The staff working at night there was two girls they look like Punjabi’s, i don’t no who give them jobs they were doing discrimination between customers, rules are same for everyone people learn from there mistakes i request to management to give warning to them for doing discrimination.

The order takes a lot of time
But it takes a lot of time to place the order
Standing and laughing, talking to each other

Take an open time and come here

I do mobile order every morning when i leave my house. Still has to wait 10-15 minutes at the counter to get my order

Every morning when I order a bagel they always say “let me check if we have it” so they can make it so when I get to the window I spend no time there. They get graded on how long people spend at the window. One day I ignored them and just went to the window and the lady at the window cussed me out and told me to follow instruction. Crazy, just move faster

The service here is not good we ordered a long time ago and didn’t get our order even the customer next to us had there order. Really poor service.

Staff literally don’t care about cleaning. There was not even one clean table. I was going to dine in but had to because of this.

I’d say this Tim’s location is one of the worst locations I had ever seen. I ordered slow cook chicken wrap. After having 2 bites, I further unwrapped my wrap till half way and noticed there fungus sticked to the wrap. This is one of the most disgusting thing I could ever imagine. I mean the employees are literally working with closed eyes and not checking if wrap is edible or not. I went back and complained and they changed my wrap but this is error could have been avoided if they work with their eyes open.

Disgusting customer service when I asked for less ice in my quencher instead of that i got less quencher and was just like half cup quencher …. Will not recommend this place. …. I visited here because it is near to my house but from next time I’m okay to drive few miles more but for sure will not visit here again ever

The experience always stays great with this location and the staff is also great and they deal perfectly with their customers.

Worst drive through experience, slowest service, wonder if there's floor manager there to control things. Seems Franchise owner is least concerned. Hopeless place

They are so rude.even though they didn't make the food good and their reason was that they are busy.i mean if u r busy don't take the order.specially the morning staff

Gr8 service.the hostess was nice and place buzzing with orders.liked the way the girls were preparing their orders.and tell you what with so many orders pouring in.you ought to make mistakes.

O ordered 2 iced caps and i was served half a proportion and they didnt even gave white cream as i selected on app. The worst service i would have been given 0 stars for it

Slow service but as usual best food in Canada! Why don't we have Tim Hortons here in USA? I will prefer this over Starbucks any time. Its affordable as well. Their refresher drinks are worth trying in hot weather specially watermelon drink. They need to improve the service lobby was almost empty all employees were busy on drive through (5 to 6 employees)

Poor Customer Service.drive thru lady yelled on us because I asked for another cup for which I was ready to pay and gave me lame excuse that it for environment safety, what if i bought 4 coffees then how she served me without a cup. Her tone and the way to talk with a customer was ridiculos.

I ordered double double regular coffee around 9 morning.
It was very very cold like ice water.
They gave me raw bagel.
Service was horrible and the cashies was very rude.
Wasted money here.
I recommened never drink eat anything here.

I never get anything complicated and my drinks are always on point lately. I also like the fact the repeat my order ans ask if we want to scan for rewards. Good job staff!

Ordered an extra large. Got the extra large - with a large cup inside.

Guess they got the size wrong the first time. Could have just poured the coffee from the wrong cup into the right cup and topped it up.

The drive thru couldn't understand a simple order. 2 people kept on switching thier headsets and we kept talking to two people.neither of them able to understand a simple order

In 2 months, Out of four orders they gave 2 order wrong. Asked for chocolate tim bits but when came home found mix Tim bits. Buy chocolate croissant but the gave blueberry muffin. Both time went back to get correct items. Not going back. …. Again

Worst customer service experience here, couple of times they got my order wrong on a drive-through, I ordered bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a chicken sandwich (I am a vegetarian bdw). When I ordered through the dine-in, lady at the counter was so rude, she was literally shouting at me for taking the order, never saw something like this elsewhere. Tim Hortons at-least give a basic etiquette and customer facing training to employees after hiring. They cannot talk to customers like they talk to someone in prison.

Good service, great staff, insane lunch rush cause of the local schools but they handle it like champs.

Worst Tom Hortons. Ordered bagel with herb and garlic and they forgot to put it and next when I asked them about it they said I should hav e open it up and charged for the bagel I ordered and the bagel they gave me was even worst. Don’t recommend this to anyone!

Unfortunately i have it a star but really they don’t deserve it. People are Hungary thats why they come to eat something but this time always spoil the mood plus money. Disgusting wrap and coffee is not what i ask for.

Not a good experience took too long to get a simple coffee. I asked for a sleeve, she told me one second and then went about talking to her coworker. The sleeves were right in front of her.

Found a sharp piece of plastic in my farmer's wrap this morning. I went back and the Manager apologized and offered a new wrap. This is completely unacceptable and can cause serious injury or harm to someone's health if swallowed unknowingly.

This was the nearest location to my house and I preferred going here despite of the ups and downs in the quality of food / drinks and customer service I receive. I am not very happy with the service this location has provided me, will not be returning to this location.

Rude staff. Worst service I ever received from Tim. Never recommend anyone for this location.

I used to go there before work 930 pm worst service ever slow drive threw and the guy at window very rude and very slow

I have gone through their drive threw 3 times this week, and not once have they gotten 1 order correct. The first time, they had forgotten to provide a beverage and charged me a full priced roast beef sandwitch and got a craveable instead, second time given a med.instead of a lrg coffee, without stirring it even and the 3rd time forgot to add sugar to the coffee (not that they've forgotten to stir).

