Simply the worst Tim Hortons in Canada, I've been there 3 times and the 3 times the service was terrible, the worst quality.

I'd rather drive a longer distance than go back to that place.

A note to the owners: the manager screams and treats the employees very badly, co-workers who have been there for a longer time do not help newcomers.

Canada is full of tim hortons at every other intersection you may find one. But the vibe at west dr and queen; is exceptional. Especially, ravjot named employee made my day flourish with ceramal iced coffee.

I experienced worst drive thru service from Prabhjot Kaur. She needs to understand Tim Hortons is not doing charity, customer is paying for the food and she’s getting paid for her job.
She was so confused n aggressive while taking order (Drive through screen was showing different coffees
, I was ordering, so I repeated multiple times n still ended up getting wrong coffee & wrong bagel)

I ordered chicken cravables. The chicken was not cooked properly and they kept me waiting very long for my order.

Long time in queue
prefer not to visit this location specially if u going to work because getting late 100% sure if u think u can grab cup of coffee before.

Very slow service. Either the owner is putting fewer employees, or the employees are no quick in providing service. They don't even call for customer even if their food is ready to pick up at the counter

The employee was very rude and messed up with the order and refused to help at the window from drive through.

I was at this location twice.my order was made wrong.this morning the girl her name was param who served me.she was super rude to begin with.when i asked my reward point to be scanned.and then she gave me wrong coffe.i asked her twice is that double double she said yes.i knew my order was wrong.i was running late for my work half way around i could even come back.they ruined my morning.manager need to do something about this.parm was super rude and does not know how to deal with customer.im extremely disappointed.

Went to drive through to get some soup and they handed it to me while it was leaking.
Spilled all over me and my car. Workers didn’t see that before handing to customer very disappointed.

People in the store don’t know how to talk and serve the customers. Worst experience ever being on tim hortons.

Worst service of night staff made me wait for 15 minutes just for 2 cups of steep tea. They were tooo slow not professional…. They don’t pay attention to customers and just talking to each other worst tim hortons

This store takes the orders wrong, always in rush and hangs up on you when you complain. Very poor customer service. The management should take action.

I buy my breakfast from Timhorton everyday but this location didn’t let me use their washroom saying they lost the key. And they didn’t allow me use any of them. That is terrible. Or why they don’t put notice saying they lost the key? The thing is they don’t want to clean the washroom and being lazy that’s it. Very disappointing.

Went through drive thru and it's a very tight squeeze. Employee didnt seem very pleasant. Food was as expected.

I wish I had option to give zero star. I asked egg and cheese (just no meat) farmer’s wrap. This is what they gave. No lettuce and tomatoes even the wrap is not grilled properly. I hate to waste food. But this I have to through in garbage. Waste of food and waste of money.

Filthy and unprofessional staff, food counter and grill looked like they had never been cleaned. Disgusting environment to say the least.

Went out for a coffee with my family, had a great experience with the store. Staff member Dakshvir helped us out with great lunch options. Will visit again soon.

Worstest ever tim in canada so far i ordered chai tea it felt and smelled like ink. I seriously thought IS IT EVEN TIM HORTONS. I ADORE tim but this branch experience was DISAPPOINTING.

Excellent customer service. I work close by and go there almost daily. I have always recieved warm and friendly service. My orders have been perfect. Excellent management and staff. Thank you.

We came in to grab coffee and doughnuts around 12: 08 AM.
The washroom was closed off and we asked the lady if they were opening because we had to use the washroom. She said yes they will open they have to clean them.
My mother in law has a medical condition and she asked the lady after 10 mins if the washroom will be open soon because she really had to go.
The lady said there are chemicals on the toilet so she cannot go in.
We are still sitting here and the time is now 12: 50 AM. The store is empty and they ate continuing to clean the counters and display cases.
No one has gone in to clean the washrooms and knowing we have to use them, we are paying customers who would like to use the washroom. I didn't know that you had to leave chemical sit on a toilet for an hour.

