Tim Hortons

Stopped by before we took the train to Toronto. Bathrooms are locked, and they need to buzz you in. They forgot the items we ordered. Lots of people in the place, but nothing special, and the food wasn't terrific. But, it's the only place close to the train station, so it's great if you need somewhere to go.

Because we ordered the pizza and it took 20 minutes then we asked why isnt it ready they said they canceled it overall zero and i had to go to work but it made me late

Today is Tuesday march 7 @ 4: 30pm the girl who was taking orders wasn’t nice and she is telling me i gave me ice cup I said no you didn’t she was confused. I will never go to this location that was not nice what she thinks I stole ice cup like disrespectful.

Took 10+ minutes to order. Ordered chilli and I got some kind of weird stuff that was not chili

It's a coffee shop same everything except this location Walker road, was short 5 cents, drive thru staff said no worries, was awesome!

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was awful. There was a smidge of cream cheese on it. It was burnt. I paid for the cream cheese and got none. I wish I had the option to upload a photo.

My boyfriend and I went there over the weekend on our way to get groceries. I've been there a few times before when my mom had come down to visit. Those times it was pretty good. This time however it was awful. We ordered a sausage farmers wrap each, which we always order. When we got it however it was missing the hashbrown. So my boyfriend took it up just to ask if we could get it. No big deal. Apparently though they had NO hashbrowns in the building and knew it when we had ordered. But they never told us and let us pay for the more expensive wrap. Needless to say my boyfriend wasn't very happy but the manager gave us a refund on it and we left. They really need to work on their communication. It would've been fine if they'd told us before when we'd ordered it but now I just feel like they were trying to get it passed us. Bunch of scammers. Never going back to this place.

What a great place. Exceptional service provided. Everyone here is all smiles. Made my family's day! One of the best breakfast places we have ever been to. Would definitely come back here again.

The staff is always friendly and kind. Penny is my favorite. She is sweet and bubbly, she is also welcoming and puts a smiley face on my coffee

Service is no where to be found.waited 25 minutes with full line of 6 behind me and 1 till open and 3 employees stands around talking bout how they can't wait to smoke pot after work.will never return and support.total DESRESPECT!

One of the slowest Tim Hortons in windsor, ladies are also super rude half the time and barely acknowledge your existence. Also constantly smoking cigarettes right in front of the store.
