I had walked in at 09: 09 PM and the display was full of bagels and others. When I asked for Bagel, I was told that they do not have bagels. When I said I see them on the display, cashier said they do not serve food after 9 PM, only drinks. Immediately after another cashier took all those bagels and dumped them into garbage right in front of me. This was such a waste of food and poor laziness. I have noticed multiple times in past, this location to throw food away much earlier because the staff do not want to make food and want to close as soon as possible. Their closing time is 11 PM.

Worst place ever. Poorly trained staff. They barely know making the items on their menu and expect them to instruct for a sauce in a burger. Gave me a wrong item first place, took the food back, refunded, charged extra for a burger without any sauce because they say we didn’t mention it. And this employee “ Meenakshi “ is stating “ what do i do? “. If she can’t do anything what’s the point of working there? And then we sat there somehow to eat and she kept repeating the sentence we used “ Is this how you treat customers? ” Teach them how to respect and also how to deal with customers. Worst part is they forgot another item and kept us waiting for more than 10mins. Pathetic!

Food quality and quantity has dropped significantly, service was beyond slow, had to wait 15 minutes for a sausage farmers wrap. Number of non Indian/Pakistani people employed is 2. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in all of Toronto. If you can avoid dining here, do so.

One of the worst tim hortons i have ever been to, the staff was busy talking in their own language didn’t even notice the que of customers waiting for their turn. Can you imagine a coffee house that is out of brewed coffee at 6: 50 PM and were quite disrespectful from a far sight.

This use to be quite a decent Tim Hortons having worked in the area for more than 15 years. However, recently, the service has been atrocious to say the least. Case in point, earlier this morning (Sept 16,2023) I went in to purchase 2 of the farmer's wrap breakfast sandwiches and the service was borderline ridiculous. There were three male staff members and they all seem to be busy chit chatting instead of attending to customers. After almost waiting for 8 minutes without my wrap being prepared, I had to yell at one of them to hurry up with my wrap. The male staffer who was preparing my wrap spent the whole time preparing my wrap chatting quite loudly with his co-worker and I bet my wrap is full of his spit. Then, I was handed two wraps minus proper packaging (see picture below). It was simply tossed into a brown paper bag! Unfortunately, due to it's strategic location, they are always busy despite the poor service and it appears the owners don't really care as well as they are always making money even with the atrocious customer service. Needless to say, I am not planning on ever returning back; will rather walk for an extra 5 minutes to Wellington St E and patronize that Timmies. Too bad I can't rate for ZERO stars because 1 Star is too generous in my opinion for this franchise.

I just bought it small French Vanila coffee and it taste like a hot water. Disgusting! I will never never again buy any coffee in this location.

Every single time i go here to pick up my mobile order theres only one or two person working store is very dirty. Always placing orders 15min before i come and need to wait another 10min to get my order. Management should do something bout this

Yesterday, I ordered via the app, a bagel with strawberry jam (paid extra for it). When I went back to the office, the bagel was plain. Didn't feel like going back to get this corrected. Not the first time it has happened.

Last week, I ordered a peppermint tea, instead, I got a cup full of what appeared to be milk. Not the first time it has happened either.

A couple of my friends keep getting the wrong orders, too.

To the manager- ensure your employees look carefully at what has been ordered so that orders are not given either incomplete or wrong!

I have been visiting in the evening. I usually visit in the morning and will probably revert to that in the coming weeks as an ongoing thing perhaps. People I am familiar with have noticed my change of routine. And some people look at me like they know something has changed.well, my life is usually the worst kept secret for years now, and I don't get too many respectful looks. It seems like they are thinking 'that guy is here again'. I doubt my routines will change much and that includes visits to several other timmies. In about an hour I go to timmies for the first time all day. Probably, next week I am back on long road trips. Then I have a chance to use some other electronic devices. I doubt I will ever have the fame of a movie director although I think my recently deceased sister suspected my interest in fame. That's the life of a movie director. People usually take note a director's name in the credits but do people remember the producers. In the case of Superman and star trek, the producers are quite well known. Who is the producer well known for James Bond. I have kind of forgotten and I can't remember one director. But they never have trouble getting money to make those kind of movies.and the actors rarely have difficulty passing the job interviews. This stuff about famous just kind of hit me. It's been years of movie drought. Covid hit then it got worse but not as bad as not being able to sit at timmies or for that matter get in the store. I did not quite express that right. However, when we were still allowed to ride buses, I remember how empty the theaters looked. As blue Rd sang, it hasn't hit me yet, not even to this day.