Thankfully your neighbour's jack astors were kind enough to let us use the washrooms without having to buy something.

Very frustrated customer.

Just ordered a sandwich egg girl at the till missed the egg, when the lady making the sandwich heard me say "egg was included" she ignored the order.while I stand there, finally the girl at the till has to come an add egg.
The tims person making the sandwich should be fired.
I am an every day tims customer, over $50 a week on my tims card
I will take a break from all tims.

The staff are stellar! Always cheery and accommodate every request! One thing though.ive reached out a few times regarding employment for my son who is trying to get into the location as his first job with no response

Inattentive, slow and indifferent. Placed a large order, the cashier didn't tell anyone for 15 minutes, therefore caused me to be late for a meeting with 15 people. Used to be much better. Last time we use this location.

One of the best tim locations I have been to. Great and quick customer service. All the people working are really polite and friendly. Good and clean environment. I always have a great experience when I come here.

Love this place they always give you what you ask for. I've never got a wrong order from here. I love my ice coffee and my daughter loves tea.

Rude. Poor service. I regularly see them yell at customers.

Everytime i go have to wait for so long. Lack of leadership and communication. They just put new comers alone in front amd they take so much time. Not properly trained. But their food and coffee is good.

Staff is not maintaining food safety guidelines, he cleaned machine in front of with wet towel, and served my drink without changing his gloves, i refused the drink than he made new ice cap without gloves even without washing hands, He slides the drink in front of me with anger, staff need more training and have to learn work place rules, poor staff and customer service.

Hope corporate office sees this and takes an appropriate action. One of the worst Tim Hortons i have ever been to. Filthy, stinky overall. The food was old. Chicken was burnt, old and hard like rock. I threw up after eating couple bites of chicken strips. Never going back here. I wouldn't recommend this location. I really wanted to go back and ask the person whoever packed it to eat it themselves.

Had an offer on the app for two wraps for $6 I go to pay the cashier tells me almost $20 I said I ordered only two she insisted I order 3. They gave cash back I said she gotta pay attention on the orders. Someone I was leaving said SHUT UP! I stopped and I said I heard that! They all got silent.

The management shows a clear lack of leadership and skills required to keep this location running. Staff ignore messes and spills for days on end. Pictures show a cup and spill over a week old. Washrooms still have the mess from night before. The owner of this location should clean house and restaff the entire place.

Both male and female Washroom door was locked by staff and the girl on the counter was smiling 20 april evening best location

Horrible service. I ordered and they clearly repeated my order but when I went to the window they didn’t give half the things I ordered then continued to tell me to go back around the drive through, please hire better staff, very disappointed waste of my time

Stop using people's points without asking. Serve people at the window instead of waving it around in the parking lot while the vehicle is still at the window. 15 people behind the counter and no one knows wth they doin

Usually fairly quick. Sometimes they don't have what I want. Otherwise a fairly good experience.

Well! To begin with worst customer service not everyone just the one girl we talked to. We always respect the Tim Horton workers as they work really hard. The girl in the evening shift she really needs training on how to deal with customers. Her tone was so rude like we were there for free food. She needs to learn how to respect people. Thank you again for worst service.

Drive through service attendant Wednesday April, 13. @3: 45pm. Attendant " sir I took your order". " You didn't order a TripleTriple" ME.but I did it's what I drink. I know I did, you obviously didn't hear me. So can I have my coffee "sir you have to back in the drive thru line and reorder the coffee". "We are on a timer, we can't take orders from the window"**** Tim Hortons please start recording these drive thru conversations! ****
I'm sorry, are you serious? Window closed in face. Wow okay. Went and waited in line again. Absolute zero customer service experience obviously, I had say something because I know it will happen to someone else. I guess customers have zero value here. Good job Tim Hortons

Rude workers. Pathetic customer service! Kept on asking for my coffee after payment and they all kept ignoring. I had to raise my voice and one of them started mocking me.

Never have anything. Way more worried about how fast their going rather then getting correct orders. Would rather argue then just give you the order u paid for.