Ordered Two completely different wraps but they did not differentiate any of the two. I have no idea which one is which. Not pleased, do better. Very slow too.

The worst. Lady drops empty cup on floor, which is filthy, and proceeds to serve customer on drive through still with it. I pointed that out, and they didn't care whether cup was dirty or not. Lied in front of my face saying they were not going to serve it. I left and tried to warn customer that his drink was contaminated.

If there was a scale on bad tim hortons locations, this location would be top rated. The people working here have zero clue on how to do their jobs. They serve expired and burnt coffee, the food orders are always messed up, they deliberately miss adding stuff to your food orders. The staff is very incompetent and should not be trusted with people's food. Either this location needs to close down, or most, if not all staff needs to be fired and replaced with competent people. DO NOT consume anything from this location.

Chocolate dip doughnut, crunchy roasted coconut doughnuts were awesome. And caramel ice cap was taking us to the moon.love you TIM'S

A quaint tim hortons with limited seating but best to avoid during school hours (10am -11am). A huge crowd of students will block the entrance and prevent you from entering or exiting which is alarming considering its covid and there should be physical distancing present.

Worst service on November 1st 9: 15pm. They throw out all their glazed inventory by 9pm. Don’t have potato wedges. Rush you at the drive thru as usual.

It's unfortunate that I'm writing a negative review, but I feel it necessary to do so. I'm a regular customer who gets my morning coffee from this location, and every day I find different behavior from the staff. First, they never give the tray if I ask, and when I do, they respond in a rude manner. Today, I asked for the paper bag, and the staff girl (Simran) spoke to me very rudely, misbehaved with me, and said we wouldn’t' This is really unprofessional, like tim horton is now going to such a low level that they are not providing proper services to their customers this is the only location that has their own regulations, and no one is happy with their services, pls instruct your staff on how to behave with customers,

Complete waste of time to visit here. The servers are soo rude and argue without any reason. Server aman literally didnt take our order and disappeared without letting us know and then at the window when we completed the order she came to the front and yelled that she said hold on one moment instead. They dont have common courtesy and any customer service skills. For our food they made us wait purposely because we complained simply that they didnt take our order.

I visited this location many times because they are very close to the GO station, and have always been disappointed. The level of service is terrible. Coffee is almost always burnt. Nothing ever tastes the same. The workers seems to be too busy in their own non-work related conversations and dont pay attention to the customers.
Chinguacosy & Sandalwood branch is much better. OR even the Bovaird and Chinguacousy take away branch at the Shell gas station is much better!

Tim hortons specializes in fukng up coffee u asked for regular coffee they give you double I don't know what they don't understand.

It's unfortunate that I can't provide 0 stars. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been too. I am not expecting a top notch experience but I do want a basic customer experience. The staff is very rude, we asked for a extra cup and lid, and were told in a very rude manner that it is against their rules. I have no issue with rules but could have been told in a nicer manner. 1st time this happened, I was with my father and 2nd time this happened I was with my client. I was really embarrassed both times and looked bad infront of someone. I do understand that staff gets paid minimum wage and that's the service, I get but I see wonderful staff at other Tim's location. It's unfortunate really.

P.s. Staff did mention that they are instructed by their manager

I got a crispy chicken wrap, but the 'crispy' chicken was soggy. Who would want to eat a soggy chicken wrap.

Good service and friendly staff! Ample parking spots and very convenient location.

Clean washrooms.

Dt girl was way too rude, i ordered french vanilla with quarte dark roast today around 4.15 Pm. Every time i go there, they never hand out cup with sleeve. It’s always a cup without sleeve. I asked it today and dt employee was way too rude as if i asked her kidney or lever. Tim horton coaching staff please coach her customer service. She is no where near this term probably never heard of “customer service” and “Politeness”. Very disappointed

It was quick process as payment and reward scanner is at order area which makes less time at pickup. Correct order and quality last time there was issue wrong order but the staff listened and helped quickly.
This place is near to our job and all of our staff use online and drive through as well as food for our meetings and special events.

Worst customer service Ever. The staff don’t want to make orders properly never sell food there machine is not working everytime

HORRIBLE Tim Hortons location.

I ordered from this Tim Hortons and was second in line. I ordered a BLACK coffee (which is just pouring coffee in a cup) and a Small Steep Tea. I watched 5-6 PEOPLE GET THEIR SANDWICHES AND BAGELS AND DRINKS (who ordered after me) grab their orders right in front of me. Keep in mind some customers weren’t even wearing masks and the staff did absolutely nothing.

They refused to look at me and Acknowledge that they forgot my order. Had to get their attention and tell them that it shouldn’t take 10 minutes or 15 for two simple drinks.

Very concerning as COVID numbers continue to climb In peel

I saw person in drive through window receiving cash and without sanitizing touching other food and placing coffee lids. May be i am thinking more but I didn't feel comfortable.: (

THE AFTERNOON STAFF IS REALLY FAST AND NICE, AND AS HELPFUL AS WELL, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONROL, THE SUPERVISOR MANPREET, PATRICIA AND SIMONE ARE THE MOST NICEST PEOPLE,

Stood at the side for 5 minutes while 7 people were working running around behind the counter. I was the ONLY person in there waiting for an Uber Eats order and I was NEVER acknowledged. I just cancelled the order and left. Terrible customer service. I won’t go back for Uber Eats or for myself.

Came here on a Friday night at 630pm. The doughnut I got was great. Went through drive through and it was pretty efficient.
