Tim Hortons

Working in the area, I've been to this tims 4 times. These are the 4 slowest tim hortons visits in my life. Today one of their tills were broken, then the only other cashier said she was going into the back to help someone. I spent 15 minutes being the next in line.

Staff are generally nice. But there’s one person who’s been using a lotion or sanitizer that’s just rubbing off on the coffee lids. It’s pretty scented so it’s kind of ruining the taste of the coffee. Please fix this!

Drive-Thru super slow today and I waited inline at the drive thru to find out there’s no debit. So I just wasted 10mins there should have been a sign.

No soap in toilet and quite dirty. 330pm on a Monday. Coffee and donuts excellent but service is overloaded.seems to be one taking the order inside and 6 people making stuff. Pity Tim Hortons doesn't have a coffee express line! So many people leave the queue who just want coffee.

No English muffins, no biscuits, no napkins, no manners or service.

The line up is a zoo and it took forever to get our order.

Fittons & West location. It's better to just find the next Timmies.

Clean, friendly service and correct orders.wish that Timmies was in the same as my living district

I waited 25 minutes today for a coffee. I've received poor attitude and weak coffee from this establishment before. I have refrained from posting a review because I feel bad for the young workers.
If you can, skip this location and go across town to the Tim Hortons on Monarch drive. Speedy and kind service every time.

Horribly slow service today (sat at 5: 40pm, sat in the drive thru no exergration for 20 + mins with only 2-3 cars) the drive thru service terribly grumpy and moving extra extra slow intentionally it seemed

Got what I needed for parts ordered one day and got them first thing in the morning next day job done very happy and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable price was fair

Such friendly staff working through employee shortages with a smile. Still managing to keep the line moving, thanks folks.

Had a very hard time with the cashier.told order multiple times and she still didn’t understand. Which I would usually let go but she was being very rude like it was my fault. I ordered two coffees and two donuts only received one of both. When confronted about missing items cashier lied about punching in two coffees and donuts. Very disappointed will never come back. (not a part of the problem but still a disappointment. They don’t do strawberry jelly filling anymore just regular custard in powdered donuts.)

Went with a friend which was lovely. Was forced By their protocols to go in a non automatic door which is very difficult in a wheelchair. The exit was automated however. The hot chocolate was disgusting. 1st time I've had hot chocolate in years and it is not at all like I remember. Yuck. Will not ever go back for A hot chocolate again.

It was busy.so I opted to go inside. 3 people in front of me. 18 minutes I waited to order while my till person left to fulfill orders. The second till continued taking orders. My till person finished up with the previous order and left to help window. Leaving me standing there wondering if I was being ignored. She eventually came back and asked to take my order. No sorry about the wait no sorry I didn't see you. Not the greatest experience. I used to come here in highschool and it was great. The last few times its been really lackluster on experience. Hopefully others have a better experience. I'll purposely go to another Timmy's in town after the last few experiences from this location: (

I have to say this is one of the best Tim Hortons I have visited in Canada. Hard working and kind staff, you don't see this often. Constantly cleaning and sanitizing. A big impression- One of the best staff and management team. I had a good time here:) Strongly recommended!

Stopped for coffee to go, the server was awesome and then the manager came up behind her, berated us as customers, betrayed the employee in front of us and denied service to one person. After the coffee and ice cap were served, while the manager was mumbling under her breath, my girlfriend asked for a straw for her ice cap and the manager threw it at her. The service at this restaurant was very unacceptable. The manager should be trained in the law before she continues to discriminate against clients and risks liability on the restaurant.

Don't be nice and walk in to order 4 sandwiches! On a sat nov 27th at 1pm we where nice and went inside to order so we weren't rude and clogged up the drive thru. When the sandwich maker threw and smashed our sandwiches of the counter as she called out our order. Totally rude

The drive-through is ok. It is not worth it to go inside. Staff have, on more than one occasion, ignored all in-store customers to the point that the whole line has walked out for lack of service for over 10 minutes.

Beautiful stop. Clean washrooms, efficient staff, overall clean restaurant. This Tim Horton’s is worth pulling off the highway for!

Ordered a coffee today and my first sip something felt off. Full of coffee grinds. Not impressed Tim Horton’s! I know it’s Saturday of a long weekend but drink standards shouldn’t lack because of it!

