade with us. We went inside the store (10.35 i know because i have snapchat stories) so we dont hold up the line any longer. When we got there the supervisor didnt even come talk to us she went inside and got us talking to someone else. When we asked them to please replace our drink we cant hold up any longer we need to go, They told us they dont have anymore lemonade. The same thing the supervisor argued that she did put in our drink. WORST SERVICE EVER.got our refund for two lemonades with no apology. I have wasted more than 30 minutes of my life just be careful before going to this place

Really great service for a Tim Hortons. I'm surprised at how quick they actually are at this one.

Grabbed a breakfast sandwich with my husband at Sheridan Mall in North York (Toronto) and after eating half I look and there's a hair in my food. I go to tell them and I got all attitude and and disrespect from the employees. If you want a good Tim Hortons to go to DO NOT go to this one.