I have a terrible experience in this branch every single time. Especially the man at the counter- gets my order wrong every single time and I’m made to wait. And I know it’s an attitude problem because I’ve never witnessed such horrible service in any other branch.

The disorganization is crazy. Got skipped in line 3 times because the cashier kept switching tills and no one knew where to line up and when we asked he couldn't give us an answer.

Not the first time the service and food was awful, but definitely the last!
From previous experience, they tell you "We don't have this, or that" after ordering. This time, I went in for the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $5.from the app.
The girl informed me that they don't serve breakfast after 12. Hmmm, the site says Tim's serves it ALL day, EVERY day. My guess is the owner didn't want to take a hit on the lower price.
OK, how about a Turkey bacon club?
Shocker, they didn't have rolls for it. This seems to be the song of this particular store. I've waited before for 21 mins while they kept saying "Only 3 more mins" while they baked more.
Fine, turkey bacon club on an everything bagel then.
THIS is what I received!
1... ONE piece of turkey.
There is something really wrong with a franchise that lies to their customers, then provides such awful service and below par food for our hard earned $$$
Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

Lettuce in my ham & cheddar sandwich was well past its "use before date" which did not ad to flavor, bleh.
I hate to do this, former immigrant myself and because most new immigrants to Canada go trough this, however, young attentive Indian lady who took my order had such a heavy accent that I could not understand anything she said and a different person had to take over. Suggestion to the store manager; consider new employees to process the orders at the back end until adjusted and have customer facing employees with comprehensible English to take orders instead.

Gross ne out! Place is filthy. Food and garbage all over the floor. Tables have dried drink slills on them. Gives me the willies to think what the kitchen and bathrooms might be like.

I was ordering a coffee and the guy at cash walked up after waiting for a while and said “ya” instead of how may I help you or what can I get you. If it wasn’t for the construction I would have walked out. Maybe train some of the staff some customer service. I also had to give one star to post this but I would give no stars.

Extremely dirty, even by Tim Horton's standards. Everytime I've gone there the place is dirty, no matter how early or slow it is. Staff has zero care for cleanliness or following even the most basic food handling requirements. I get it, it's a temporary job for most of them and they're not serving food and drinks for their loved ones, but there should be some level of respect for the customers.

Every morning I come and see how that short guy doesn't know how to add extra coffee to drinks, sometimes employees just give drinks that someone didn't pick up. I hope all the morning staff will be replaced, they make disgusting drinks compared to other tim hortons.

Same Tim Hortons options as everywhere else, very slow and busy. Between 8-11am Mon-Fri, there’s usually 10+ people in line.

I like this location as it is close to the subway and on my way home. Easy access and they always have lots of donuts to choose from.

Very kind staff, but the my actual food scared me. I got the farmers wrap and I don't know if there was some wrapper forgotten on something or if the egg was badly overcooked, but it felt like it there was a plastic on it that I couldn't chew through. Was told to not eat it in case it was a mistake and was melted plastic. The bagel for my SIL and coffees were great though. It was 5 AM and pretty busy so I don't fault the worker. They should have more staff if it gets that busy at that time.

Tim hortons are becoming horrible. The decline is due to franchisees who want to cut costs but end up cutting costs on the customers expense.

You ask for tomatoes, they charge you. 50 but put ONE slice of tomato on your bagel.

You order a boston cream they tell the “bakers” (i put that in quotations because theres very little skill involved when everything is frozen) only put a teaspoon of custard filling in there.

You cut costs, you lose customers. Never coming back.

Fast and friendly service at this location. The upside: 2 kiosks where you can place your order. The downside: this location is not accessible because it has 3 steps up to the main door.

Tim Horton's below Hudson's Bay. The worst food I've ever eaten at a TH. What are they thinking? Wow. Couldn't even finish, threw it out and went somewhere else. Wow. Impressively bad.

Person had bad customer service. And bread was stale. Did their donuts get smaller? Good amount of seating. Fairly clean.

I had the worst customer server at 410 pm today I just wanted a medium soup he only had large or small container of soup so I thought do a combo sandwich and soup he didn't want to tell me the choices of sandwich I couldn't see the notice board above his head he was just rude rude and bossy like it's not his job to actually assist a customer.
I don't drink coffee it actually makes me feel sick and I do drink the smoothy the machine was not working

You do not need to be rude and as this is the three times at this location I will not be VERY coming back.maybe a manger from. A store or corporate in Oakville she retrain in customer service They NEED that true talk
