The most filthy dirty Tim Hortons I ever been in- washrooms were overflowing with dirty paper towels into the hall and garbage on the floor in the main dining area

Not sure how to review. Please was a mess. Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches but no buns so got them on untoasted bagels. The sandwich is toasted the bagel probably should be too.

I want to give the benefit of the doubt and say it's because I'm pretty sure there was only 2 people staffing the place and it was in the middle of the night

The mangonjuice and strawberry lemonade was awfulll.the worst was that thw supervisor was so unprofessional and said it is what it is.worst experience ever with Tim Horton's

Got strawberry lemonade and a mango juice but they didn't taste like mango or strawberries.awful and awful service when provided feedback.

Very well kept Tim’s with great organization and speed considering the high volume. Staff keep friendly even when at peak throughput.

Unfortunately most unfriendly and unprofessional Tim Horton's staff I have ever interacted with. I ordered Chilli combo numerous times before, which always includes a bun. This time the staff at Tim Horton's in Peterborough gave me only half bun. When I told them this strange portion, the waitress claimed the bun was complementary and suggested I should be grateful for whatever was given to me since it was holiday season.

Always a great value.
Delicious food ready in a flash and not over-priced.

The service at this location is terrible. They don't use gloves to handle your food, they usually mix up your order and they are rude. I visited this location on Dec 10 in the afternoon.

Worst services here.
I had to wait too long for giving my order.
There were 3 Guys before me, giving order. They took more than 20 minutes to order.
I called a lady for 4 times to take my order. She did not give me reply.
The lady who was helping other 3 guys, she helped me after 20 minutes.
But there were other 2 workers also standing there. They did not help me.
I wasted too much time to order there

Some bumps with staffing issues, but the staff that are there are polite, friendly, and smile

A great tims, great employees but a super busy place so give yourself extra time or mobile order so it's ready when you get there.

Don't go here during lunch if you're pressed for time. The front counter is severely understaffed while, like every cursed store, the drive through staff stand around. Very poor, extremely slow service. Ignoring the people who walk in says how much they value a dollar over a good experience and service.

I love Tim Horton's, but I disliked this particular branch. The staff were not friendly and they went about their job in lackluster fashion.

It's a Tim Hortons. Frozen reheated treats and slow service.

The wait was really long, even for the coffee. Staffing seems to be an issue. Maybe it's time to pay employees better!

Understaffed. Took 4x longer to get a coffee than sandwiches and treats. Coffee arrives when meal done.

Some days orders are correct other days they aren't. Really slow if your in store, faster at drive thru.

Some room for improvement, tone of lady at drive thru was like. " You bother me a bit " my order was correct, apple juice bottle was covered with some wet milk chunks despite a cleaning attempt with a kind of rag before item was tendered Was first time here and probably the last not very impressed here.

I think this was my worst Tim's experience ever. Husband and I went through the drive through, got half our order out then the coms just stopped with no explanation. We waited and waited, finally called out if anyone was there and we were told they were helping a customer. (yeah you were helping us.) Waited a bit longer then another voice came on. We repeated our order he seemed to get it.

We ordered a sausage biscuit meal with extra meat and cheese (don't judge me!), medium dark roast DD, a simply sausage biscuit extra meat no cheese, and 20 Tim bits.

We get to the pay window, the female fist voice is there, she reaches out to scan my Tim's Rewards app, then stops halfway out the window suddenly pulls back and wanders away? , then second male voice guy tries to give us the interact but we're still waiting to get the QR code scanned.finally get all that sorted. Drive away for our road trip.

We got: three double meat sausage on biscuit with one cheese each.they were cold, mine was missing the egg that it's supposed to have. Husbands had cheese on it that he hates. Thankfully the cold meat didn't melt it to everything so it was easy to peel off. Hashbrown was warm and ok. Coffee was good. Tim Bits are always good.

So yeah just pretty bad all around.

