I ordered BELT in everything bagel i paid $10+ (no receipt) but this is what i got no egg.she asked me if no egg and i spelled it out B. E. L. T belt.i thought she (an indian girl) got my order correct so i didnt double check the food.to make the story short i called the manager thru phone and he said they charge me right, without egg.so i asked how much with egg and he said its only $8 something.wow! With egg is more cheaper! Then he said BLT is more expensive because they add more bacon! Now its up to you to judge!

I took cookie today first of the cookie had hair in it when i told the employee she talk to her supervisor in this morning rather than apologizing she makes weird faces I often go there staff is very nice but both of the supervisors are so so much rude and not only this when she give me another cookie and when I started eating it it had hair ans the hair is in my mouth now i am throwing up

I had a shocking experience at the drive-in at this location yesterday. The staff was very rude and did not have any patience. They are are not trained to basic customer service to the extend that they were only arguing with us and yelling at us. Seeing their terrible behaviour, we asked them their names to send in a complaint, they stuck their heads out yelled their names loudly, banged closed the windows at us. They were completely out of this world and absurd. In this business the owner should recruit the right kind of staff who who does not snap at customers. Needless to say, Customers is business and business translates to jobs for our youth. This is certainly not acceptable.

Love the service at this location. Staff are very nice and friendly. Line ups are a bit long during rush hours, but definitely worth the wait. Their coffee is always hot and pastries are fresh and delicious. I usually use the drive through, as the location inside is not that spacious and does get cramped.

First time going here too, I know things happened but just putting it out there.

Love the service at this location, sometimes the line is a little long… but the service and quality definitely makes up for that. Their hot chocolate are always hot, cup filled, and very tasty. Donuts & Timbits always fresh.
& of course customer service is exceptional at this location.

Order a tea through drive thru. Didn’t receive the right tea. She took it back and added the tea bag to the same cup of tea. I explained it was wrong again she argued with me. I put the wrong tea back on the counter and she pushed it off. I’m sorry but the customer service was really bad.

Mobile order need improving. All the time when I attend that location. It was never ready. Only till I arrive and told them I ordered via mobile. They start preparing my order. Unlike other Tim Hortons, it was always ready

Staff are quite rude. I tried to redeem a breakfast combo on the app but I still had redeem a coffee selected instead of bank my points so as soon as I scanned my QR code and the systems took the free coffee and ignored the offer I said I didn't want the coffee I wanted the offer they said the app picks the coffee first and it's already been redeemed even though the transaction hadn't been completed and the employee even removed the coffee from the order but I was told I would have to wait for 30 minutes to be able to use the offer and I couldn't get my points back for the redeemed coffee even though I didn't want a coffee and when I asked the manager if they could please straighten it out and just charge me for the difference and make me the offer he sat there arguing with me and told me that it was difficult and wasn't worth his time. The store was filthy dust all over the displays and on the walls with Cobb webs I guess they don't have time for that either.

The drivethru is horribly placed it's just a massive traffic jam where nobody can get by because the line crosses itself and blocks itself off.

Friendly, efficient service. The coffee was hot and tasted great to the last drop. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasty. Bravo to this location in Vaughan

The worst tim hortans around. They do not listen and mess your order up. I repeat myself 4 times and you would think it was clear enough. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Service is so slow, they have do many people working at the drivetjru window while there is a line up and no one is tending. Not very friendly either

I'm sorry, but it happened first time with me. I have to write it down. I was here with my friend today May 2, at about 1 p.m. The Chicken wrap was half-empty and the coffee mocha was terrible. Just would like the management pay attention. Sorry. Usually I'm an easygoing person. But not this time.

By wonderland.this location specially lately has had horrible service.
1. The wait is insane. I understand that its morning but to wait 10 to 14 is crazy. Especially since they have two lanes running.
2. They cant seem to get your order right which is often just a tea. Nothing else.when i have time and can go back or call the situation is not resolved.

3.this one time i was 5 cents short because i dropped it. I am there every single morning and she knew that.the cashier made me look for my change.which is fine short is short but a few weeks later when she ran out of nickles or forgot to give me my nickel apparently that was fine. I only care bc they cant seem to get my tea order right after waiting.

Worst service from a Tim Hortons I've ever had. No one wanted to come take my order, drinks and bagels for 2 were too hard to provide properly, bagels were not toasted or very warm, tops and bottoms were separated on a simple food item. Poor service all around with idiot employees who cannot get it right. JUST PAY ATTENTION!

Edit: Forgot to mention napkins as well, I took a walk around the place looking for a simple napkin. Not one in sight.

Washrooms also filthy.

Unprofessional at cash.

Don't bother coming here after 11pm. They're horrible. Fast food service should be decent.
