Tim Hortons

This location has become very very dirty compared to 10 years ego. (The current owner is the problem) The new owner doesn’t care for cleaning this place. There is water leaking everywhere in washrooms and doors and walls annd sink are very dirty. It hasn’t been cleaned for many years.despite the covid situation they don’t care about cleaning compared to 10 years ego.

Honest truth very dirty location.tables washrooms are deplorable.cashiers overcharge you and do not give proper change.and no receipt even if you ask
3 employees laughing at women that was not happy with something.racist remarks coming from employees there are a lot of places to get a coffee but I won't step foot in this one.i used to go to this location frequently for a few years now.but over the last 3 -4 years i see how often people have trouble with cashiers and workers nd orders.there is no way this location is a 5 I don't believe it.

They need to hire more ppl for 6 am and manager needs to be on the floor helping them out instead seating in the back ….

It's a Tim Hortons where I buy my coffee, tea and muffins as long as they have those I am satisfied

This Review is about the Employment at this location. It is one of the worse places you will end up working if you do not know the languages they speak, which is Bengali, Punjabi or Hindi. If you cannot speak any one of these languages you will not be included in the internal groups they have. Which means they are biased towards others and you will end up not getting and shifts and eventually they will make you quite even if you do not want to.

They didn't have the coffee I wanted and I had to order something else. Also the amount of homeless people outside begging for money makes the place look unappealing.

Has good service. They won't argue or be defensive with you when something wrong was done will jist make u a new one. Bit i would say even if ppl r nice they overall like many other tims they need to realize attention to detail a little bit more like not just handing u out the jam and peanut butter on the side if u want in in ur bagel its just one knife swipe for them but for a person on the go is impossible and very discouraging to ever come back ever again for a bagel if service is not part of it n included. Also not every body who can only wants whole wheat can eat seeds multigrain. Allot of ppl can see all the seeds on there n have allergies too so please offer whole wheat bagels without seeds

I have been a regular customer at the 1094 Bloor Street West location for many years. I placed an order through the mobile app and went to pick it up at 6: 21am, it wasnt ready. I asked the employee and she told me that i didnt confirm the payment then demanded that i show the receipt. After i showed her that the order was placed at 6: 12am and had the ready for pick up at 6: 17 she told me to wait. I was upset and requested her to simply make the coffee she snapped at me. I told her that the order not being fulfilled wasnt my problem her response was "its not my problem either" she made the coffee and slammed it on the counter. This employee has been consistiently rude to other customers on a regular basis since ive started going there. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed properly.

Overall it's good. Employees are polite and responsive.

Very hot location on Bloor st W.
Just one block East of Dufferin Station and Dufferin Street.
Street paid parking available.
Large facility, many chairs tables set for sitting.
Good professional staffing.
Nice clean washroom.
Long operating hours, closing late night at 11 PM.

Nice and polite staff, clean place just wish my bagel wasn't as burned overall I will come back

Bad service.cashier took my money didn't wash her hands moved the garbage can out of the way to serve milk into a now dirty coffee cup and before she put coffee in it I just had to remind her to was her hands and give me a new cup, be aware on how people are handling your food.

I always get frustrated with this location. So many mornings they only have 2 people working with long lines. There should always be at least 3 people working. One to tend the register, one making coffees and one to take care of food. So when only 2 people are working and someone makes a large order, no one is working the register because they have to leave their post to get the coffees, which makes the line get longer and slower. It happens way more then it should. So either they have employees that don't show up for their shift or the manager doesn't provide the help that is needed. Either way it's unprofessional.

A male Karen was shouting at the workers. I helped defuse the situation. DONT EVER treat anyone like that. Let alone someone who is serving you

I went to place the order for farmers wrap that was shown on our mobile app offers.one lady was taking our order and she suggested the customized wrap with hash browns as we do not eat meat and egg. After one lady (Sajjadh) came and said no u cant do like this.its not our policy and she was sweeping and came.she didn’t even wash her hands.she interrupt the cashier and start taking order.so, i feel not to come here if we are not satisfied.

This Tim Hortons is one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever been in. On onet1 occasion there seemed to be 3 to 4 employees being trained at the same time resulting in lengthy waits for customers. On another occasion 2 staff seemed to be on a break at the same time, walking around in total confusion with one staff doing cash and preparing orders.

I went in to purchase a small tea for my mom, Robin the cashier took my order. Once I paid, he went to make the tea (no gloves on and didn’t wash his hands), I watched him grab the tea by the bag rather than the label and I kindly asked him to make it again because I didn’t feel comfortable with him touching the bag and not the label. With the WORST attitude he said why? How am I supposed to make the tea without touching the bag? I politely said you shouldn’t be making the tea by touching the bag.please grab the label. He said he always makes it this way and no one else has an issue. He got upset and told his colleagues to make the tea, and he started to speak in his own language making me feel very uncomfortable. I have been coming to this location since they have opened and I have NEVER experienced such horrible service. It’s a pandemic, he could have at least had some respect. Please ensure you’re implementing effective health and safety training and BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

If you enjoy croissants as stale as a dad joke - you’ve gone to the right place. Don’t like croissants? The bagels are also like bricks.

The washrooms here need to be cleaned and sanitized more frequently. Otherwise it's a regular Tim Hortons; most of the donuts are freshest in the mornings or early afternoon

Staff are great, service is fast at this location.coffee is always good my favorite. Love there sandwich also fresh.

While other Tim Hortons allow “guest” to use the restrooms, this one doesn’t! Telling the guests that they can’t let guests/customers use the restrooms due to “company’s policies” for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

This location is dirty, slow. Tim's overall as a company has slipped into a dated institution offering poor value for money. Quality of products have plummeted over the years. For the life of me I don't know why I gave this company my business for so long.

The few times I have been to this Tim I am impressed by the diversity that I have seen in there. I am also impressed by how they allowed few homeless people to get some warm and rest while most other Tims chase them away.

Soup/chili & sandwich selection is scarce late at night (& sometimes non-existant), even during the colder winter months when many people would welcome a warm meal in the wee hours of the night (it's like this at pretty much any Timmies throughout the GTA & beyond. Definitely not the same Tim Hortons that we all grew up with, especially here in Canada where the company was founded. My, how times have changed, & NOT for the better)

Soups are great but the plastic spoon is sharp cut the inside of my 4 yr old cheek-mouth. Spoons need to be replaced.

Pretty useless for a Tim hortons that's 24hs what's the point if all they have is bagels and coffee at 3am? Just dont open you're doors if you dont even have a menu available.

This is a big Tim Hortons with a good amount of staff, fast turn around on orders. Has a washroom which you do not need a key to get into.
