I bought 2 chicken wrap sandwiches, I asked one hot and one regular, they marked the regular one as hot now I have allergy to hot sauce Now I have to take anti allergy medicine. They have to be careful with sensitive food products.
This location is great majorly due to the staff and very fast and friendly service! I got greeted and served by Thinushan - welcoming, great energy, very friendly and enthusiastic. Ruchi (I think) made my food which was so fast and perfectly made and nicely packed. Overall it stood out how great their teamwork is - busiest time of the day, busy intersection with constant traffic, but I felt welcomed and hosted as more of a small local shop, and not like fast food in rush hour, all due to smoothly coordinated work and friendly atmosphere. Also witnessed help of other team members (Ankit, Pallavi, Remya and Anusha) Wow thank you for this great experience.
When you go there you will see everyone with gloves, its nice to see that. But the bad part cashier handling money will be grabbing food with the same gloves. The lady at the food section making sandwiches and handling food was also using the same gloves as she was cleaning around. Waited 10 mins for my coffee and when i finally got it i went to my car just to taste a coffee will I'll say was water and cream and i ask a coffee with 3 milks and sugar. Worst place i ever had. Tims have become the worst place to get some coffee and some snack.
This shouldn’t be called Tim hortons cuz it’s not quick and the staff seem like they just wear the same uniforms but have zero skill can’t do anything in under 30 mins
A classic Tim Hortons with the regular menu and coffee. It is a easy place to stop and go, but not so pleasant to stay.

There is something wrong with the ac in the store, it was very hot inside the store. Order a large ice cap took almost 20min. The staff is dieing from the heat
My experience was like I ordered and I waited til I got my tea and then I left. Pretty obvious eh? Service was good as expected. Tim Hortons employees need a RAISE!
Good to see that this Timmy has updated with some major renovations to catch up with the times. However, there's no drive through due to its physical limitations.
Terrible service for mobile orders in store pickup. I’m one among a few people waiting for pickup mobile order. No ones care about our orders, no one care enough to ask what did you order and repair. Drinks on the counter with no help from staff to the customer. Waited at least 5 mins in the tiny corner with other people with no service and gladly I asked one staff to prepare my order or you WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER READY. MY TEA IS COLD NOW. So unhappy
Location was nicer inside than it looked from the outside. Food and beverage quality was typical for a Tim Hortons franchise. In store dining was unavailable due to COVID restrictions.
In a very convenient location by the Sheraton / best Western hotel. Can get pretty busy because of that, but it didn’t slow staff down and my orders were never wrong.
Worst service at a tim hortons I’ve ever had. I have gone to this location a few times now and it always is completely inefficient service. Understaffed and undertrained.
Great place to meet. Lots of parking and quick off the 404. Timmins coffee is always second to non in my books and a must have if your heading over to the court house across the road.
Went to there around 1 am for a coffee. The Service was not professional and was rude to us! Very poor service! Really disappointment about the girl! Is this the way you guys provide the customer service. Feel like she was working their for free! Her attitude was that bad! Hire some one who is polite
Was only there was 10-15 minutes and they got a number of drink orders wrong. Including one person on our group. I like TH, but that store, that day. Not the best example of what they can do.
By far, and I mean By Far, the most dirtiest and disguisting washroom Ive ever visited in my life. Urine odor breaks inside the sitting area from the nearby washroom, wow!
Zero Stars. Abysmal customer service, even worse food. Tried to order a sandwich at 10pm, only to be told there was no chicken. I ordered a breakfast wrap instead, only to have the cashier roll his eyes, and go and slap it together. Had I not been on the 407 when I opened it, I would have gone back in and gotten my money back, in addition to calling the Canadian Food Inspection agency to audit this dump. The bacon was cool to the touch, completely dried out and inedible, the wrap was split all the way down the side so nothing inside was contained at all. The egg was hardly even warm. Needless to say, I threw it out. Avoid this place in the evenings at all costs.
Service was quick, staff seemed polite and helpful. The washroom was a complete mess! I wish I wore rubber boots to go inside, as the floor was soaked with urine. The handle of the washroom door hasn't been clean since the day it was installed. Makes me wonder, since the washroom is this filthy, how clean is the food preparation area?
Ordered an ice coffee with less ice and it comes warm. Server claimed they make iced coffee from hot coffee and the ice cools it. First time for everything I suppose.
If you come here for studying or work just note that the wall outlets for charging are near or literally on the ceiling. Bring a long cable or battery pack for phones
I love to visit this place whenever I am in Canada. Ihere every year around the same time for a week n one evening visit for Garden veg soup n crispy chicken wrap is a must for one week. But this time for three days all went well with me n my 3other friends.on the 4thday soup n sandwich was serced without trays. Next day the order was not completed as the other hostess took over inbetween had to remind her to complete the order. Today the 4rth may evening. It was short of food not much was available at9.20p m ordered just a cheese begal with processed cheese with black pepper n needed toasted. But what I recieved was all different.asked for a change.oh gosh the begal was all burnt. Ihad to give it back.i had to request her to do the order properly.very rude staff.taken for granted specially the girl had no proper uniform n still serving. Now will never come back to my fav. Tim again even if I may crave for it. Sorry state. N sad.pl check the attached pics of my happier time n the burnt begal.
Most lousiest group of women working there, so unprofessional and two of the Indian women arguing on top of their voices in front of customer's, attitudes of unwillingness to help customers. I am so disappointed and disgusted.
My tea they couldn't make it as other Tim Hortons I visit every day.

The staff was pretty rude. I went there to have breakfast while of Richmond City Hall and they made me feel as if I was doing them a favor. The location is kinda dirty too, specially the bathrooms.
I just ordered dark roasted coffee, there is something wrong, its taste like burned plastic. I complained to the lady who is working there, she refilled my cup, but still the same bad taste.
Went in for white hot chocolate and muffin. No hot chocolate of any kind available and muffin was stale. I accedentily dropped my card on the floor when I went to pay, the floor was super greasy and unclean. Staff appeared un interested and disconnected.
Use to a higher standard of Tim Hortons. I buy coffee every week day from the princess Margaret location. Night and day difference between the two. They move incredibly fast and know my order. They even corrected my coffee order when they noticed my boss had switched from milk to cream they informed me he had, to insure he was getting his coffee the way he preferred it. Can’t say enough positive things about staff at princess Margaret location.