The one on highway on 11.5 employees working. Haha

Very dirty bathroom, no toilet paper. Main area floors and windows dirty. Usually Tim Hortons restaurants are clean and that's why we always choose them.

Very good coffee could be really busy at times, did not have apple fritters which was disappointing but understandable with how busy it was, customer service was ok not the best nor was it the worst,

Friendly staff, quick service, crashed my bike and spilled everything because someone from toronto pulled out in front of me. I am moving to brechin now. 5 stars

There is not any line control. The service is very slow. They have the monitors with the orders. WHY can't they have staff to do one job each. Takes to long to get a coffee when someone in front orders a donut. SHAMEFUL

I've been having so many issues with the App lately. So, even while having another, as always, issue. They were so professional, kind & patient! And even went that extra above & beyond!

The woman at cash counter was very rude, I bought the crispy chicken sandwich which was not cooked properly and I could not eat that wasted my money and time. I was asked to move to other cash counter when I was waiting there she asked me to come back to her counter and again she asked me to go back to other counter. It was ridiculous.

Worst tim hortons to visit before work.expect to sit in line for 25 minutes and have the server walkaway from the window so you can stare at your coffee on the counter while they walk around doing more important things.

Your very typical Tim Hortons, It's Timmie's. Only used the drive thru and it was a little slower than normal.
All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

Great customer service every time. Late night staff are always very friendly. Usually busy, but in Orillia, Tim Hortons is always busy hahaha

I have been a loyal customer for 40 plus years and have been going to this location since it has opened. VERY VERY diappointed to find out that they refuse to doulbe cup a Black coffee. Since the kids that work there do no care about my comment this morning that I would have to make a change for a new coffee shop once my Tims pre paid card is at ZERO or just change NOW. No comment, from the order taker ZERO.
This has changed my mind about Tim"s how they state its all abount customr service. This just goes to show they really do not care.

Very clean and maintained Tim Horton in Orillia. The coffee was excellent and staff full of patience

Our group gets 5-10 coffees here a day, have been for months.
Very weak coffee at this location. Ordering dark roast doesn't make it any stronger.
Worth the drive to go a little farther

I don't often visit a Tim Hortons but on occasion I will when out and about. I was disgusted to see my closest location spraying poison to kill the dandelions on their property recently. With everything we know in 2020 about the poisonous effects of pesticides and the vital importance of dandelions to bees who insure our food supply, this shouldn't be an issue. Especially in a BEE CITY like Orillia! Shame on you.

They usually have everything at any time during night or day. The one downside is the drive-thru as it goes right out into the road most days.

Came here 3 days ago fishing and toilet paper was near gone.came back again and it's now empty.customer service 1*.

We usually go to the Tim Hortons on Westmount, which we like that location, but decided to try the one on Fittons & West.it would've been a nice visit, except having to listen to a continuous beeping noise for the 40 mins that we were there, from a machine that needed filling.
So instead of filling the machine to stop the noise.they decided to do other chores first. Customer wise, they weren't even busy.
I guess I'm just being picky.

Long lines and out of beyond sausage by noon when Tim Hortons offers all day breakfast! Double up the orders if you need. Should not be having this problem all the time.

A must stop for me and my family. Very friendly service and the location is perfect for your entry into the city of Orilla.

Always stop in in the evening with a few friends and never have an issue. Beverages are as they should be. Foods good! It's a coffee shop! Go there with a few friends and chat the evening away! More comfortable with the new renovations that were just done!

Very slow service inside. Drive thru appeared to be moving smoothly. I ordered hot chocolate with 3 milk in each for my kids. The woman states, that's a lot of milk. I replied with that's what I order everytime I get this for them. She proceeded to ask how old they were. Who cares how old my kids are. Just give me the friggin hot chocolate the way i order it. Never question what someone orders! I won't return to this location. I was in there for 30 mins with 6 people ahead of me.

When they are busy the staff just run around lost. If you are in a rush don't come here, they are also always sold out of everything.

Timmies is always there. I don't remember a time I've ever been displeased with the quality. Can't say much about coffee I don't drink it.

Very few of Tim Horton's coffee has coffee taste now, many are watery only the orillia west street one is good.
