Tim Hortons

Lady on counter with lightly coloured has no clue what you can redeem on Tim’s app. We get it you don’t want to work there but maybe stop giving attitude to all your customers

I would avoid this tim hortons at all costs unless i need to use the bathroom! Waited in line for 10 mins, the cashier waited until right after I tapped my card to tell me the ice capp machine wasn't working. Offered me an iced coffee instead which is a cheaper drink, I asked for a refund, he spent 7 minutes pushing buttons on the screen until the cook came from the back to help him. I was in this store so long for nothing I feel like I should be compensated for my time! That's was ridiculous, TELL THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY PAY IF YOU CAN NOT SELL THEM THE PRODUCT THEY ARE PURCHASING!

Service is always great. Our group was treated very well and they kept on top of everything very well.

Very busy during peak times so I try to avoid at that time but other than that this is a great Tim Hortons, very few times have they messed up my order.

I love it because there's time to see the way people like to enjoy themselves to eat and have good company which I used my time wisely to observe people! I get good benefits from Jehovah God my Father!

Very strange interaction with an employee just before pandemic got threatened and called racial names supposedly he lost his job but the corporation helped make it better not the people who covered for the racist haven't been to Tim's in Byron for over two years now because of it still feel uncomfortable walking by it which I unfortunately have to do if I want to go anywhere in this city

I loved how this Tim's wore Christmas gear all week leading up to the big day! Other than that they are very friendly & will cont to visit.

Never seem to get my order right at this location and quality of coffee and snacks very poor. (chocolate chip muffins often have all the chips bunched to one side and it had bits of peanuts sprinkled on top? And burnt coffee too hot to handle in a double cup) wake up!

Ordered a multi grain bagel with plain cream cheese.
The bagel was nice & fresh, but I have no idea what flavour of cream cheese was on it.certainly not plain.
Indigestion all afternoon.

Honestly getting really disappointed with tim hortons stock. Everytime i go to this location, they are always out of potato wedges. The food is good otherwise. The parking lot is decent and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place if they have wedges in stock.

Horrible experience, honestly so trash.customer service is awful.everyone looked so miserable
i ordered 3 drinks and it took about 10minuites for them to make it, the manager seemed like she hated her life.most of the workers were young/students and all they did was sit around it took a few minutes for my boyfriend to ask what was taking them so long.and after all that waiting my drink tasted like WATER (i ordered peach refreshers)
i know this is the only timmies in the area but it should be shut down.

Something with the start of school gets this location working like miserable drones, horrible service. To complain on their app/ site is impossible. So I resort to this platform for the public to see. I don’t need free coupons. I don’t need apology. I JUST WANT the RIGHT food, and not having to stop and sift through it, while drive through guy looks at you with so much contempt, like I’m holding up his personal line.

This location (dispite my overall love for McDonald’s coffee) lacks many things:

-Customer Service VIA Drive-thru
-Older employees have been accused of “nagging” dine-in customers
-Tables rarely whipped
-Rude Service
-All around food//drink options seem limited // employees are unbothered unbothered by their quality standards

I would not recommend this location (or even a Tim Horton in general), for your money you’re better off at $1 drinks @Mcdonalds

Literally the worst place I’ve ever been too, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, I’d rather get locked up in a poorly kept prison in a rouge nation then eat at this timmies again…