Slowest service ever, didn't appear to be any management in to expedite or assist. Staff were more concerned with their personal conversations than serving the line that was stretched out the door.
Try to avoid going in for service if at all possible. Very disappointing.

The last two visits at the drive through, we've ordered the10 pack of timbits and got 9 both times. Steeped tea is blah. Sorry.

A bit of wait at the drive thru but I was there at lunchtime so this was expected. Nice, fresh coffee served by a friendly staff member.

Need to put marking down for rv or truck parking only. Everytime i drive though always cars in the big spots

I'm not sure if it's all tim hortons on highways, but there was only one cash open and a line going out the door. It's frustrating.

Nice place for quick coffee and breakfast. Crew members were attentive and friendly. Huge parking lot and inside sitting.

Drive thru service just gets worse and worse here all the time. There are some long-term staff that work very hard, but mostly in counter and supervisor positions. You don't even get treated like a human being in drive thru. (And I worked DT here for 2 years, so I know it can be done much better)

Food is a hit or miss. 11: 30am on a Monday and they said they had no soup ready yet. Never had that happen, but she said she couldn't even tell me when it would be ready.

And you don't want to know the behind the scenes horror stories.

Staff was nice, polite and friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Wifi does not work. It was very busy and only one cashier inside so the line was very long.

Very slow and staff don't mark what type of coffee they made 2 times this week they gave me decaf coffee please head office go and check out there staff

Store was busy. Seems like there were alot more employees concentrateing on the drive through and the walk up counter suffers. Customer didn't have a mask on.
There was parking for trailers but it was full of regular vehicles.
Over all not very satisfied.

Timmies is the best. This is my shifts over early morning timmies stop. Young lady always calls me sweetie. Makes my day:) thanks staff!

No problems except for some strange reason, most Tim Hortons staff often forget the sugar or forget to stir it.
Also didn't have the ice drinks advertised.

Perth Ontario's Tim hortons need to realize that some people are not on a day schedule. And that they should Atleast keep one location open even it is just druve thru. How are truck drivers suppose to get their coffees let along the opp across the street.

This Tim's advertises parking for RV's and buses out by the highway. Long haul trucks come in all the time also. The parking advertised for larger vehicles is often taken advantage of by smaller vehicles that could easily be making use the other spaces which are usually always avaible. This needs to come to an end. As a truck driver, we rely on these few spaces designated for us to pull in and make our essential stops. Maybe a sign or something more obvious surrounding these spaces may make this change happen in the near future. In the picture provided you will see in the corner a long haul truck that could not make use their designated spot. Other vehicles are then forced to drive around.

I asked for an explanation of the new roll up the rim procedure and was just handed a card. Not helpful. My coffee was good.

Very friendly staff. The specialty donut I had ordered on the app turned out to be out of stock, and the manager insisted that I should get a second donut for free because I had to pick a regular donut. The restaurant is very clean and their service is fast

Lines can be busy but has to be the excellent employees drawing everyone in! I don't remember getting a wrong order here yet!

I just stoped there fri jan 29th 2021 ordered a M coffee 2 milk 1 sweetner got out of town it was black not happy

Entrance to the facility is located in a poor spot. Patrons have to go around the building to get in. The emergency exit and main entrance should be switched to make it more accessible for the elderly and handicapped.

Small sandwich for a big price. They do have the "fast" part of "fast food" under control. Maybe I'm dating myself, but fast food used to be inexpensive.

Lousy service. Really slow. Scanner would not work for 5 unique visits over 3 week period. Staff is opening badmouthing the system to customers and to each other at the window while we wait. Didnt offer cards and couldn't add after. Sold product then came back to saybthey didn't have it. All in all not a great experience.

Coffee was good, but, the chicken in the new Crispy chicken sandwich was not properly cooked. Crisp on the top, but raw inside.

Good location on Hwy 7.easy access in an out. Quick and efficient service of a known product and quality.
