This is probably the worst tims I've been to. I ordered something, payed for it, waited for 10 minutes then I finally asked them what the status was on it. Then they told me they didn't have what I ordered. There were so many employees in one spot just standing around. I wasn't the only one that had issues while I was there either. While I was there, there were multiple people with their orders messed up or they were waiting there for a long time. This place needs help.

This is the first time I went into this Tim's. It was dirty upon entry. I went to the counter and Richard served us, he was great. We were watch the lady making sandwiches and she wiped the counter with her hand all over the floor. The floor was filthy. It is wide open so the garbage can back there were over flowing. The customer tables were all dirty. The floor was full of food. I asked for a cloth to wash the table it was dirty. The girl behind the counter said to wipe it off with a serviette. I asked for a wet cloth she handed me a dry cloth. Again I asked for a WET ONE PLEASE. I asked if the clean the restaurant she said once in the morning. So people are eating on those tables and they are not being washed and sanitized. Brantford Tim's are washed all day. What is wrong with people. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT. Clean your prep area. Clean your floors. Please.

This business is terrible. They will tell you not to come back just for using the bathroom. Plenty of other tim hortans to choose from, avoid this one.

Why am I constantly left standing at the counter, waiting for an iced capp that takes a minute to make, while people who order drinks after me, drinks that take longer to make mind you, still get their order first. I've been coming to this store since it opened, and every time either my order is wrong, or severely late. One time I ordered extra cheese on my wrap, and they argued with me saying that I didn't order extra cheese. Well, I payed for it, so yes, I did. But no, they argued with me and said I was wrong. I'm done with this tim hortons.

One of the better tims i have ever been
Place is clean and ambience is great with renovated and modern inviting interiors. Ample place ait / dine in and enjoy a hot cup of tea. Food quality is also good compared to lots of places. Above all, service is fast and with a smile. Great client experience so far

Please cut the bagels into 4 pieces. As long as I’ve been alive Tims has always cut bagels after putting butter/cream cheese on? It’s something I shouldn’t have to request at the window.

Lovely place. Unfortunately, vthd food was a letdown. The loaded bowl was not loaded. It was only half full. A far cry from the picture in the menu.

The person behind the counter put cream in my drink, I'm lactose intolerant, and than she lied about to our face, not going back. (A nice man did remake it for me)

I ordered in person at the counter, I clearly said “roast beef with cheddar” My order was roast beef and cheddar and when I got home the sandwich had no cheese.what do you do when you find out after you get home it had no cheese, how is it possible to forget cheese in a sandwich…. No words for this

This location is known for forgetting orders.

Instance 1: Ordered medium double double, medium single single, wedges, egg bagel and croissant. Came home to realize they forgot croissant. Had to drive back, good thing they gave the croissant without arguing.

Instance 2: Ordered small double double, medium regular and multigrain bagel toasted with butter. They forgot to give medium regular. I placed the order again for medium regular and they gave medium double double. It took 3 times for them to give correct order. I hate making scenes but they don’t pack what we ask for.

Was in the restaurant in the evening and the tall guy that seemed like the manager was super nice and extremely fast. I had ordered multiple things and he had the order done in no time. Not often we get to have a great experience at Tim Hortons. Great work!

This location is always hit or miss but mostly miss. Either they don't get your order right or they don't have it.

Service is sloppy at this location if you are going through the drive through, be careful with the drive through window delivery.spills are normal at this location.

They always have an issue. Getting the order wrong, not putting the lid properly, no basic costumer service like putting the sandwich in a bag and some napkin. And the place is dirty, napkins everywhere

Very often over the past year has this location had its Debit/Visa machine down, only after getting to the window to pay do they notify you they can only take cash.

Worst of all is very rarely will you encounter a polite person at the drive through window. Never responding except with “How will you pay? ” Or “Tim’s card? ” The person couldn’t be bothered to reach out the window to hand you your food or drink, you’ll find yourself hanging half way out yours to reach inside the building.

Not a pleasurable location at all.

Always wrong order and they even call you to fee you worst. They want me to come to their store again on a specific time to get refund. So I have to drive again at disappointed place and get in that disappointed place counter and ask for refund. Specially when you got your order wrong why would even I think to go that place again. Worst experience ever

I love this particular Tim Hortons as they are well organized and service is fast. My only criticism is the cleaning of tables that are not done on a regular basis during this pandemic. A staff member should be assigned to go around and clean the tables every 40 minutes are so.

Just another "Timmies". Nothing special, other than it's got a dentist's office attached to it. The building used to be a Scotia Bank, so there must be been enough room to facilitate 2 businesses.

