Tim Hortons

Quite clean, service is fast.
Food is the same old Tim hortons.barely drinkable coffee.

Much better than my last review. Pleasant experience. Have gotten much faster and my order was correct.

I enjoy this restaurant. The coffee is the best. I really love my double double. Once and awhile I like getting a donut. Sour glazed is one of my favorites. On my last visit here I got the breakfast wrap. I really enjoy the Tim Hortons breakfast menu.

They have smart affordable food for lunch and dinner also. Their sandwiches? Are delicious. Many people prefer Starbucks and other brands more but Tim Hortons is the best to me. Although I do like Krispy Creme donuts when they are hot to Tim Hortons.

The restaurant was clean and well organized no complaints from me. The washrooms at this location are small but clean. The place was a bit busy but they had quick service. The restaurant was 2/3 full. I enjoyed a hot coffee double double with my delicious breakfast wrap (egg and sausage).

The parking was pretty good and the location of the place is in a central area. Overall I like this restaurant and hope you do too.

Tryed to pay with a 100$ had nothing els no debit no smaller bills made my order was not able to eat at home this morning as all my food was frozen they did not even try and accommodate me. Would not go back.

Walked across the road from Ctire and wasn't allowed in. It was drive-thru only. Was told I'd have to online order, and they'd bring it to the door. So I had to stand outside in the rain and try and sign up for the only way to get a coffee at 7am

I asked if they had what i wanted through the drive thru, after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through, I confirmed it before tapping my card, then they handed me the wrong order and told me they no longer make what i ordered. Then told me they didnt charge me for the food, which they did. Terrible service, i will never go here again.

Staff r working there hardest at the moment to provide what service they can for customers. Have patience the dinning area will hopefully open soon.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for the wrong order this is the "fast" food joint for you!
What a joke of a Tim Hortons. Useless staff, useless management.

It’s not enough that you guys are slow AF all day long- now you’re not even open for walk-ins. OPEN UP! What is happening to this city… if you can even call it a city at this point.

Can't stand Tim Hortons ever since the wouldn't serve tuckers from the drive though window, at the beginning of the pandemic. Never going there again.

I'm a transportation truck driver. I have been around, but I haven't seen a very friendly staff!
They got this note for truckers on the main door. You ring the bill early morning busy hour! They get you in with big smile happy to help you!

Not like some other locations I faced! They won't take your order at the drive throw. And bobtaling without trailer they will complain and give me an attitude, why. And how.
This location should get awarded from the trucking industry and from Tim Hortons head office for the extra miles they do to serve the customers.

Disappointing level of service here. Have attended three times this week before giving a review. Wasn't a fan of the service or interactions on the drive thru. Could use some work here.

French vanilla coffee. Yummy
Clean, spacious, comfortable seating, very clean, well maintained wash rooms.

Great staff.
Hate that they changed hours and closed the inside without notice or posting signage about hour changes.

News flash for everyone Tim Hortons will not allow children that did not get the Trudeau Jab to go to camp that I help support never donating again!

Stopped going there as much when they changed their coffee a few years back.drop in once in awhile for a baked goods treat

I was disappointed that I couldn't use the points I have collected to buy a coffee. I was told that I have to choose coffee on the Tim Hortons App‍️ I don't get it

Very slow service. Wen't through drivethrough and the cashier handed me our tea sideways causing it to spill all over my door and leg. When I asked for napkins her reply was there in the bag. Which was 2 napkins to be slit between 3 people and my very wet leg.

Busy location, Coffee the same. Apple fritter a little smaller than some other Horton locations.

They missed items that were ordered. Seems like they have lossed their focus of good coffee/donuts trying to compete with other fast food franchises

Horrible! Huge wait time. Got to the window and no hockey cards available. Said try back tomorrow they might take them out of the office by then. Asked to add a cookie and they had none. Commented that they were a hurtin unit today and the girl says yeah.we are horribly understaffed people keep quitting on us. I wouldn't wonder why.: (

Asked for breakfast wrap and was told We have no eggs. Bought two double doubles that had almost no cream and tasted terrible. My wife's coffee was the same. Two weeks ago they didn't have hash browns. We love Tim Hortons coffee - What's going on? Will be going to a different Timmy's tomorrow.

Staff poorly managed. 1 Checkout working with a lineup waiting. 4 or 5 others behind counter. Not sure doing what.

Why when you get a bun with soup or a muffin do they give you hard butter. Hard butter will not spread on either one without tearing them apart. So the butter is almost useless!

Keep putting things on my order that I didnt say and made other peoples drinks before surviving me

I have given a 5 star because of one employee that I have had in the morning who is new and is doing an amazing job. I’m sorry I don’t know his name but he is very tall and wears a black shirt. He is very personable and nice. He always tells me where I’m at for my free coffee and tells me to have a great day-sincerely. Very nice gentleman who is happy and smiling! Today I told him how great of a job he is doing and he really appreciated it. Make sure you keep him! If I had an open position for him I’d think about telling him to join my team! Thanks sir for all your early morning smiles and great customer service!

My tea order was wrong twice. New sitting arrangement is more spacious however there were no immediate seating for four.

The new decor is very attractive and inviting. The sitting arrangement needs work.

Went through the drive-through, waited about 15 minutes and was only the 4th car in line. Coffee was cold at that time, do to runner keeping up. Cashier wasn't moving fast enough at all, He did not even care about the customers. As I watched him, slowly take out the change to give back to me. This is about the 3rd time I have went there with bad service. Which I will not be going back do to multiple times having issues. I also saw about 6 cars leave because of the speed of drive-through. Not one customer in the line up as well. Thank you for bad service
