I love the staff at Tim's at Hwy 89 & Hwy 50! The ladies are so friendly and happy to see you! They are the best part of my mornings!

They apparently have no idea what a mobile order is they can’t have it ready for me. It’s been a month. They’re also very rude when I ask them for the order that they didn’t prepare.

Tim hortons has a new policy where your stay at the drive through window is timed.
Americano coffee is not ready with your order. You must park and wait. Sometimes they bring it out sometimes they are too busy and I have to go in. I'll bring my own coffee in the morning.

Best and happiest people at drive thru window EVERY morning, so cheerful. And this morning? A young gentleman made my day and restored my faith in humanity.at the window I realized I didn't have my wallet: (and asked if I could please pay Monday since I'm there every day - without hesitation he said yes, no problem at all. THEN? I called the manager to express my appreciation for this young man and she was grateful for the call AND? Said, 'pay when you can, and if you can't come back don't worry - it's on us! ' Double gift of good people.

I had to pullover to assemble my breakfast sandwich. The donuts were likely made the day before. No napkins provided.

Watch out for this location they will charge $2 for the hockey cards with a drink said they are not doing the promo anymore but you still get cards

Was not particularly pleased that my item was bagged and then tossed about 2 meters onto the drive through counter.

Made my wife's wrap with "crispy" chicken (aka soggy breaded chicken) instead of the slow cooked chicken we requested and was correctly entered on our order. Also the lettuce was dead and going bad on the edges. My loaded wrap was good but I don't understand why the loaded wraps are not served in the cardboard sleeves that their other wraps come in? The flimsy paper the loaded wraps are wrapped with is not enough to hold in the drippy sauce aor to hold the wrap.

The service was okay. Unfortunately there were flies and wasps flying around in the case where the cookies and donuts were being stored. I almost didn't buy a doughnut.

Staff here are extremely rude. They always get orders wrong. Coffee tastes burnt. If a customer orders an iced tea and doesn’t mention a flavour one would think they would like lemon not raspberry. Take your harsh tone away and perhaps get a job where you don’t need to speak to people for a living.

How does the owner not know or care that this tim hortons is significantly worse than any others. Always burnt and watery coffee, stone cold food. Disgrace

Even with a big line up at the drive through during the lunch hour, the service was very quick and I got exactly what I asked for.

Okay. This is the second Tim Hortons that I have reviewed. But this one also deserves a full five stars. Yes. There are some that aren't too great. But the staff are what makes the difference.

Great customer service! I was there at around 5: 25pm on my way home. The order was perfect and the service even better! Would definitely recommend this as a stop during your trip. You will be greeted with a smile and you will receive great Tim Hortons quality food.