The drive through line took almost 10 minutes to get to the ordering intercom, and when I got there both the Iced Cap and Chill machines were down (apparently from overheating).
I ended up ordering the newest cold offering on the menu instead, which is actually pretty good.
There were a few minutes that I considered leaving, but I was trapped in the line for another 5 minutes to get my order.
When I suggested putting a sign at the beginning of the drive through to alleviate some of problem the person at the window did not seem receptive.
My star is for the drink.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one in a combo with wedges and a drink and a soup. Did not receive the wedges and cheese of the cheese melt wasnt even close to melted. Just looked like someone made a cheese sandwich of grilled bread. When the error was brought to the attention of the staff in was basically told that's jaut the way it it too bad. So my boyfriend went up and complained and was told he didn't order wedges and that the combo was made with the soup even though that's not what we ordered. And when he tried to explain what the order was suppose to be a staff member stood there and argued. Finally when management stepped in and told the other employee to walk away and it will be taken care of the original e.oyee continued to argue her point. As a manner of management in a fast food restaurant I find this encounter with a customer unprofessional. I am highly disappointed with my experience.

Worst experience the manager rosy was rude and not even let the person speak and was extremely defensive for complaints.
Hash brown was hard as rock.mango chill was warm.we asked for a small cup for our baby so he can have some mango chill as well she sold us a cup for 30 cents and when we asked that all Tim Hortons give it for free she said the owner ask me where the cups gone.
Find another location as this one is worst

Made a mobile order on my walk over, I got there and it wasn’t busy at all.my sandwich was already on a plate waiting for me, mind you my mobile order receipt, iced coffee and doughnut were not there, the lady employee saw me and looked confused as to why I was there. Told her my name and that I had a mobile order and she looked at the screen and said that she sees it. That was it before she continued making the coffees for the other people. I Waited 10 minutes while my sandwich got cold for an iced coffee and a doughnut. The only reason I got it was because a manager came over and asked me what I was waiting for and she was confused as I was why I hadn’t gotten it yet.

Owners needs to reevaluate the location it's ridiculous when it's busy there is only one way out when you need to head north and it's blocked by people in the drive through.

My first impression of this Tim Hortons location was extremely disappointing at best, due to a number of factors including dysfunctional drive-thru layout, extremely long wait time, poor product quality and exceptionally sloppy presentation.

To be more specific, I entered the restaurant's small parking lot from its Paisley Road entrance and was immediately taken aback by the extremely tight left hand turn required to enter the drive-thru lane. In a relatively small car, with minimal traffic surrounding me, this proved to be a uncomfortable task. I can't imagine how a mid or full sized pickup truck would manage this inconvenient maneuver with any ease whatsoever.

My second complaint came merely seconds later as I rolled down my vehicle's window, ready to shout my order in the direction of the poorly positioned drive-thru speaker, when it occurred to me that the extreme level of traffic noise being projected from the nearby roadway made it nearly impossible to hear the staff member attempting to take my order. I find it difficult to believe that the individuals tasked with the simple duty of designing the drive-thru's layout lacked the foresight to identify this as a potential problem. I have visited several dozen Tim Hortons locations and have never noticed a flaw of this particular nature.

After finally shouting loud enough to compete with passing traffic, I placed my order consisting of just one item –an Iced Capp– and was not informed of the price or given the instruction to proceed to the window. Despite there being only one vehicle ahead of me in line and none behind me, it took approximately 7 minutes to receive my single beverage.

My beverage, a sticky excuse for an Iced Cappuccino dripping with white cream from all perceivable angles of its exterior, was a long awaited disappointment. I was in disbelief as the staff member handed me a plastic cup, its contents overflowing with what looked to be brown syrup, for I could not understand what possessed this individual to think that handing this disgruntled mess to a customer was an acceptable thing to do. I would have been happy to wait while the obviously inexperienced employee paused and remade the beverage in a more cleanly fashion. I don't believe I should have been required to use several napkins, not provided to me by the restaurant staff, to repair an extensive disaster before consuming a simple beverage in my vehicle. Surely a large corporation has the resources to mix a blended coffee beverage with more efficiency than this.

I don't blame the on duty staff for this experience being so unfathomably unsatisfying, as it seemed they were genuinely trying their best, but rather the obvious lack of support from poor management.

Perhaps this location was a little too hasty to open its doors to the public and this is apparent in virtually every part of the transaction process.

I have generously awarded this establishment with a 1-star rating, as it seems 0 stars is not currently an option available for selection.

I added 5 stars because I still ended up getting excellent services. There was three mistakes made on my order. I ordered bacon on a biscuit, I hash brown and a large coffee. I received a bacon and eggs on a croissant when I return to exchange and I seen that I didn't have my hashbrown so I went back to get that. When I was ready to drink my coffee I realized I didn't get one. They're good enough to give me a coffee but could not fill it right to the top because coffee was being made and told me I could have a second coffee before I leave free of charge which they gave me. I would like to suggest to the manager where they pick up coffee that they have a signed " coffee puck here" and then other counter around corner have something saying " food pick up here" because the lineup gets held back. I go to Tim Hortons everyday to either Woolwich and now also the one on Paisley. Thank you Tim Hortons for your service
