Tim Hortons

They all have foreign employees now and you can't understand them. They.ess up on the take out orders all the time. Workers aren't as friendly as a couple years ago. Thats all Timmies. You have to check your orders before you leave the takeout window. Our Tim Hortons have all changed drastically because of different nationalities taking over. Its just hard to see. Nothing against them.

It's Tim Hortons. I think it's probably not lacking for reviews. And along the same line of reasoning, I don't think anyone in Canada would need a review either, as most Canadians learn about the place while they're still a fetus and are born with a coffee addiction firmly in place.

The ppl who work through the drive thru there very rude especially at night. Wont go back there. The bathrooms are always dirty aswell.

Almost all the Timmies are the same, it's like they really don't listen to the order and they guess and hope you don't look.

My boyfriend, through the drive thru ordered me a jalapeño bagel, toasted with butter and ham and cheese. (Repeated it three times and couldn't be more specific) She changed it to a sandwich. I get it after waiting and it's slathered in the white sauce, with lettuce, and tomato. I detest both tomato and the white sauce and we were in a rush. He runs into remedy their error and is met with an older woman who chastised and questioned him, asking why we didn't just take it off. There is no way in hell I'd be able to take off the amount of sauce they put on, not to mention the sogginess of the tomato. Not to mention ITS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. Instead of projecting and being rude to your customers and 'threatening' to look up the order, correct your damm mistakes and that stank energy. Thank you to the woman who took over the order and did her job to FIX the other's error. All it takes is one bad apple to ruin the bunch. ‍️

All around good staff nice n smiling all the time makes u want to eat or drink ur food or coffee there

I continue to enjoy the Timmies chicken wrap. Simply devour-able.only thing I wish is for someone to wipe down the brown cushy chairs by the window as they are visibly soiled.

Love this Timmies always pleasant, polite and prompt the ladies here deserve a pat on the back, my go too Tim Hortons 100 percent

I usually have no problems with this tim hortons but PLEASE save yourself some dissapointment and never order a bagel from here. They never cut it in half and the amount of cream cheese is an insult, tastes like I'm eating a bagel with nothing on it.

I walked up to the counter staff was stocking goods. Great job. Back drive thru backed up. Good job filling orders. I said hey everyone gm. How r you. One person responded and a rather tall man came to do orders. I asked about the halloween bucket. He was awesome. The order was perfect. People don't appreciate workers you were all great. After my gm loud lol they perked up. Thank you. You rock

They have been messing up my orders a few times but I figured there were new people I always order a everything bagel with herb garlic cream cheese bacon and as you can see there is about a inch of cream cheese (now I'm not going to complain about a bit extra cream these but this is way to much) also no bacon or tomatoes

If I could give a 0 I would, because this is terrible. Drive thru is suppose to be fast but instead waited over 15 minutes. Than when got to window my order was wrong so than had to wait longer. Totally not impressed and will never be back

It was a long wait they didn't have enough cashiers working at the front and the two people that were working at the front were really slow. But the bagel was very good.

Rip off why was I charged $2.30 for a large coffee just because I purchased a sandwich you wouldn't think I would check next time I come in I'm just taking my order and walking out you want to rob me well karma is coming to teach you a lesson

No one should EVER wait 18+ wait for one xl coffee in middle of night when its RAINING. AND THE ORDER made through their app! DISTUSTING and to top it off 8 hrs prior my BEST friend lost her unborn baby @ almost full term.so upset

Drive thru can be busy at times but they keep the line moving so be patient and it will not take too long.

This Tim Hortons (Ontario location) makes the best wraps. Much better than the others in Welland. The only criticism they are very slow in the drive through.

Very rude lady works there. Her name is Ruth. Bad attitude towards customers. I dont like being yelled at. I ordered a take twelve and was rudely told next time order on app on my phone which I dont have. She made me feel so uneasy. Second time she yelled at my hubby when he was trying to order in drive through. I'll never go there again. This lady needs an attitude change or should not be working with the public.

This particular one.socially distanced in side. But drive thru is ridiculous and backs up entrance of plaza. I gave 3 because worker dropped cup on ground picked it back up and used it.

Didn't like the fact that they allow regulars to disobey rules by ignoring entrances and exits (so as not to cross paths) but other then that it was great.

Again another place that has rude staff at least the third time. Can anyone in the Niagara region actually have customer service at any store if your bitter about where you work then find a new job or having a bad day because you got reprimanded from boss or had a bad customer don't take it out on all other customers. Going through drive like I do every day. Was going to hand her money she rips it out of my hand drops $2.25 on ground and says well I have $6. Well it's on ground. Yea I know I guess. It's the way you handed it to me in a snotty tone. No it's the way you ripped it out of my hand. Now she wants me to give her more money I don't think so And I'm not getting out of my car to pick it up as I see a ton of money down there. Are you kidding me. Money has been dropped before someone comes out and picks it up. I'm not paying any more than I have to for mystery coffee that never tastes the same. It's also so bitter. The reviews on here great staff, Lovely place always wear there ppe huh all of you are sadly mistaken. Never had a good experience at this Tim Hortons. Welland open a different coffee shop 9 Tim Hortons no other choice really. Making my own coffee again I guess won't have one on the drive to work now thanks.

Ordered 2 large coffee, medium coffee and 50 pack of tim bits with out old fashioned plain and they got my order right for a good price and they were very polite service was good I would recommend this tim hortons to anyone

Staff are friendly, service is kind of slow but other then that the service is alright. Coffee is decent, and food is the same.

This location was so helpful. They have offered to pack all the breakfast sandwich pieces separately so my autistic grand-daughter would eat breakfast. The evening shift manager is fantastic!

It's nice to be able to have a gluten free brownie with my coffee but it would be even better if there were gluten free bagels or wraps.

I had a horrible experience at this tim Horton's I went at 5: 00pm to get some sandwiches and coffee I went to pull in the drive thru and there was a car blocking it so after six other cars and I have to wiggle our way out of the parking lot so I finally get to inside and asked why the drive threw was blocked and nobody would answer me so I told them if they were going to shut down the drive threw they should post a sign so the traffic doesn't get all blocked up so I asked for the manager and no one would talk to me the employees all just stood there and looked at me and I was getting very upset at the way I was being treated and I asked again and a very large lady turned to me and screamed at me at the top of her lungs how they have to close it down once in a while and so on this situation was very poorly handled and she told me I could never come in this tim Horton's again I had my grandauter with me and it was very embarrassing please discuss proper customer service with the employees at that store I will never purchase anything at any tim Horton's again and I was a daily customer Shari Wilder

Great coffee, friendly service, amazing edibles, comfortable seating and surroundings. Enjoyable and relaxing.

Staff spends too many resources on the drive through. Not enough staff serving inside store. Orders were correct and tasty.

All Tim's are typical. You either like coffee and donuts or some of their premade soups and chili or sandwiches if not don't go. Seating in some is limited and can be very busy depending on time of day.

Nice coffee please I really like their Timbits and they have a wide variety of for lunch snacks and beverages that he is also good good seating space and stop is friendly I really like their latte and my kids love their Timbits and donuts

Asked if they could make jelly powdered donuts. They did it no problem. They are awesome this way. Ty