Just got through the drive-through at this Tim Hortons, No other vehicles behind and I ordered bacon belt on an everything bagel, double toasted, lightly buttered and cut in half.
I received an everything bagel lightly toasted not buttered not cut in half.
Since there was no one behind me I pointed it out to the very polite young lady at the window, She offered me a knife to cut it in half myself then I told her that it also needed to be buttered please.
They then took the bagel cut the top portion of the sandwich and returned it to me unbuttered and not really cut in half.
I then return the sandwich to them and went inside to pay again for my original order. SMH.
Had some pretty ugly Timmies experiences but this is byFAR the most ridiculous.

Go there often, but this particular time, had bad customer service experience. Just because I used app to order front desk pick up for food and drink instead of drive through by mistake.not that place was busy or long line of customers waiting. No problems with food or drink, usual consistency.

They have the best tim hortons coffee ever. I drive 15mins to come here and get my coffee I dont know how they make it but I hope all tim hortons make there coffee like this location.

They have pretty fast service, but I have always been disappointed in their bagels. I find it that they either put too little cream cheese or that it has an off taste to it as if it's expired. Other than that, I have had no issues.

Worst tim horton service.the lady who was on shift at 4: 23 at 9 jan was really harsh.the potato wedges was tottaly cold.when i asked her she started arguing with me. Please donot come at this place. I was at the drive through. They even make wrong cofee. Really bad experience will never come to this tim again in my life and recommend people also dont come at this place.

Hi the service was terrible I spoke to the so called supervisor her name was rooklyn I believe, she told me there’s no fresh food I can’t get fresh food I can return it if I want with a lot of attitude she very bad customer service won’t come over there again

Visited this tim horton today (jan8) around 11: 15 am. I order chai tea and crispy chicken sandwich. They gave me my drink without sugar and there were no napkins in the what a unprofessional staff they have.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through to order a coffee, and was told that restaurant is closed when car reached speaker. They did the same with five more cars infront of me but kept everyone waiting for no reason.

Not good service ordered on mobile app still had to wait for 29 mins just for 1 Bagle and 2 croissants and still they messed up with this simple order.croissants were pressed like paper asked for butter but 1 came with no butter. Very disappointed.

Worst Tim Hortons!
I bought 6 pack assorted donuts with Tim’s coupon and after billing and packing they said they have to charge additional for specialty donuts which was not mentioned. I cancelled my order and they were keeping the packed donuts back with the fresh donuts. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Worst customer service! Steep tea is the worst of all.

Tim Horton's has moved to far outside what made them great.
Used to be coffee and donuts and now they are try to be a full service restaurant but can't pull it off.
Drive thru takes forever because staff are overwhelmed.
When you do get to order they are out of almost everything.
The best is when you go around 9 or 10 at night and can't get a donut or a sandwich.

Came here for a medium black coffee, left feeling great and boosted! Went to the hockey rink soon after to play a game of hockey. Didnt win but I felt like Mackinnonn on the ice, lit the lamp twice and even celly'd too. Felt like a million bucks, thanks Tim's, I owe that feeling and lamp lighting to you

I work right next to this place and go before and or after work as I drink alot of coffee. But this is the slowest Tim's I have ever been too I don't drive and have to walk in and I can clearly see 3-5 people working on drive though orders while there is one person taking and making orders for front.

To add to how little they care about customers in the front often if I go late at night 11-1am It can take 10-15 minutes for someone to take my order I have walked out many times because I see people drive into the drive through and then drive out before they have talked to me.

Pretty decent location and the staff are really friendly especially that nice India girl Satwinder just a very warm smile and kind quality, unlike some other locations.

This Tim Horton's is pretty awful, the wait time for your food is by far the longest compared to other locations and when the food is done most times looks like it was made with their eyes closed.

I work in the plaza for about 5 years now and the service has always been slow, especially the drive thru. Also if you give them large orders they seem to forget at least one thing each time which I never have time to go back to get it. Most of the staff are really nice although there is a handful of them that look miserable all the time.
